From the time Mitage Cleaners moved to the Beverlywood area, I have not used another for my dry cleaning needs. Not only are their prices more than reasonable, the quality of service both in care for my clothing and friendly customer service are outstanding! There is no question in my mind when I leave an article of clothing there that it won't get done to my specific needs and standards but that it will also be done in a timely manner as is always promised. If ever there is an issue (I think maybe once in so many years) I'm confident they will do whatever they need to make it better. If you live in the area and are not already using Mitage, I highly suggest giving them a shot, for you will be more than happy! read more

Mitage is a very reliable cleaners. I have been using them for about 2 years now and have never needed to ask them to re-clean anything that came back dirty. I often make special requests like add starch, or treat the collar, or run a shirt in a cold laundry, and they're always happy to do it. Their prices are also very fair. Earlier this week I had them clean and press a lab coat that I needed to look perfectly white and "fresh" for a photo shoot. They did a great job and they had it ready when they promised they would (which is typical!). I give them 4 stars because they have great customer service and are reliable and do a great job for a good price. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because their hours could be a little later in the day (close at 7pm on the dot on weekdays and at 5pm on Saturday and not open on Sunday). Its hard to get to them before they close after I leave work! Totally recommend this place if you have a little flexibility with your work schedule. read more

Just a quick update: Over the holidays I needed a dress to be altered. It was a very odd request on my part and certainly not a traditional way to alter a dress -- but the seamstress was awesome! She totally understood what I was requesting and went with it (which I REALLY appreciated!). She got this done is just a few days and the result was PERFECT. A dress that I absolutely love went from "never going to fit me ever again" to "fitting just right". And the best part, the fee was beyond reasonable when you consider it pretty much gave me a new dress. I've had numerous regular alterations here too (pants hemmed, etc.) and they're always done really well. I continue to be super happy with this place. read more

Not happy with my recent experience using their tailor. Somehow the simple job of tapering and shortening a pair of jeans, turned into my pants being butchered. I ended up taking the pants to a more trusted tailor, and they turned the pants inside out, showing me how uneven the tapering job was. The price was cheap, and I should have assumed that the quality would follow suit. I must say the tailor also has a bit of an attitude. The rest of the cleaners staff is very friendly and accommodating however. That being said, this is not a bad cleaners if you are going there purely to have your clothes washed/dry-cleaned, but I give the place one star as they should be aware of who they have working behind the tailoring counter. read more

I've been bringing my dry cleaning, laundry, and alterations to Mitage since I moved to the area almost six years ago. The staff -- Ermin and Raul -- are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and prices are reasonable. My clothes are always nicely wrapped and I've never had any items lost or damaged. There's another dry cleaner within steps of my house, but Mitage is worth going a few extra blocks. read more
