As I tried to order 2 carne Asada tacos and one Al Pastor she said, I have to order all the same type of meats. Like WTF, What taco restaurant does that!!!!!! Oh and rude entire time. Ps. We stopped here since there were Tesla chargers, excited to try a random taco stand. Yea.... Once inside and looking at the menu, prices were elevated, so we gave some leeway because it's the middle of nowhere next to Tesla chargers, maybe they'd just opened and needed to make $ back. Fine. When we tried to order tacos, 1 of each of the 4 meats with each taco being $3.25 the cashier told us it would be better to order the "3 pack for $9.99"... that math doesn't work out, that's more than $3.25 a taco if we get "the deal". My husband changed his mind to a burrito but then it quickly became apparent everything was an add on and this place was a rip off. I still wanted 3 tacos, one of each meat and was told no, it's one meat per 3 tacos. WHAT?! No where do they force you to get 3 of the same meats at a taco stand. They gotta get it together, I'll just drive to the next small town and get decent prices, just because you're next to a Tesla charger doesn't mean you're going to be successful. Good luck! read more

This place has great tasting tacos and good size however the bathrooms smell so bad due to what I believe to be a pit type sewer system. Been here 4 times and the same terrible smell. Also flies buzzing around inside. The Tesla charging stations trash everywhere. Told the cashier guy about it and he said he can't do anything but spray deodorant spray and landlord won't fix it. Been here a couple times and this place was awesome. Wasn't expecting much being in the middle of nowhere but they can compete with any LA taco spot. Asada tacos would be my recommendation. Staff was friendly and food came out quick. Only thing I didn't like was in the summer months it can be pretty warm inside but other then that this place is great. read more

This place should have at least 4.2 stars. It's not as bad as some may make it seem. It wasn't the cleanest place but you can't be too picky with road stops. Food was made fresh and my family was pleasantly surprised and finished all our tacos, along with tipping the workers. Food was out fast and they offer deals when posting them on social media. This is our new go-to spot when traveling to Vegas and they have a ton of Tesla chargers. read more

Stopped to charge my car, and was rewarded with some of the best food that it is possible to have! Despite other reviews on here I found the staff to be caring and really friendly, and, boy oh boy was their food immaculate. Initially I thought the price of $15.99 seemed a bit high, and put it down to the fact that all the diners were captive prisoners of the electric car charger wait time, and were stuck in a side of the road restaurant. I could not have been more wrong and I was delighted to literally eat my words - I had a shrimp quesadilla, and honestly I felt like the ghost of Anthony Bourdain was sitting next to me weeping with joy. The quesadilla was stuffed with shrimp and cheese and pickled onions, lightly crisp on the outside and served with delicately spiced sour cream, guacamole, a spicy, chipotle mayo, and a rich smoky very spicy mole type sauce, it was delectable, I wanted to kiss the chef. I will never ever drive back from Vegas without visiting this culinary dream destination, just outrageously good. Heads up, the restroom is used by both men and women, so that was a surprise walking in there and finding an equally taken aback member of the opposite sex; it was a bit basic but it was clean. read more

Restrooms had No paper, no hand towels, no soap. It Stinks, floors were dirty with old used paper on the floor. I heard the girl at the counter taking orders tell a customer "don't go in there (restroom) It's only for customers." A joke?" Never gonna charge there again. Absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here. Food is dry and flavorless. My Al Pastor tasted like chicken and was white! The menu says each taco is $3.50 but when you go to order they tell you you have to order three tacos and each taco has to be the same meat. They had shrimp on the menu, my husband does not eat meat. When I ordered the shrimp burrito, she said that they did not have shrimp and offered to give him a bean rice and cheese burrito, but she still charged us for the full price of the burrito. The bathroom is disgusting and it smells in there. I don't usually write reviews but it was so bad I had to warn you all. I like food, and usually even if it's bad, I will finish my food, but I had to throw this food away. They are the only restaurant at this Tesla charging station, save your money and go to Shell and get a bag of chips. Pinches tacos really lives up to their name. The cashier went outside to throw the trash, and when she came back in and went straight to the food to give it to us, and did not even sanitize her hands. When I was confused by the menu, she said this is what I have been trying to tell you and kept pointing at her little hand written sign that said three tacos for $10.50. Been visiting this location for years since it was Ollie's Coffee Shop to it's more recent life as Cali-burger. Now serving up Mexican food, MisPinchis Tacos is a pleasant food oasis in greater metropolitan Yermo. As a dedicated and well-trained taco inspector, I thoroughly wolfed down my two carne asada tacos which were as good as you will find without having to cross the southern border. Unlike others here, I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and provided my order in a reasonable time frame hot off the MisPinchis grill. I washed it all down with the house-made horchata which was delicious as many have commented on. A bit pricey, but considering everything has to be brought in from more developed civilization, I guess it's reasonable. I will plan on future stops here when passing through to try other menu items. read more
