While I was waiting for my order, the girl came by and told me that they now had the soufflé I wanted and let me replace my cake with no extra cost! The fact that she remembered what I originally wanted to order and went out of her way to tell me it's now available really impressed me. If this is not great customer service I don't know what is. The owner also came out later to apologize for the wait and the confusion, which I didn't think was a problem at all. The guy on the phone did not take down my name, so when I got there to pick up, they mistook me for another order. When they finally got started on the order, it took another 20+ minutes of waiting to get it. And when I finally got my order, it was the wrong item (and one that I was allergic to, imagine if I didnt check and drove all the way home). They had to remake it again (another 15-20min). At least the staff refunded me the amount for the item. But that was over an hr of time wasted. It was truly a horrible experience. I am a milk tea boba addict and I had to try their Garden Milk Tea :) Its boba tasted just right to my liking, which is chewy (more towards hard) and sweet. It had a quite nice milk tea base but it would be a good idea to get a 75% sugar for those who don't like sugary drink. I loved the cute "Garden" idea, but I was not sure about the toppings that come with it. The foam was not creamy enough and made the drink foamy afterwards and I personally don't like the cream part of the oreo in my drink since it does not melt in my mouth well. Also, I understand they just opened but we waited about 30mins for an original souffle pancake not to mention it was not that busy. The staff rushed out eventually, with wet and floured hands, being extremely apologetic. She served us the pancake with (again, wet and floured all over) utensils without any napkin. We had to share a single sheet of paper towel since that was all they had. I felt sorry for her but also found the experience a tad bit unprofessional and unprepared. The souffle itself was nice and it reminded me of one of those dense yet fluffy cheese castella cake. It has creamy and cheesy aroma to it. I really hope this place stays, since it is a cute, pet friendly cafe with decent milk tea right in front of my house :) Will definitely be coming back once everything is solid and prepared. The employees are all super friendly and I definitely plan on returning! Nice spacious space and they have a lot of potential. The menu looks like they also serve food and different items. This place is one of my favorite Boba places. They have awesome boba that is fresh and tastes great and a good variety of teas and other drinks to choose from. They also have great food for a quick snack or for lunch to share with a friend (my favorite is their popcorn chicken). What I really like about this place though is how nice everyone is. They always make sure to welcome you when you walk in which I think is a nice touch. I think the owner also works front lines too, either that or the manager. Whoever she is I always see here there. She goes out of her way to hand me the food I order so I don't have to get up, even though it's a pick up your food at the counter set up. Overall a really nice find! During this crazy pandemic, I placed a phone order. Once I was there, only one person working servicing 6 orders. She only rinse the used cup, not wearing gloves while multi tasking. I overheard she gave someone's order to another customer because "he/she wasn't here yet." Well, phone order got me waited 25 min before I can get my drinks. Disappointing first visit. 3 workers accounted for. 2 in the back and 1 in the front. I arrived with a few of my cousins coming from a family party. I was the first in line to place my order with the employee at the register. I noticed that she decided to take everyone's orders in line behind me before starting to make any of the drinks. Now I'm just confused and looking around like okay a lot of people have their drinks before me yet I was the first to order! I finally ask for a refund because I had a dinner to get to and I was over it, even though I really wanted to try the shake. The lady then looks through the cups, finds mine and asks "I can make your drink now if you want?" I'm over here thinking, when were you going to decide to make my drink!? Do i told her I'll take the refund because I had to go. She then looked confused like she didn't know what to do, grabbed a $5 from the register and it looked like there was no change in there so she grabbed it from the tip jar. On top of all of that, my cousin ordered boba after me and her drinks had no boba in them! From what I've experienced they need to change their system of things.
