It's been actively in use for about 5-6+ years now working flawlessly, except for one day a few weeks back. I mistakenly took it to a computer repair in the mall which was horrendous, they had it for a week and a half and couldn't give me a proper diagnosis besides "it's the motherboard." I contacted Daniel and within a day he had my rig working, as it was a power switch problem and not a motherboard. However, the PSU's fan was bad, Daniel quoted me an extremely reasonable price and was able to fix it in another day. Two days with Daniel completely fixed my rig at a reasonable price, he was extremely helpful and friendly. I just can't believe it took him two days what the other shop couldn't and misdiagnosed in a week and a half. On top of that, Daniel was nice enough to fix the wiring and ensure all the components were properly in place, again, another issue that the other shop messed up on my rig. The guy knows his stuff! Instead of receiving my order, I was informed that my package was "lost" before it ever arrived. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I contacted the company for help, Salman Nasir was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and spoke to me disrespectfully, despite the fact that I was simply trying to find out where my order was. As the customer, I did nothing to deserve being treated that way. After looking through other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding shipping issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. My experience appears to be consistent with what others have reported, which is very concerning. If you're ordering something time-sensitive--especially for school or work--I would strongly recommend using a different seller. My order never arrived, I lost valuable time preparing for school, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope the company improves its customer service and shipping practices because no customer should have this experience.

Came a couple months ago and talked with David to update my son's MacBook and was told it would be done in a day with an agreed upon price. Came back to the store after no call to get an update or hopefully pick up the laptop and it wasn't ready. Called in a couple times and more excuses on why it had not been done yet. Fast forward to over a month later and visited the store to see what the hold-up was and got the owner. First he could not find not only the paperwork or my information in the system but he also could not find the laptop till I described it. It was in the "unclaimed pile" as he said. Turned it on and it had not been updated, no work had been done! He apologized and offered to do it himself. Before finishing up the paperwork I asked to confirm the price of doing the update. He quoted me 3x's more than originally agreed upon. When I expressed that it was not the price David had given me he said "sorry but that is not what we charge and he'd talk with his employee" with no other option to make it right. Long story short, he kept my laptop for months, did not do the work, lost my paperwork and misplaced my laptop then did not honor the price his employee gave. I am not upset with the business owner for his employee but I am upset that he as a business owner in our community would not make this right. Choose for yourself where you want to spend your money but there are other options not far down the road. I will not be coming back and will make sure they are never recommended from me. I'm just glad I got the laptop back. No paperwork, no info in the system, easily could have claimed I was never there.

José arranged for me to bring it right in and upgraded to its max capacity of Windows 11, in less than 2 hours. At pick-up, he then found an issue with it not connecting to WiFi. So he said he'd open it up to try and work it out by end-of-day at no extra charge, because I also told him I had to head out of town that following Sunday. And y'all, he did exactly that! Even so far as to him staying late just to get it done same-day for the cause. Now that's service! They are selling products that are not legal to be sold and they are misleading consumers into purchasing "custom built" computers. The computers are all under 1 volume Windows license and ripe with used motherboards and lazy cable management. The moment you walk out of the store they can shut down your windows license so they can apply it to another machine and scam another person. Luckily, my license lasted for a few months before they did this to me. When I contacted Windows they advised me what this shop is doing. Avoid them, its not worth the headache. Also, just in case you were curious how they responded when I reached out to them regarding what had happened with my license below is the response I got FROM THEM. I will also be putting proof that it came from their email. NOTICE THAT MANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS EDIT: I received a message (see below) very shortly after posting this review threatening me to remove the post or they are going to show up at my house and smash my car windows... at least now I know exactly who to point to if anything happens to my vehicles... maybe change the city you're in next time before sending threatening messages.. for computer guys they really do not know how the internet works do they?
