The first person who answered didn't seem to understand my question and hung up on me. I later received a call back and asked the same question. The staff member told me they "do eyeglasses." When I clarified whether they provided optometry rather than ophthalmology, she eventually said yes. What concerns me most is that the front-office staff should understand the difference between these services and be able to clearly explain what type of care the office provides. These are patients' eyes and their vision, we should be able to trust that the people answering the phones understand the services they are scheduling. After this experience, I would not feel comfortable making an appointment here, even for optometry services. Very unprofessional and disappointing first impression.

I recently had to get prescription glasses for my first time (I'm getting old). I got them here and…read morethe process was painless. I was able to get my vision tested and worked with my insurance to choose a frame that i liked in about 30 mins. I came back in a day to pick them up. This is not why I'm writing this review. Being new to having to carry glasses around, I knew I'd either lose them or break them eventually. The latter happened when I was in a hurry to get to a funeral and forgot that I put them on my car seat. I drove a whole hour before I realized I had been sitting on them the whole time. I thought they were surely cooked; they were bent to hell with one of the lenses completely cracked. I was preparing to pay full price to replace everything, but they told me to come in to see if they could fix them. When I brought them in, the guy in the back was able to bend them back in place right there and they told me to come back the next day for the replacement lens. When I got them back it they looked like nothing ever happened and they only charged me for the one lens. In this world, you need a car place, a tire place, a hair place, and now I learned you need also eye place. I'm glad I found Bo An to be my eyeglass place on my first go! Whoop!
