Best hibachi taste, cost, and experience! They were great entertainment and my food was incredible, the salad and soup were amazing, the chicken and steak and veggies and rice were SO GOOD. I also tried sushi and the crab rangoons. The sushi was awesome. The crab Rangoon was less sweet and were in wonton wrappers that were thinner than I'm used to but it was not bad!

Solid Sushi Spot in Arnold, Mo! Miyabi Sushi Bar Steakhouse has both a hibachi side for those of you who want a show and a restaurant side for us roll lovers. The restaurant side is cozy and cute. The hibachi side gets loud with excitement. This spot has unique rolls and a lot of them. I got the C4 Roll and Dynamite Roll and added jalapeño to both. Love the spice and crunch. This is a great spot to customize rolls. The chefs are accommodating and it's easy to change it up.

Man oh man do I love this place. This is now my second time. If you want authentic sushi with an absolutely stunning presentation, this is your place. First off, the dining area.....it's modest, but very comfortable. It feels like you could take someone here for a nice dining experience but you could never overdress, or underdress. It has a very relaxed vibe and you never feel rushed. The service is excellent. Every worker greeted me with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered, six rolls, an appetizer, and sides. Not a single mistake on any visit. If there were mistakes, I wholeheartedly believe they would be fixed without issue. The main event, THE FOOD! As if the presentation isn't absolutely stunning enough (chefs kiss), the food is so so delicious. With the presentation.....look at the photos, it's art. Each roll looks like it does through as thorough inspection held by 17 board members . Once you decide to destroy this work of art with your mouth, you will find that the food tastes even better than it looks. No roll is alike. It seems like some places I go they all tend to taste quite similar NOT HERE! Each roll has its own unique flavor profile that will leave you craving more. Also, don't sleep on the miso soup and their salads . While I can only speak on what I've personally eaten here, I can say with confidence that everything else here is most certainly set at the same standard. I may have not eaten some dishes, or enjoy the hibachi grilling, but I did see what others were served, and boy did it look and smell amazing. I'll be back 100 times over. Don't wait, go eat here. I cannot recommend this place enough for sushi and hibachi lovers.

What a gem! Every time I visit my boyfriends parents in Arnold, this is my favorite place to dine at! I have a lot of great experiences eating here for special occasions or for date night. Every time we have eaten here we are always seated right away with our order coming out beautifully! Every plate is planned out with special thought and love. If you don't believe me, take a look at our last visit!

Good food - a little bit on the saltier side but decent. Prices are very good for a hibachi restaurant. They have very cool traditions that they do for birthdays so if it's your birthday when coming here definitely let them know!

I wasn't overly impressed. Food is about what you'd expect and the quantity is pretty decent except for the salad which was about 2 pieces of lettuce. Prices seem to be a bit pricey. I think the bento box was close to $20. Staff didn't seem overly friendly. The food itself was tasty and is on par with many other restaurants of this type. Our order was to go, but they have the dine in experience similar to Benihana's or Kobe's with chef entertainment.

Great food, excellent service, very busy and small dining area. Hibachi area is large. Worth the wait.

I'm in the process of moving to St. Louis and on my travel here this evening I saw this sign for this sushi place and I thought, it's been a while since I've had good sushi." Granted, my expectations for good sushi in farmland Missouri are not real high. But what I got in my interaction with the staff and what they gave me as an order was frankly embarrassing. I feel bad for those unfamiliar with sushi and Japanese culture who come to this place and think they're getting an authentic experience. I will tell you: they are not. It started when the server asked me whether I wanted to see the menu or I knew what I wanted. Generally, as a vegan, I have very few options, so they're pretty much the same wherever. Sometimes I might be able to get a good shiitake maki roll, but nine times out of ten, I'm limited to avocado and cucumber rolls. I asked if they had inarizushi. Blank stares. The server had no idea what I was talking about, none. I repeated it and she answered back with "unagi?," which is barbecued eel, definitely not vegan. We tried a third time and she asked about egg. I said no that's tamago. ‍ Frustrated, I broke down and looked up inarizushi on Wikipedia, which provided a picture. She exclaimed, "Oh! Tofu skin!" The itamae (sushi chef) nodded and said the same. Now I don't know about you, but even as a vegan who enjoys "tofu skin" in a variety of dishes, that sounds absolutely horrid. But there it is, listed on the menu as tofu skin. My heart actually started to hurt a little, because the Japanese words are descriptive in nature, not just of the ingredients that's contained with each roll or piece, but of the culture that goes into it. But then came the confusion of the pricing, where instead of sets where you get six pieces of a particular maki roll in one set or two pieces of 稲荷 in one order, every single piece you order was individually priced. I'm positive this is to maximize profits, because after ordering only two tofu skins and six avocados my bill was over $19. Seriously? For middle of the sticks Missouri sushi? There was no place to sit at the sushi bar while I waited, and I stood around uncomfortably feeling like I was in everyone's way while I waited for my sushi order. Eventually, I noticed there was a bench in the entrance alcoveand I sat there to wait on my sushi and immediately started a review on Yelp, knowing that I was going to write of my disappointment while giving a three star recommendation. When I got my order, the inari was the smallest I've ever seen. Seriously, I'd get bigger pieces at a Lawson's near the train station, and no doubt tastier and more filling. Worse was this abomination of avocado sushi prepared in nigirizushi style. I've been all over Japan and had never seen avocado served like this, especially when I was expecting a maki roll. I just sat in the car, and I immediately marched back in and said, "Look, I don't want this. I don't think you guys know what you're doing." I tried to explain to them how I was expecting a maki roll and they had no idea what was talking about. How can you have a sushi restaurant when you don't understand the basics of sushi? They were all confused about why I wanted my money back and why I wasn't happy. I didn't really want to get in a debate or a discussion of cultural misappropriation, but if you're looking for an authentic sushi-ya ... brother, this ain't it. I finally just looked at the chef and I said in Mandarin 我不买 "I won't buy it." And that seemed to end the discussion. The restaurant was packed. People seemed to be enjoying it, and the workers were very nice, but they don't know what they're doing. This is not Japanese sushi, it's just the Temu of version of Japanese cuisine bastardized for an American audience. Don't even get me started on putting hot mustard packs in my to go bag. Just really disappointing and inauthentic.
