Really should have listened to the reviews. I went today with my daughter to get her first mani pedi. We had to wait 30 minutes because they took people that came in after us first. Then, my pedi was sad. Basically just getting my nails painted. My daughter picked a glitter color (as did I). Mine dried in 10 minutes. It's been 45 minutes and hers are still not dry at all. We waiting in the salon for them to dry for over 20 minutes. When I tried to ask if they had a spray or we could redo them because the paint wasn't drying, they kept telling me it takes a while or it takes 30 minutes. They would not let me communicate that they weren't drying AT ALL. Their only offer was to take the paint off. I said I'm only doing that if it's redone. I just paid $30 for this. Their reply was "it was not 30$". Ok, mam, it was $27. All they had to do was take off the polish and redo it with another paint. This would have taken less than 10 minutes. Ridiculously terrible customer service, terrible nail service, and dirty to boot. read more

I came here because my usual place was booked solid and no chance of a walk in. Also some of my friends recommended this place. I asked for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was $23 or so I thought. The place is pretty big and seems clean. I go to my pedicure station and water is semi warm and not too bubbly. The nail tech throws in a tab and more bubbles form. She asks me spa pedicure right ? I was like okay, sure! So then the service starts and then comes the pushy sales pitch, do i want gel. No I don't, because it's summer and I'm constantly in the water and outside. So the sugar scrub is good and so is the massage part. The lotions were okay but the hot towels part was just too fast to enjoy. My tech was nice and quiet. Sometimes i don't like chatty nail techs. Then came the manicure part. I moved to the front part of the store and this is where the fun begins. The other nail techs are loud and gossipy. Then my nail tech asks if I want gel manis. No again. Then I get asked if I wanted to get waxed. My brows were already perfectly arched if my brows go any higher than I would look like I have McDonalds eyebrow arches....and . No again but even if my brows were jacked I wouldn't do it here. I don't like how the have the waxing or threading station in middle of the store for all to see. For the most part, I enjoyed my service. They should work on not being so gossipy, get better nail polish and they only allow cash tips. Here is where the lose stars, spa pedi is $36 altogether I paid $51 for mani/pedi. That's a lot and really not worth the price read more

This review is for their eyelash "extension". I was gleeful when I heard it was only $15ish (can't remember exact price). So I headed over there to get them done and as expected due to the price, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. They glue on lashes you can buy at any CVS for under $3 lol. The lashes are hard, uncomfortable, and I could barely see because the lashes were heavy and huge that it was getting in my eye sight! They lasted less than a week and I almost had a crisis because 1 side of my eyelashes started to fall out and I had a date that night! I ended up using my false lashes I had at home... needless to say I was very self conscious for the night due the lashes being 2 different styles hahaha. It was an absolute NIGHTMARE getting them off!! The woman told me just heat it up with a hot towel then gently pull it off. NOPE. I lost 3~5 lashes on each eye trying to get them off, trust me I'm no idiot, I even put my face in hot bath water a couple of times, still couldn't get it off. Eventually I went to CVS and bought the adhesive remover et voilà! They came off. Now to be fair, the ladies there were very efficient and courteous so I don't really want to give them 1 star. read more

I have gone here many, many times. Only once was I not happy with a gel manicure. Honestly, the last one I had was the best I have ever had, anywhere. The girl did an exceptional job and it lasted over 3 weeks. I have never experienced a lot of what others are saying about it. I have had manicures in many places. NO ONE has ever asked me to wash my hands prior or during. This place does after a certain point, every time. Does it really matter that the waxing is in the center? No, it doesn't. If you go there frequently, you know to sign up when you enter. Then pick out your polish. Not rocket science. I have never had a HARD sell to upgrade any service. Won't be back, it was an uncomfortable experience. I had acrylic gel done last week. First of all, the woman seemed like she'd rather be anywhere but at work. She did not answer me when I talked to her and acted annoyed when I asked for a specific shape/ length. She kept yelling over to her co workers in her language while doing my nails but barely said 2 words to me. Part of her machine was broken, so my nails kept getting messed up when I put my hand in. She told me it was my fault for putting my hand in the wrong position. She seemed rushed and frustrated with me so I just let her finish and got them fixed elsewhere a few days later. The prices are very high, I paid over $60 for nails and eyebrows, when I pay 46 for the same at my usual salon. I hate leaving negative reviews, but going to a nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and this was not it. read more

