I love this place! Amazing food, amazing baked goods and a wonderful family who runs it. We come here almost every weekend. I love the breakfast quesadilla and my husband loves the chilaquiles. Can't go wrong with any of the menu choices and the homemade banana bread is my favorite. Love this locally owned spot.

Pastries with some gluten free and vegan

A little cafe worth stopping into if you haven't just yet. Feeling welcomed right when you walk in, and great customer service. They have a small pastry section with some gluten free and vegan options. I grabbed a matcha donut, the glaze tastes just like a matcha. I also grabbed a strawberry matcha, just enough sweetness. I also ordered chilaquiles, good flavor though I should have ordered it loaded as all I had was a bowl of chips topped with a fried egg. My cousin grabbed a Mexican cookie, a latte and a breakfast burrito. She liked it all, burrito was loaded with a side of chips. Small inside, a few seats and a small patio out front. Parking lot is small but they have parking in the back too. Service was great and fast!

TL;DR: nice, quaint little place. Food is good and prices are really good. We were just driving by this place thinking about breakfast. A lot of people sitting outside so we decided to try it. Food is good. We had Chillaquilles and an egg breakfast plate with French toast and sausage patties. Gotta say the Chillaquilles were pretty good and this time I didn't need to add any protein. Sauce was good and the runny egg on top made it so yummy. The egg plate was good with French toast but gotta say the sausage patties were a little a little small like they were from the frozen section at the market. They did have bakery items but we were too full to try anything this time. But gotta say that the food is good and it's worth trying.

What a great new place in Burbank. The employees run this as a family business and everyone was so sweet and friendly. The cappuccinos were delicious and the Chilaquiles are the best in Los Angeles. Nice patio seating and there are some seats inside. Can't wait to go back with my friends.

The place itself is super cute . We ordered the loaded chilaquiles with chorizo , red salsa, and the breakfast burrito. Unfortunately the breakfast burrito was a no. It mostly had rice and we ordered it with bacon and it hardly had any. The chilaquiles were okay. They were lacking some flavor in my opinion but I might go back to give another breakfast dish a chance. Service was good and cashier was nice.

First time here and I will say it was a pleasure and a fulfilling experience! The breakfast burrito is definitely a big size to fill me up! Most places have decent size burritos with a higher price. But, not only was it a huge burrito it was also tasty! With the avocado and pico de gallo was the "cherry" on top. The rice wasn't overwhelming just the right amount and beans enough to give that home feel beans but enjoying all the flavors! The chilaquiles as well wow the amount they serve you is a lot! You better come with a big appetite here to finish your food. The Barbacoa was actually juicy! Service very friendly and love the outdoor feel! Definitely would recommend it.

This bakery is so cute. It's small, but it has inside and outside seating. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. The chilaquiles were pretty good. The portions were very good. The carne asada burrito was a little dry, but it was pretty good. The pastries were delicious. I recommend this restaurant.

I've been wanting to try this spot for awhile now and on Saturday, the stars finally aligned and I popped in. I was very pleased with their menu options. My partner and I were looking more for a quick coffee and pastry, but I locked in their other kitchen items for next time. I got a vanilla latte, which was okay. The syrup looked like they make it in house, which is awesome! It wasn't too sweet. My partner got a cafe de olla latte and the presentation was beautiful! I can't have dairy, so I tried one of their vegan/gluten free donuts. I was so impressed- it was great! Usually gluten free things taste like cardboard, but the donut was good! My partner got the pumpkin flan and said it was great! I'm hoping we come back soon and try some breakfast burritos or another kitchen breakfast item. They even had a vegan tamale! Price point was fair, service was great, and it was super cute inside!

When I tell you this torta hit the spot the bread is so delicious and almost sweet but not quite, and the crema along with the salsa really bring out the flavors of this beautiful sandwich. The place is a little small, but it has a nice sleepy, diner feel to it. it has everything from breakfast to lunch and the owner couldn't be kinder. An absolute gem of a human and on the side of Burbank I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with.

