I really enjoyed the flavors! I tried their boba in the brown rice and gyokuro tea and the texture was good! They do not carry any kid friendly drinks. I asked for matcha foam to be taken off of their strawberry milk drink that normally comes w matcha foam so I could give my three year old a drink. And they said no they couldn't because that would make it a customized drink and they are not allowed to customize drinks. I don't think I was asking for much... just to not add the matcha foam at the end.. My drink was fine but was unhappy w this type of service where there were absolutely no options for young kids and they were not empathetic at all. My daughter was sad . This is a nice Instagrammable and modern looking tea / boba shop. It seems to be a popular place for people to gather and work, as there is a decent amount of seating, but all the tables were full on a Sunday afternoon so we got our drinks to go. I personally tried the Kurimi Mirakuru which is their tea with Kurimi sweet foam which is lightly creamy and slightly salty. It is just right to get the slight creaminess to the fragrant tea. They did warn that if you choose a lower ice level, the drink may not be full, so they do have a predetermined amount of tea steeped per drink, and I appreciate the heads up since some boba places don't do that and you feel like you get ripped off. I opted for half ice and the drink still looks full. I also opted for half sugar as I added boba as a topping. For the boba, I would skip that topping since it is 75 cents extra and they gave a pretty stingy amount. Having a small amount is okay if the boba is really good, but unfortunately, there were clumps of boba unevenly scattered across the drink so I felt like I overpaid for the topping. However, definitely go for the tea drinks as they are known for that. read more

Another boba and tea shop in the OC and it's a great addition! I've only had the matcha drinks here. The first time I went I got the kurimi matcha and I felt like it was slightly watery. I decide to give it another try and I'm glad I did! I also really like the white chocolate matcha. This drink is on the sweeter side, so adjust as needed. The flavors are good and I love that they also sell coconut jelly here. The mango coconut jelly is my favorite. I will say I wished they let us bring the jars for the jelly back, so they could reuse them or something (obvs it would be cleaned and whatnot) They seem like good quality jars seems like a waste to just toss it ): offer 10% off or something if a jar is brought back to encourage recycling LOL idk also this is really random, but the cups here are such high quality cups LOL Definitely would recommend you try this place! I saw the instagram reel and decided to give it a try--it was actually quite good! I ordered the matcha latte, but the only disappointing part was that it came in a very small cup with minimal ice. I asked the staff for a larger cup filled with ice and she kindly accommodated my request at no extra charge. I ended up enjoying my drink, but I'd recommend serving it in a regular-sized cup. The drinks here are soooo good! Some of them are really unique and they're all really refreshing. They also have free wifi so it's a nice place to study. The only issue is that they have very limited seating, so you really gotta be lucky to get a seat. Other than that, it's a nice cute little boba shop to get work done. read more

Always looking to try new boba spots in OC! Stumbled across this after dinner. My husband and I ordered their kurimi Mirakuru and kurimi roasted oolong with boba. Kurimi is essentially sweet foam on top. We're avid boba drinkers and we really enjoyed their tea. They use loose leaf tea and make it in smaller batches so you do have to wait a while. The boba was a bit hard so I'd give the drinks 4/5. We waited about 30 mins for our drink when there wasn't a line. When I saw other people who ordered after us get called, I went to check on our order. Turns out the label machine messed up and our order was never printed. The worker quickly made our drinks and fully refunded our order for the mix up! I would come back again if I'm in the area. read more

A new milk tea shop in the plaza on harbor and garden grove Blvd. It's definitely a new welcome addition to the plaza. It's near the rite aid, next to a nail salon. The workers are friendly and welcoming. Offer great suggestions if it is your first time trying this place. We tried 3 drinks for our visit. We got the Kurimi Jasmine, kurimi brown rice & gyokuro, and the kurimi camellia. The kurimi series of drinks come with a milk foam, making the drink creamy(kurimi) when mixed in, hence the name. All drinks were really good and fragrant, which is always a plus when shops use good quality teas. The jasmine was steeped a little long but it wasn't bad at all. This shop has a good amount of seating and could be a good place to do some homework or study if you need that sort of thing. Definitely quiet enough for you to have a cute date if you'd like to as well. It's worth a stop if you are in the area. read more

I ordered the signature Mirakuru tea with sweet foam and added boba. The flavor of the tea was... unique (but not to my liking). The sweet cream on top was not dense like Tan-Cha but very airy and loose. The boba must have been soaking too long because it just disintegrated in my mouth. I prefer a honey boba that is bouncy and holds its shape like Half and Half's. For an almost $7 drink, I would not return. read more

Second time coming here. The staff was nice and greeted us. The store was clean and preventable. I ordered the viet coffee less ice 30% sugar. The coffee was great! But the only think i would complain about is that when you order less ice, you wont get it filled tot the top which the staff do warn you before purchasing. I didnt mind it but when i recieved it, it was literally half way filled with less ice.....and it was about $6. I was disappointed with my drink even though it was good. Was able to go to the grand opening for this new spot. Yes business was good and yes there were a lot of people in line (we waited 2hours) and service was good. Ambiance, nice, simple for what it is. Ordered two drinks and there was a BOGO sale so we got 4 drinks. We tried them (I forgot which ones they were) but none of them were very tasteful in my opinion. The kinako coffee is still the drink i enjoy the most. I've come in several times to work on stuff and there are always tables available. Usually when i go in the afternoon, it's not busy so i get my drink really quickly. The music that plays is always chill so i never feel like it's distracting me. However, i do find their recent wifi restriction a bit annoying. There is no longer one single wifi password guests could use, whether they are staying in to work or simply waiting for their drink. Unless you ask for a voucher (or say yes to a printed receipt), you wont be having wifi. There is also a 4-hr time limit. read more

Very cute place! We met an out-of-town friend who was here for a conference. Super cute, super clean, good tea.

The drinks are yummy and their coconut pudding is also pretty good. I think they make those in house now instead of out sourcing that item. My only wish is that the employees had more opinions? I've been there 2-3 times now so I'm more familiar with the drinks but when I first came there and asked what they recommended, they had no thoughts on what to suggest regardless if it was a coffee or tea drink. I don't mind a person without opinions but it have the impression that they could care less. ‍ I'd recommend their mirakuru ube cloud coffee. (I think that's the name) The decor is cute, gives outdoor garden/park vibes. And there must be a thousand paper cranes hanging from the ceiling which was cool to see. read more

Furthermore, the service is great and was incredibly helpful when answering any questions we had. I got the White Peach Oolong Tea with 50% sugar and 50% ice. Unfortunately, I could the drink was still overly sweet and I couldn't taste the tea flavor. However, I did enjoy the tea jelly in my drink. Easily one of my favorite boba spots in Socal. I love their take on freshly brewed tea with their exquisite tea jelly. I've mostly had the fruit teas here and they are fantastic, not too sweet even at default sweetness. You can easily taste the quality of the tea paired with the natural fruit flavors. My primary complaints are that you are apparently unable to order boba in the strawberry matcha drink, and most of the cup was filled with ice despite asking for less ice in the order (so it felt like most of the money spent was on the ice rather than an actual beverage). I dont understand how is this store 5 stars lol, taste so bad and average at most. Order a rice tea or whatever with foam on too. The dink taste like sugar water and foam taste like the fresh milk from China which is fine but weird combination. My bf ordered a fruit tea, taste like what $7 fruit tea that is worse than tasty. They put a bunch of fruit in there just for it to taste like sugar water. At least tasty has some real flavor from the fruit. Disappointing. And service is slow at its most.
