They do a great job with tofu here! The Gan Shan Rice Bowl had less tofu but more additions like pickled vegetables and kimchi. The General Tso's bowl had amazing flavor, and you didn't really need more than the tofu and broccoli! We also tried one of the ginger drinks, which was good, and some sake. It's light and filling. The ramen bowls are rich and the miso vegetarian Ramen is much more bold, flavorful than I had expected. The carrots and roots were caramelized with a sweetened hint.