This place was not our original plan while driving through Burbank, but let me know it's now going to ALWAYS be the plan. We got an assortment of things and we had zero complaints from myself or my family. The owner is so down to earth, super sweet and accommodating. Made us out of towners feel like his favorite regulars! We got the chilaquiles both red and green, green with barbacoa 9/10 ONLY because I like a little heat and these are mild but flavor was delicious!! I little kick (for my preference and it would be a 10) same for the red with got them asada and my husband and I just shared because we both wanted both. lol. The egg on top cooked perfectly, the fresh avocado and the radish! Perfection! His baked goods the carrot cake muffin, the chocolate croissant the pumpkin cheesecake & his flan all delicious! The muffins perfectly moist and flavorful, the flan firm yet melts in your mouth perfection. And the croissants flaky, crunchy and moist all at once. But the star of the show, his iced Cafe De Olla latte! With his homemade syrup reduction! I had one with my meal and had to get one for the road and craving one as I sit here now. Wishing he wasn't 4 hours away. The place is inside is small, but they have tables and chairs outside to accommodate larger parties while smaller parties inside.

Came here last weekend to try their lunch menu menu for the first time. Service as usual was great. I was also grateful there was some solid vegan option (fajita vegan bowl) that was both delicious and had enough protein! Donut and cafe de olla are on point. Highly recommend. Last note - weekends are busier so it is possible that you may have to wait for table (indoor / outdoor) for a moment depending in time.

My daughter and I ordered lattes with breakfast burritos. She with sausage and I with bacon. If anyone knows me they know that when it comes to cooking. I like to have a balance of flavors and food. This was just that!! My daughters dad order the scrambles eggs with refried beans and yellow rice. He loved it. He also got a cafe de olla which was also delicious and he got a refill! This is going to be our go to every time!!

My colleagues and I love Miracle Bakery! The churro donut and the lavender donut are my absolute favorite! The donuts are extremely soft and cakey. The food is also excellent too! The staff is so friendly and they have plenty of places for you to sit and enjoy! read more

Martin the owner will treat all customers equally regardless of culture race or politics. Follow his rules for covid precautions and be kind and courteous or he won't hesitate to put you in your place. If you're a sweet little kid he may even spoil you with a freebie sweet! Food is good. Nothing really stands out as amazing over the top but ingredients are fresh, pastries are fresh and unique. I've had the breakfast burrito a couple of times now. Comes with your choice of bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, rice and beans. Side of tamatillo salsa and chips. The chips and salsa are bomb!!! read more

This was my first time at Miracle Bakery. It's a cute, small bakery at the end of a strip mall. I got the chilequilles and coffee, with some pastries to go. The coffee is brewed per cup, so if you like a bolder cup, just ask. The banana bread was moist with a perfect, even banana and brown sugar flavor. The lavender donut was cool - very unique, but not my fave. The texture was a bit more crumply and the glaze was a bit more than expected. Parking: there's a small parking lot, so street parking may be your best bet. read more

First time coming in and never going to be last! The owner Martin and his wife introduced themselves to me with a warm welcome as I walked in. Friendly staff! No wonder why it's called Miracle Bakery! Wanted to try all tacos at first. I ordered one of each. Asada, Barbacoa, Chicken(Tinga), and Rajas. My favorite was the crispy Barbacoa tacos. Ended up ordering two more. I work in an office and this would be the perfect spot for catering. Thank you for an awesome experience! read more

I came here because I saw they had a lot of gluten free options, and when I came in this little cafe has the most comfortable atmosphere. The man who helped us and the people after us cared a lot about his customers, and was so knowledgeable and sympathetic about everyones needs. The chilaquiles here were so good and tasty. It takes a while for them to fulfill orders even tho we ordered 15 min before we waited another 15 but it was worth it. We didn't have any plans so it was okay. The place is really cute and it's clean the bathroom was terrible though. No soap no toilet paper. read more