I have mixed emotions as I write this review. I found them online as I was looking for a place nearby to do lash extensions, and the few google reviews I read made them seem descent enough. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall look and feel of the place. Nice, clean atmosphere. I decided to get my nails done first. The experience itself was great. The woman was very attentive and meticulous. The overall job that she did however was just okay. I got tips with gel, and they seemed overly thick. I could live with it though. No big deal. Now on to the lash extensions. So after the nail tech was done with my manicure, she seated me in the chair for the lash extensions. For some reason she had to keep calling the woman who does the extensions to come on because I was waiting. I didn't realize it was the woman who kept walking back and forth and doing other things. She really had no excuse for keeping me waiting the way she did, and it was a huge turnoff. Since it as my first time getting lash extensions, I asked questions. She left me with the feeling that she couldn't be bothered to answer my questions. She gave me very brief responses, to which I chalked up to a language barrier at that moment. Once it was all said and done however, I had wished I had asked more questions. Part of the process required her to hold my eye open to apply the extensions. I got that part, but I didn't get her level of annoyance because I couldn't hold them open long without needing to blink. So when that process was all finished, she proceeded to do something with a black paint and wanted me to hold the card with the paint on it. When I asked what it was, she simply said she was coating the lashes. She didn't think to 1) ask my permission or 2) explain to me the process. Some of the paint got on my skin slightly above my lash line and I couldn't immediately get it off, because it's semi-permanent. I later read up on it and found out it's called dipping, and is a separate process that people sometimes use to keep from having to repeatedly use mascara. It makes the lashes dark. While I don't have a problem with the purpose of this technique, I would have liked to be better informed, and probably would have declined it if she had told me what she was doing. The dipping process made it harder to remove the lashes that were already coming out on their own and caused some of my natural lashes to come out in the process, because the extensions were hanging on by a thread. I was forced to pull the rest off to keep them from stabbing me in the eye. Had they not been dipped, the lashes would have naturally come out, and without irritating my eyes immensely. All in all, the process was inexpensive, but her attitude and lack of communication left very little to be desired. I plan on getting lash extensions again, but I doubt that I will ever return to this salon. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the professionalism of the manicurist. read more

Pretty large space. I'm giving this place 2 stars and its really a stretch. I appreciated the five minute soak while my tech finished up another customer but she's done with my toes in about 20 mins. The place is clean and the decor is alright so this earned the 2nd star. This was my special treat on my day off and so I was looking forward to a relaxing and thorough treatment. My feet aren't bad so granted there's not much work but I'm used to better massages, filing and last but certainly not least a decent Salt or Sugar scrub and hot towel rub down!! The towel rub down was a joke and so was the liquid "dish" detergent they used to rub on my feet for three seconds and NO SUGAR OR SALT SCRUB! Don't get me started on the baby fan used to dry my toes. This was the worse nail salon experience I've had in years. Sadly my regular place was booked and I really wanted to relax for a bit before other items on my schedule so I can here. I can't say that I'd recommend this place. Not to mention my tech YAWNED several times and it's cold in here! No tip...no here's a tip, do better! My lesson learned...stay loyal and be patient. It's a shame because I know this business for years and it has grown thru hard work. Nice massage chair and installations, the ladies are nice but there's pedicure guy who is completely rude. It's very annoying while getting your eyebrows done and the ladies start shouting in your ears In a foreign language, laughing and breathing right on your face. Same thing with a pedicure that I am getting right now- they have no clue about spa atmosphere and it's not even cheap , I treat my 6 year old into a pedicure that lasted 3 minutes and before hand the lady told me it was 25 dollars never told me that after five minutes they will be kicking him out of of the chair to take another customer when they were literally 6 chairs empty, and I had explain the lady that I was getting him a pedi so he could be doing the same thing at the same time. Went in by refferal from a friend casue they do really nice designs, well it said 15 for a fill..great!!..Sat down, my daughter next to me, asked if she could get her nails cut down..its cost $3.00..(whatttttt) i told her forget it..next, i told my lady my nails were lifting, she said my real nails were to long..tht was the problem and she would GLUE it down,, not cut away the old nail and fill, but GLUE IT..okkk strike #2, , then she tells me i need new set of nails, i said no i dont, she said yes, come back next time i put new set..i told her the set i had was only 2 months old, her answer was really..oh, then my daughter asked how much for designs, $5.00., my regular place that is more expensive for the fill only charges 2.50 and does not charge for cut down!....tht is crazy..theydo not use sterizled items..nor does it seem very clean in there, and the people were not the most friendly..so then i pay for it and she says a brief thank you ..maybe cause i only gave her a 2 dollar tip, but the job she did on my nails was not all tht, and my daughther grabbed my purse and i said thank you and i hear her say mam you next..not thank you ..no nothing..,, so i do NOT reccomend this place.. I was hoping this nail spot would be my go to place for a manicure since it is so close to my home. Unfortunately, after getting two gel manicures here, I am convinced their polish is just not as good. I went to this place to get a full set and Pedicure. I've been here years ago because of their designs and stopped going because of the staff and quality of work. I've heard they are much better now and decided to give them another try. Judy the owner did my nails she was really rushing when putting on my full set. I believe because the salon was starting to get packed and she did not have enough techs. However that is still not an excuse. The paint job was terrible it was clumpy and uneven. I had her fix it once but again she was rushing the acrylic looks like I need a fill already and it hasn't even been a week yet. Michelle the receptionist is very unfriendly and unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE!! It was my first time ever getting my nails done. I got the french pedicure and manicure. All together it was $33 but they said it was going to be 5 more dollars for it being french. It ended up being $43. I was ok with that. The lady asked me if i wanted acrylic or gel nails. I said gel. She told me it was going to be $10 extra. I was ok with that. She put a fake nail on top of my real nail. She pasted the fake nail with glue. Then she filled my nails with (what i later learned) acrylic powder. Once done she put my hands under the uv light or whatever. 4 hours after i got this done my nails were hurting a lot. I googled if this was normal and started investigating more about the process i supposedly got done. Turns out i got acrylic nails and paid for gel ones! I even gave the lady a good tip and i regret it so bad! They completely fooled me! Not to mention they can't speak proper english. Never going back to this damn place again. read more
