First I had to swipe my card for the gas, but after loading, it (the POS) told me to go to the cashier. The cashier told me that my payment is not made, so I need to give my card to her. She took it and swiped it again. In my bank statement, I found that I have been charged twice. Now I called him, they said they will call me back later after figuring out what happened. Didn't hear anything from them, then I called after two days. This time they said that, I need to take the bank statement back to them with bank seal so that they know that it was authentic. They cannot check their transaction list, since they have too many transactions. I need to travel back to them with that piece of paper. They were very rude and didn't even say sorry at all.

I have brought TWO of my cars to Jiffy Lube multiple times, but after this experience, I will not be coming back. They advertise a "15-minute oil change." I waited in line for over 30 minutes while the two cars in front of me were being serviced, and then I waited another 40 minutes inside the office. At that point, I finally had to ask someone how much longer my car was going to take. What was advertised as a quick 15-minute service turned into well over an hour. Unfortunately, the wait wasn't even the worst part. Immediately after leaving Jiffy Lube, I went somewhere else to have my state inspection done because it was the end of the month. As soon as they lifted my car, they called me over to show me that the panel underneath my car was BARELY ATTACHED after the oil change, and there was still oil dripping around the area. Thankfully, the person doing my inspection fixed the panel for me FREE OF CHARGE. I was also told that an oil change at their shop would have cost me about HALF of what I had just paid at Jiffy Lube. So not only did I wait more than an hour for a service advertised as taking 15 minutes, I paid approximately twice as much and then discovered immediately afterward that part of the underside of my car had not been properly secured. And what about the other services Jiffy Lube advertises? My windshield was NOT cleaned, and the front floor mats/rugs were NOT cleaned either. I understand that businesses get busy and a "15-minute" service may sometimes take longer. But if I'm going to wait over an hour, I at least expect the job to be done CORRECTLY and for the services I'm paying for to actually be performed. After being a repeat customer and bringing both of my cars here, this was extremely disappointing. I will absolutely not be returning to Jiffy Lube again. Paying more money, waiting longer than advertised, and then having another shop immediately fix something that wasn't properly secured is completely unacceptable.

Pricing is fair and quality of work is superb. Great communication between the shop and front desk as well. They provide detailed pre and post inspections. If they offer a service and feel like is overprice talk to them and they will find a way to work with something more managable. In our experience, we decided to go somewhere else to get our brakes done and the quality and pricing was a complete failure from the other place where we decided to get the service from. This resulted in wasted time and broken parts from something that was supposed to be "cheaper." But because of their detailed pre-inspection both times that the car came in we were able to get this resolve. I felt like Premier Auto were pretty transparent from the beginning, especially with being a woman, there is always the fear of being taken advantage for this reason. I highly recommend this place. Great jobs guys and I will make sure my husband keeps coming to you in the future for any car related issues! Not only was this Mr. Tire FAST in their quote back to me, when everything was said and done, I BASICALLY paid a good 300$ less --labor and all--than I would have if I had gotten my stuff done at the Shell (If I get my breaks changed, I probably shouldn't be charged individually for the brake fluid flush....)