Let me start by saying that I don't post anything unless my heart knows something is legit, honest and meets my standards. Lets start with the ambience first, it's different and unique...You're actually greeted with sincere love and passion. I have Mexican and Latin American roots in my Blood and this place had that same love and affection i would feel if i was home with my family. Honestly if it wasn't for this covid pandemic, i would give everyone hugs and kisses to everyone in the establishment and offer an ice cold modelo or horchata/jamaica and huge plate of pozole with everything on it, its that kind of family vibe. Latin Americans know what i'm talking bout. The food!! Fresh, flavorful, bright, and spectacular. My wife had the chilaquiles rojos, and she fell in love. She states "this place knows chilaquiles, this is how it's done." Her heart was filled with satisfaction and joy because of the food. I had the Asada Burrito, which was amazing. The meat was fresh, like it just came off the grill, the rice was cooked perfectly, the beans had a nice little kick along with the cilantro, cebolla, and salsa verde. This to go along with a side of fresh chips, it was amazing. i found my go to spot!! Btw The Jamaica and Vanilla Ice Coffee are awesome too. This place is must try! My roommates and I come here almost every weekend for brunch foods like the breakfast quesadilla, and the huevos rancheros. The coffee is always different and delicious and now they even have cafe de olla! Martin, the store owner has always been very welcoming. He's only bolstered his hospitality since the onset of the pandemic. I am immunocompromised and have been and will continue to go to Miracle Bakery because it's one of the only places I feel safe. Everyone behind the counter wears masks and sanitizes after each interaction. They also wipe down the counters if they've been touched. There is not a lot of standing room inside, but there are markers on the floor outside the business to regulate a line. There is also plenty of outdoor seating. It's obvious Martin tries his very best. Since the pandemic, I've ordered three custom birthday cakes, and many, many breakfast burritos. read more

My gluten free friends, the coconut raspberry donut is sooooo yummy!!! Good lattes, good service and it's such a quiet area. Bring a newspaper and relax. Update: Obsessed with the gluten free chocolate bundt cake. Strawberry glaze. Incredible. BUT IMPORTANT: Their tacos!!!!! Ahhhhh! Perfection. Asada is my fave, and their green salsa is to die for. 20 stars, if I could! I would say 'support local business!' but it's easier to say just give this adorable cafe a shot and their product does the rest. You'll come back. ;) read more

Asada Torta - It was really good and flavorful. I ate half and took the rest home. Banana Loaf - One of the best loafs I have tried. I came here for a weekend trip and found this cute spot. Very limited tables inside a few tables outside. Tables hold no more than four people. Also, there is not bathrooms. read more

Our favorite bakery cafe! The food and pastries are delicious. Definitely the best vegan donuts I've ever had, favorite donut period. Lavender is my go to! The cakes are delicious and perfect for any special occasion. Their breakfast burrito is on point and salsa is delicious! The crunchy French toast is on par with the Blu Jam Cafe staple. Amazing special order gluten free carrot cake. The frosting wasn't so sweet so it was perfect. My parents couldn't even tell it was gluten free and they loved it. Their gluten free lavender cake donut was off the chart too! The people who worked there are kind and friendly. They even let me customize the carrot cake by not adding raisins! I found a local gem outside the LA area. I was in the area so I stopped by this small shop. They did not disappoint. The breakfast burrito was bomb because of their salsa. A breakfast burrito isn't good if the salsa isn't good. The chips and salsa complimented the burrito very well. Will come back soon! read more

Awesome and wholesome place for pastries, cakes AND delicious Mexican food!! I really wanted to try their almond croissants but they were already sold out for the day, so it must be good! For a light lunch I got a total of 9 tacos to share with the hubs - barbacoa, al pastor and asada tacos and oooh wee they were all delicious, I barely salvaged a few bites for my husband. Best one was the barbacoa, 2nd was Al pastor then asada. read more

