I've been here before years ago and mad I never did a review especially when I when the first time I had the giant mimosa. I came again this past weekend and I had a good experience. The service, food, and drink were good. I can't early so it wasn't as busy. Also you can make reservations there before 11 AM. I got there at 10:30 AM and I'm happy it wasn't super packed and I sat at the bar and the bartender was really nice. I forgot her name but she was very sweet. I got a sangria that she made on point and then I got the bacon avocado and cheese omelette with hashbrowns and it was definitely a 10/10.!!! the food was definitely bomb and hot with really good flavor and reasonable prices. They have a lot of different mimosas and flavors you can choose from and many cocktails that you can choose from in a very good menu with a variety of different types of food. It's a very nice ambience it for sure gets crowded on the weekends and they play really good music which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you are in Vegas on a trip if you want a good experience for a breakfast/brunch and good drinks, especially if you're mimosas fan. Definitely a party spot! I wasn't aware the music would be so loud you couldn't have a conversation. I kept having to yell to talk to my husband who was sitting next to me. The restaurant is decorated really cute. The booth benches could use reupholstered, the booth we were sitting in looked like it was cut up by a knife. Not the most pleasant thing to see when you go to sit down. Nor very comfortable to sit on. We started with the mimosa flight as we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. We chose the guava, prickly pear, original and pomegranate. I could have very easily downed the mega mimosa in the prickly pear or guava flavor. They were my favorites. The pomegrenate was a little too bitter for my taste. The original was good too. We ordered the fried chicken Benedict with hollondaise sauce, berry berry French toast and jalepeno queso fresco burger. Note:portions are massive here! The fried chicken Benedict wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. It had a few fried chicken strips on it (I thought it would be pieces of chicken). They had no flavor at all. The biscuits were huge. They were the size of the hamburger bun. They didn't offer a lot of flavor. The hollondaise sauce also lacked flavor. There were maybe 5 large pieces of bacon that were a little soggy under everything. I'm not sure if i would get it again but it wasn't horrible. The country potatoes were really good. I did enjoy those. The berry berry french toast was really good. With a decent amount of berries included. The jalepeno burger was very good. The brioche bun tasted like a donut. All the flavors from everything paired very well. The fries were seasoned and good. Our waitess and other staff kept our water glasses filled. Things look a little pricey but I feel the cost is fair for the generous portions. If you're looking for a party type atmosphere with food this would be a great place to check out. They took our group's picture, came back with printed and framed copies, and tried to sell them to us. I thought it was just for their social media or something, which I was fine with, but I did not expect to be solicited for money at brunch, especially at a locals place. The servers and bussers were great though, very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The music is also very loud, almost club level. You can hear the music outside the front doors. The staff often dances and vibes to the music. This is not necessarily a negative, just something to know before coming. The food was okay, my "meat lovers" skillet was more like a potato lovers skillet with about 80% potato and 20% meat. It comes with a gigantic biscuit, which was probably the best part of the meal. The mimosas are fine, I got the pomegranate. The super mimosa looks like a good value if split between a few people. We found this place on social media and thought it would be a fun place to grab some brunch and some drinks. I couldnt have been more pleased! We had a large party and as soon as we walked in our table was ready for us AND we couldnt help but notice the FIRE music that was blasting throughout the restaurant. The star of the brunch show were the fluffy and tasty waffles and the delicious eggs skillets. But what really put this place over the top were the GIANT and I mean GIANT mimosas!!! I think I found this place on tik tok and we were not disappointed at all . It's a small place with colorful paintings in the wall which adds to the vibe. They have this specialty mimosa that is served in a big cup and comes with one whole bottle of champagne and any flavor you want. You can also add shots of vodka for $2, AND you can take it to go if you don't finish it. Our service Francisco was super nice and chil, he was patient and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Irish omelette. It came with corned beef, Swiss cheese, onions and peppers. It came with horseradish but I ordered it on the side. It didn't really taste like sitting too me. It came with a side of hash brown and French toast. My boo ordered the Mexican skillet with a big ol biscuit. The omelette was so good and super fulfilling . And the French toast was perfect . Not too sweet or too much. The steak and egg skillet was very hearty. They were not stingy on the steak fs. The Biscuit was big and soft it looked like a dinner roll but tasted like a biscuit. My wife and I came through this area for an appointment and chanced on this place prior to. Got the bar-ish vibe in