A great little gem in Burbank. What sold me was the gluten-free and vegan donut options they had, so I knew I had to check this place out. The breakfast is great, I got the breakfast plate and replaced the French toast with breakfast potatoes. I also got a matcha latte with oat milk that was great. My fiancé got the breakfast quesadilla and an oat milk latte and loved it as well. We also got 2 gluten-free/vegan donuts - churro and lavender. I loved both! I can't wait to visit again. This should be a six star establishment. If we lived here we would weigh 300pounds. A simple egg Sandwich was light flavorful and made me sad when I was finished. Great little find in Burbank. Order breakfast burritos, French toast, or breakfast plates, or pick up a pastry, donuts and a cup of coffee, at the indoor counter. The coffee is delicious, and the food plentiful and tasty. There is outside seating for enjoying breakfast with your dogs, or grab one of the few inside tables. Sweet staff had to ask my wife to put a mask on (Seriously, what a rebel. I swear I think she voted for Trump, she won't tell me, but it seems like the kind of prank she would pull), but they did it with a big smile and a lot of humility. The ambiance at Miracle Bakery was so light and inviting! It has this cool vibe of California mixed with the warmth of hispanic heritage that made me feel very welcomed. The staff was so lively and kind. It is a seat-yourself situation but the staff is super chill and would always come by and ask if everything was okay. The tacos were tasty and guava cheese pastry has good ratio of guava jam and cheese. I found this place because it is near my sister's place and I am very happy to have tried this place out. It is very small inside, but there are seating area available outside. They are all so friendly! Love their customer service. They have variety of pastries and drinks to choose from. I love their coconut cake. You can get a slice or as a whole cake. I do recommend placing an order in advance if you're interested on a whole cake. I also recommend their banana loaf bread and their dulce de Leche! I've only ordered pastries and coffees heres. I was meeting up with a gf for brunch and intentionally was going to Cafe de Ola but the wait was over an hour so I yelped around for something nearby. Luckily when I called Miracle Bakery there was no wait time. It's a little hard to find at first, as you can easily pass it. It's in a small plaza tucked in the corner with a few outside seating. The inside is very small but cozy. The menu is pretty simple and offer a solid variety for brunch as well as bakery sweet items and coffee. I was craving french toast and was looking for somewhere that does half order as well as a simple breakfast. _Chilaquiles ($7.50) ($12.50 Make them loaded with pinto beans, avocado and your choice of meat). Home-made yellow or blue corn tortilla chips, red or green salsa, onions, sour cream, queso fresco, and radishes, topped with a fried egg. My gf and I shared this, as it's quite a lot. It had lots of flavors and I'm all about different levels of texture. You have to eat this somewhat fast otherwise the chips get soggy. A filling breakfast and also great if you are feeling hungover. _Breakfast Plate. Comes with 2 eggs, bacon or sausage and I think toast or potatoes. I asked if I can have a half order of french toast with fruits instead for a small extra charge. Just what I wanted, something simple as I came more for the french toast but also need my protein on the side. The eggs were well cooked and the bacon was perfectly crisp. Now because I was busy chitchatting with my gf I did not eat the french toast right away, and I'm the type that likes to save the best for last. So that being said, the french toast did get cold and not that fresh where the bread was a bit tough on the edges. That's on me, so would want to come back and eat the french toast right away haha. They were generous with the fruits even though the half portion does not come with fruits. Service was great and very friendly. Price is fair for the quality and quantity. read more

Came here to do some work and ordered a matcha latte and lavender gluten free cake donut. The donut is so good! Normally gluten free & dairy free "cake" does not have that fluffy moist texture but this does! And it's not too sweet either. The matcha is great and I asked for light ice and they made it perfectly. Very kind staff and very nice seating atmosphere inside & outside. I sat outside happily in the shade around their plants until the heat convinced me to head inside to finish my donut & matcha. Simply a great experience. This cozy corner spot emanates a kind of relaxing home feeling. Almost as if you're at your close cousin's house on a holiday morning. You can see the hard work and genuine personality from the staff and it's something that I rarely happen upon in my constant search for amazing food. The only thing that holds this back from a 5 star is that the food, though tasty and well made, did not make me think about the next time I get to eat it again. Was looking for a place to have breakfast one morning after the gym and found Miracle Bakery on Yelp. I had a breakfast burrito with a side of potatoes and salsa. The burrito was yummy but it kind of felt like everything needed a bit of salt, including the salsa. Another delicious trip to Miracle Bakery. I've been trying to find a really good and fresh torta, and after trying lots of places around Burbank, I think that the Asada Torta here is about close to perfection as possible. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The meat wasn't overly seasoned, nor was it bland, so everything blended together really well. Even the bread was fresh and warm and soft. The Torta came with a couple pickled jalapeños, and boy! nibbling on those in between bites really took it to another level. I wasn't crazy about the green sauce, but the Torta didn't need it. It's also a pretty good size, and half of it filled me up. Their gluten free & vegan donuts are still stellar, and technically, it was the main reason I went in today (had to pick up half a dozen for a friend's bday present drop off tomorrow). Of course, I'm missing the pumpkin donuts by a day (tomorrow!). I'm glad this place is still running and plan to get back a bit more often. read more
