My go-to for all things croqueta and party platers. Everyone that works there has always been very friendly and helpful.

Good morning I'm not much for reviewing but today got me in disbelief, the customer service here is great I don't know the gentleman name but good guy. The quality of the food is good, but the quantity is crazy for the prices. I could spend half the price at cao or la Carreta down the street from them for more food. No wonder they were empty and the store was clean, looks like everyone else found out the hard way on the quantity. And with all due respect the place is not bad it's clean and the customer service is great but just too little food for the prices and I was willing to pay more until I saw how little bit of food they give compared to the competition down the street.

Vicky Bakery in Pembroke Pines is a slice of heaven wrapped in pastry dough. If you haven't tried their guava pastries, you haven't truly lived. Imagine biting into a cloud of flaky goodness that bursts with the sweet, tangy flavor of guava. It's like a fiesta in your mouth! And let's not forget their cortadito--it's so smooth and rich, it could convince a tea drinker to switch sides. The staff here? Absolute gems. They're as pleasant as a warm sunny day, always ready with a smile and quick with your order. The service is so fast that I once blinked and my coffee was already on the counter. If you're in a hurry, no worries--they've got you covered faster than you can say "Vicky's is the best!"

Strawberry and regular mimosas are hand poured, not premade in a batch! For an appetizer we ordered the Sicilian Arancini and however they make their bolognese sauce is soooo good. Hearty, flavorful and perfectly paired with the cheesy arancini's. The Traditional Eggs Benedict tasted freshly made, the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. The Israeli Crispy Chicken was my favorite!! The chicken was crispy, the meat was tender. The Matbucha with the Morrancan spices, tomato, roasted red peppers reminded me of a dish we ate in Sicily. So LOVED it! Both our eggs were poached to perfection, too. The service by Isaac was excellent! Attentive, but not overbearing, and friendly. Steph, the manager, was also the mixologist and she makes a mean Espresso Martini. Pricing is reasonable! Fairytale, intimate ambiance with delicious food and superior service makes this place totally brunch worthy!

We ordered a juice, a latte, and some empanadas. The empanadas looked amazing, but unfortunately lacked flavor. The juice was served room temperature when it really could've been colder and more refreshing. The biggest disappointment was the service. After waiting 35 minutes for my latte, I finally had to go ask about it myself. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, just "we'll make it." After another 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed the cashier remind the barista again. She eventually brought the latte to the table, dropped it off, and walked away -- no "thank you for waiting," no apology, nothing. It's a shame because the place has so much potential, but customer service can completely change the experience. Sadly, after this visit, we won't be coming back. I really hope they improve their service because the atmosphere alone is not enough.

It was PACKED and stuffy in there but the staff were all working really fast and got the orders out quickly. There's also barely any seating in there so don't plan to eat inside. Even for the seating that there was, you'd be surrounded by the people waiting in line. I would maybe come back for another croissant but definitely not for the drinks.

We waited about 10 mins to be seated. Priscilla took good care of us. She was ready with the recommendations. My margarita was made perfectly and went well with my chilaquiles. Service was fast! We waited maybe 15 mins for our food. The only downside to this restaurant in my opinion, are the coed bathrooms. Not a big fan of these. Since there were only two for the entire restaurant, cleaning periodically is recommended. Other than that, food was delicious!

Then our waitress lingered at our table chatting us up while her tip was being written down. On to the food. The salmon on my eggs benedict was just awful. I struggled to cut through the english muffin with the one metal knife I did have. The pancakes were rubbery. My husband's food was cold. The lettuce was brown. It couldn't have been worse. This was my first and last time at one of these establishments.

No way this stuff wasn't pre-made a while ago. Oh yeah, part of a banana and one strawberry. Despite what the waiter said, I could tell everything was pre-made. It's about the same quality as the free "continental breakfast" most cheap hotels offer except at the hotel it's still warm and you get refills on coffee and the waffle is freshly made and hot enough to melt butter. No free refills on coffee here unless you buy their "pour over," and then you get one small refill. The strainer for the coffee was stained and filthy when it was brought out, so they're not using fresh ones or even cleaning thoroughly between uses. GF had a meatless omelet and a smoothie. Her omelet was hot so obviously it was made fresh unlike mine. I told the waiter my food was cold and he swore he saw them "take it out of the oven," but nothing I ordered would be cooked in any over other than a microwave oven. Total bill for two: $60+. This was with a 30% discount on my plate for my food being served cold. Honestly you'll have a better, fresher meal at IHOP or Waffle House or Denny's, for a fraction of the price and you'll get coffee refills.

The interior is all hard surfaces...so it's loud. I'd recommend brining a bullhorn or a portable mic and speaker with you. Our waitress could not hear us. Try tablecloths or some tapestries on the walls, Maple and Cream management...anything to absorb some sound. Not that our waitress was around that much to hear us scream our order at the top of our lungs. This was an insult, as a 20 percent gratuity was automatically added to our check. The waitress did not deserve a 20 percent tip. She did not even serve 5 percent. And the parking is non existent. I had to park in a garage and walk down a roadway with no sidewalks to get to the place after dropping my wife and daughter off. I don't understand how people have given this place an average of four stars. Don't waste your money.