a diner setting to it. They played loud rap/hip hop music....at 8 am in the morning which is fine...but probably not at 8am in the morning. Coffee wouldn't be needed. My wife ordered the omelette with hash browns but somehow ended up with their home potatoes instead. She didn't want to make a big deal about it. I tried them...hmmm, yeah, I would have said something about it and had them replaced. Just wasn't a big fan of it. Everything else was fine as far as the omelette. The B&G was actually pretty decent. The gravy had great texture and flavor. The biscuits seemed a little old and dry with some hard spots but with the very generous amount of gravy certainly helped get past it. The service was good, attentive, and professional. Overall, this place is ok in my opinion, nothing special or out of the ordinary. It's a party vibe place that serves alcohol during the early hours of the day with some food fare thrown in. Mimosa's has a decent sized menu with a good portion of Latin-based cuisine. I think price point here is steep. Nothing on their menu is less than $15, not including drinks. To their somewhat defense, they give a huge portion of food, absolutely no question about that. Even though the food had its moments, at the end of the day, $50 for two meals for breakfast I thinknis a bit excessive. Best to pay cash here to save yourself a few bucks from them running your credit/debit card. They charge a flat $3 transaction fee in which I didn't recall seeing anywhere posted until I paid the bill. I give this outfit 3.5 out of 5....I do really like their B&G. Had brunch at Mimosa Gourmet recently and, as always, it was a great experience! First, I have to say I'm so sad the Rainbow location closed, as that was one of my favorites. But my friend and I decided to check out the Durango location, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The vibe inside is always on point and great music, a welcoming atmosphere, and we were seated right away, even though the place was nearly full. I ordered a guava mimosa (my favorite!), and anytime I see guava on the menu, it's a must. Both my friend and I got the California Omelette. I chose the roasted potatoes for my side, and she went with the hashbrowns. The portions were huge, so we definitely ended up taking some food home. Everything was delicious! After much coaxing from my spouse and reading the reviews, we decided to come for breakfast. Got there early and it appeared we were the only customers. Walked in and a friendly young lady greeted us as soon as we walked in. The music was still loud as mentioned in some reviews but it didn't interfere with our quest. Only warning I have is breakfast comes with a generous helping. I ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs and the home potatoes that were delicious to say the least. My only reason for the 4 stars is no paper menu, they may have had one but when we sat down, it was like scan the QR code, I could not get my phone to do it but my brother was able to pull the menu up on his phone from Google but not always do I even carry my phone with me and I have older friends who don't even have phones... It's called Mimosa's GOURMET. I guess I thought it would be at a minimum homemade. The burger was HARD. How do you make a burger hard? They asked how I wanted it prepared. I said "medium rare". It was very very well done and hard. Seemed like a cheap frozen patty. The fries were from frozen and were severely undercooked. Terrible. I couldn't eat more than 4 fries and about 1/4 of the burger. Maybe the only thing to get here is breakfast? Not sure how this was so poorly executed. The restaurant is very cute, fun atmosphere. The place is small and tables are crammed in and very close to one another. The music is very loud - not a place for intimate conversations but more for a turn-up. Food was on the pricier side (over $17 a plate) but portions were big. The food was your typical American brunch food with a variety of sandwiches, skillets, Benedict's, etc. I love that they have a full bar so you can order more than just mimosas - we were able order tequila and Jameson shots (yes, @ 12pm ). For the birthday girl, they surprised her with a happy birthday song & tequila shots for the entire table (on the house)! Service was great! The workers were fun, friendly, and as attentive as they could be with being how busy they were. My girlfriend didn't like one of the drinks she ordered and they happily took it back and removed it from the bill with no complaints. I would definitely for another girls brunch here. Upon entering this restaurant was fun great music even better service. The waiter explained the menu and told us the specials and so we placed our orders for our giant mimosas, of course, and food. This was a cool spot. I was initially apprehensive because my son was with me and the music is explicit. I mean WAP was blasting when we opened the door. The wait to be seated was super quick but unorganized. We were seated before people who arrived before us and they were pretty upset. The guy sat us in the back and we sat 20 minutes before I had to get someone to acknowledge our party. However once they saw the issue service was great. They aren't good at bringing back things requested (extra syrup, napkins) but the food was awesome. My mom got a breakfast quesadilla that she's still raving about and my hubby got a signature dish that he loved. Portions are pretty large. The mimosa was big but idk if it was worth $50 because we certainly didn't feel it lol. Over all I'd eat here again but it's more for brunch with the crew than family breakfast read more
