In Dublin, because of the volume, lines are cleaned every four days; here they're cleaned weekly--and that attention to detail truly makes a difference. I also tried the Black Velvet, which was perfectly balanced and paired beautifully with my meal. Next, the food. I ordered the smash burger with bacon jam and habanero, and it was absolutely off the charts. So flavorful, incredibly tender, and honestly restored my faith in burgers. I didn't have room for dessert, but I did take some home--the homemade bread pudding. I couldn't resist. I'll be enjoying that later with a cup of tea and will gladly give a follow-up review. We ordered exactly what he suggested, and I'm convinced my taste buds ascended to a higher plane. If Josh told me to try something I've sworn I'd never eat, I'd trust him without hesitation.
