This was my second time coming. First was valentines day 2026, and second was yesterday 3/11. I really gave this place a try but for the high price, the food is just really bad. Burger I had was dry and cold with wilted wet lettuce, and the macaroni I was excited to try was dry and cold. I would look at other options in the area before trying this place. read more

Normal BBQ chain restaurant. Their Ribs are some of the best we have had in a long time! Tender, fall off the bone with good flavor and smoke ring and a nice crust. Beans are really flavorful and I think have brisket in them. Mac n Cheese is VERY cheesy (in a good way) and are baked style rather than wet which is much more classic. Man I hate to do this but it is a must. I'll start with the only good thing about this place is the price!! It was my wife, daughter and me for only $65!! But you know the saying...you get what you pay for. We go to many new restaurants in town and they're either a "comebacker" or a "one and done". This was most def a one and done. My wife's pulled chicken sandwich was more on the dry side and didn't have much taste at all. She had to POUR a generous amount of the sauce they had on the table to get taste. Her salad, we could've made home better. My meal was the burger, with fries (not bad), then brisket (moist) and 2 ribs. The burger was a regular tasting burger but did have some smoke taste to it. And the bun was overwhelming to the point where it took over the meat itself. The brisket though moist was actually pretty moist but overkill on the fat and only a little bit of meat. Didn't have much taste either. Just regular. And the ribs?? They give you 2 but only enough meat to equal maybe 1/2 of a rib at Hogs and Tradition BBQ(which you should try out!) The collard greens was way too salty! I'll give Mission this.. the cornbread was spot on! Just wish they served it with honey and butter. Overall I would give this restaurant a 4.7 out of ten. read more

It's a place where you order the food at the front with a cashier then take it and sit down somewhere to eat. Just make sure you don't come here on a Friday or Saturday night. The place was packed and there was nowhere to sit so we ended up just taking the food to go. The food is alright and maybe that is because we took it to-go. We went to Mission BBQ for the first time this week. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The order taker guy actually came around the counter and asked if it was our first time there. I told him it was and he explained the whole menu to us. Amazing! We ordered the 2 meat meal, I got pulled pork and pulled chicken. My husband got the brisket and turkey. Delicious! We also ordered salads, which is a generous portion. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back often. read more

I am typing this as I sit in the parking lot after my first experience here. Recommended by my fiancée this spot DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT. She got her pulled pork sandwich and I got the 2 meat sampler (moist brisket and turkey) with Mac and cheese and fries. I don't usually order Mac and cheese from places because I am very particular on my Mac and cheese and Mission's was the perfect balance of cheesy and creamy. The brisket was moist and flavorful, with the Texas twang sauce was the perfect addition. The only miss I will say was the turkey it wasn't very flavorful and was pretty dry but with the sauce it was fixed. I'll start this review off by stating several years ago I won best BBQ in San Antonio 3-years running... I know my Barbecue. Mission Barbecue is the real thing! After 3 visits I have to put this location as one of my top barbecue restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley. This nothing fancy... just simple, great, down home Southern BBQ. Before even getting into the food, the restaurant is dedicated to military families and first responders. The decor is filled with pictures of same--well deserved. I love walking in and having the chief order taker recognize me as I walk through the door. A very personable and helpful guy. Today we ordered a Fatty Brisket Sandwich ($19.69) with Fresh Cut Fries and Pulled Pork Sandwich (($14.89) with Brisket Baked Beans. Both sandwiches included the sides and a Fountain Beverage. No where during check out was anyone pandering for a tip. The meats were cooked and smoked perfectly with a very mild smoke, not the overpowering technique that leaves you feeling like you smoked a pack of cigs. Everything was fresh made--no convenience foods used here. I saw some of the other orders coming out of the kitchen and everything looked and smelled great. Jen is the community manager and acts more like a owner. She was talking up the restaurant guests and letting us know what the concept stands for. She was also passing out samples of brisket and pulled pork. I told her we already had both and so she came back with a small sample Mississippi Mud Pie which was a great compliment to the meal. These guys are still new to the valley and this location. I sincerely hope you will give them a try. read more

We just found out about this hidden treasure in Henderson! The food is incredibly delicious! They do not use microwaves or freezers and they make everything from scratch here! The ambiance is great! The people who work here are passionate about what the do and the food they make. Chris greeted us with such warmth and-hard to find these days-customer service. He explained everything and even offered samples. He checked on us during and after our meal. Matt, the manager was also great, he explained the back ground of Mission BBQ, to serve the warriors of every branch of service and our first responders.