Really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but couldn't as there were just a couple minor annoyances. No white chocolate mochas. I know this is minor, but seems coffee places should be able to do this in my opinion. No WiFi. I think WiFi has become synonymous with coffee shops, so not having it seems really outta place. Had they had at least WiFi I would have given them 5 stars. read more

We opened our doors to the community in June of 2017 as a family owned cafe to serve home-style Latin cuisine, French Pastries and Artisanal Coffee & Beverages. Home to the Hot Mama Torta & Loaded Chilaquiles as well as traditional French Toast or Chicken & Waffles you’re sure to find both unique and classic meals at Miracle Bakery. You can pick up breakfast on your way to work, enjoy brunch on the patio or our favorite; join us inside and stay a while. Flaky, buttery, perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, and filled with just the right amount of almond. No dry, sad croissant nonsense happening here. It was worth every mile from Fullerton to Burbank. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and almost ridiculously pretty. My kid definitely gets credit for finding this one. Altadena has officially become one of those places where, if we're anywhere remotely nearby, we're stopping. And by "remotely nearby," apparently I mean 40 miles away.

The Nutella pizza was especially bad--it was so hard and crunchy that it was basically inedible. Everyone who tried it took one bite and couldn't eat any more. Half of our pepperoni pizza was literally black from being so badly burned. I called the bakery afterward to let them know about the poor quality of the food, particularly because a significant portion of our order was simply inedible. The employee I spoke with gave me the manager's number and specifically told me to send my complaint to the manager. I did exactly that and never received so much as an acknowledgment or response. Mistakes happen, and I would have been much more understanding if someone had simply responded and attempted to make the situation right. Instead, after spending more than $70 on burnt food, we were completely ignored. I'm incredibly disappointed by both the quality of the food and the lack of customer service. Based on our experience, they clearly did not care whether we received food that was actually edible or whether our complaint was addressed afterward. I will not be returning and would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I've had a vanilla latte here several years ago and it was pretty bland, so I haven't ordered coffee here again.

Finally a real scratch bakery in Burbank. Easy to get to from the Target Empire Center now with the new thru-way. The fried chicken basket is boneless strips, lightly breaded and fried. Yummy. Taco Tuesday is always delicious. Wednesday is cake-slice day and the carrot cake is out-of-this-world, also the Lemon Raspberry Cake ...white cake with layers of lemon curd and raspberry filling. Best muffins around . Great coffee and they have some tables on the sidewalk. Wear your mask please and support small businesses they make the neighborhood better! It ended up feeling more like a rice burrito, which may be fine for some people, but it didn't meet my expectations. While I appreciate the effort put into the dish, it did not leave me feeling satisfied. If you're looking for a more substantial meal, you might want to consider going somewhere else. Who the heck said they served menudo? I came because Yelp pointed me to them in my menudo search. I go inside and and an older woman customer was taking her sweet time to make an order then change her order again as if nobody is waiting. I butt in to ask the guy behind the counter if he'll take my order while this fickle woman wastes time deciding. He says I needed to wait til he's done with the woman, so I bluntly asked him, (to cut to the chase) if he serves menudo. The guy said no. Thank you. What a waste of time. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of Mexican food, but the Miracle makes me change my mind. I had a meeting with my boss, so we decided to choose any restaurant near our office to have a quick breakfast. This is the cutest bakery I have been too! Their curtains caught my eye in an instant! I had a slice of chocolate fudge cake and a Ice hibiscus tea. Can't get enough of their breakfast burritos. They are stuffed with potatoes, cheese and bacon! Yum! These burritos are huge. More than enough for two servings. Great deal for what you pay for. You will definitely be full and satisfied. They also have delicious vegan donuts if you have a sweet tooth. The lavendar and original are the ones I've tried so far. I didn't get to try any of those this visit, but there's enough here that I'd come back and explore more of the menu. Service was warm and fast too. Cute space, easy parking, and a fun little treat in Toluca Lake.
