We had an amazing experience with Mobile Dog Grooming! It was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment. We also can't say enough good things about Cat! She was punctual and highly professional. Our Pomeranian puppy is a very anxious dog and gets very nervous with meeting new people and grooming. However, it is evident that she is very good with dogs, and she knew how to ease his anxiety. Cat took the time to listen and give suggestions for what we wanted specifically for his grooming as he has a double coat. She was efficient and did an amazing job, and he looks perfect and exactly as we hoped for! We could tell our puppy was very comfortable with Cat afterwards. Thank you so much!!

Another amazing grooming done yet again! Our dog is a little difficult to deal with when it comes to grooming due to his anxiety but he loves Lindsay! Ive never seen him so happy after a grooming until we met Lindsay! She is punctual with her time and is super nice! Before taking Bolt she makes sure we are on the same page as far as what we'd like to get done and she delivers fantastically! Thank you Lindsay for Bolts awesome haircut and cute little bandana too

Emmery was amazing! She did an incredible job with our mini Pomeranian. It's not easy finding a quality groomer and thankfully we found the absolute best. Arrived on time, full service took an hour and our fur daughter is a super clean happy fur ball I'm booking a regular appointment monthly. I highly recommend this company!

I've had a positive experience with Mobile Dog Grooming from the start! Ally has been so amazing and takes such good care of our pup. She does an EXCELLENT job and he looks great for weeks on end! My latest experience was by far the best -- my dog was having an allergic reaction on his skin and was miserable. Ally made sure to understand his needs and take extra special care of him and he instantly felt and looked so much better after his grooming. She is so personable and even remembered I was pregnant and gave me a sweet gift. I'm so grateful for hardworking people like Ally!! I reached out this morning via text and was immediately sent a frontally text from Shalene. E exchanged information and my appointment was scheduled for a 2-hour window this afternoon. Emmery texted when she was on her way and arrived right on time. This was such an easy and convenient experience! Malibu is a little shy and has some separation anxiety but sure did GREAT! Emmery texted me a couple times with how things were going and in about an hour are rang the doorbell... Malibu smelled so good. Her coat was soft and shiny. Nails clipped and filed and she was happy! Price was very reasonable and I will definitely tell my friends and guaranteed this will be my GO TO grooming company! Thank you so much Emmery and Shalene! You are amazing representatives for this company and that first point of contact was exceptional! I felt like a valued customer before I even became one!! Chip has been enjoying his grooms at Mobile Dog Grooming. He has seen 2 different groomers Lindsay and Valerie and they both did a terrific job. Chip always dreaded his grooming appointments but seems in good spirits after these. He is a 17 pound poodle/yorkie mix and they can normally complete his service in 1 hour which is very quick compared to the other groomers we first used before trying out mobile. I recently had to switch mobile grooming services. After reading all the reviews and speaking with Shalene from Mobile Dog Grooming, I decided to give them a try and requested Ally since so many of the reviews I read mentioned how great she was. Since making the appointment I have been truly stressed about our first grooming since I hoped their service lived up to the reviews I read. I had a couple personal issues and had to reschedule my appointment to a different day and then on the day of the appointment I had to make a location change. Ally was so accommodating and understanding. The grooming session went wonderfully. I am very pleased with every aspect of what Ally did. My squeamish pup was NOT stressed and unhappy. All I saw was a wagging tail at the end of the groom. Thank you, Ally! You are truly a gem. Thank you, Shalene, for accommodating all my requests. I promise future grooms will go much more smoothly. Price was very reasonable for the service that I received. read more

Nice, dog-friendly groomer. Convenient and quick. But my text stated what I wanted, was given an estimate which was very off. I paid extra for deshedding but my dog was definitely shedding as normal after (other places I have been, my dog would noticeably shed less for many days). My dog also didn't smell good after a couple days (other places he would smell good for a week or longer). read more

I have a 7 year old white Labrador who hates cars and is very skiddish when it comes to grooming and new places. This was my first ever time with a mobile grooming van and it has exceeded my expectations! Miss Allison was so kind to my dog and patient the entire process. The entire bath package didnt take long at all and when it was time to take her back, my dog kept looking back to see if the groomer was coming with us! Darling (my pup) and I absolutely love Mobile Dog Grooming! All of their groomers are so kind and do a phenomenal job. It's very easy to get an appointment and of course it's incredible that they come to you! We've enjoyed our multiple grooming experiences with Mobile Dog Grooming and will continue to use them for as long as we can. Our dog Biscuit used to be so stressed out with previous groomers. But Lindsey really helps him feel at ease. I'm sure he still stresses somewhat but it's a noticeable difference compared to what it used to be. She is so good with him and does a fantastic job! Lindsay has been grooming our poodle puppy for a year now and we have been so happy with the service. She spends time with us discussing the cut, makes suggestions, and is conscious. Our puppy loves her and runs right into the van for his haircut. Other groomers we used when she wasn't available are also great - on time arrival, make the best use of their time, kind to our dog. If I could give Omar and the OC Waggin Wheels team 10 stars, I would! I've been using OC Waggin Wheels since 2015, and recommend them to anyone I can. When I first moved to Irvine I didn't know about mobile grooming, but quickly found OC Waggin Wheels online. The first time my super senior golden retriever met Omar, he was instantly in love. Even through old age and illness, seeing Omar made his tail wag. In 2020 I got a spunky 2 year old golden retriever, and she feels the exact same way. She literally becomes a puddle the moment I hand over the leash - pretty sure she'd leave me in the dust to hang out with him. Omar does a fantastic job, but more importantly is a kind, calm presence that my pups have both loved, and more importantly, I trust. read more

It was my dog's first time using a mobile grooming service and she looked so cute after getting pampered by Valerie! Coco loved the experience and was happy to meet her groomer. Valerie was very friendly and attentive to Coco, she followed our typical haircut style I sent her to a T and made her comfortable even during parts she usually struggles with (nails). I'll definitely rebook for Coco's next groom, she was much less stressed and anxious compared to when she goes to grooming salons! I know she'll be taken great care of here. read more

Updated Review: We have now been a loyal customer to Waggin wheels for almost two years. How much do we love this service? Well we moved out of the OC area last year and we still drive to my parents home in Irvine to have Omar cut Bertie our labradoodle. She absolutely adores Omar so much that we joke that she doesn't know he is a groomer :) He def is an animal whisperer and we will continue to make the drive from LA to see him. OC Waggin Wheels was recommended to me by my sister, who has been a client of theirs for several years. Omar is amazing and has been my dogs' groomer for just over three years now. I have a senior mini poodle, a senior Yorkie/poodle mix, and a Maltese/poodle mix puppy. They always look great when their grooming is done. Omar is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I've had the pleasure of working with him for 3 of my own pups, as well as having him work on my sisters pups as well. Omar has been grooming my newest pup, a Bernedoodle named Montana. She has a tendency to be shy and reserved, however, he has always made her feel safe. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)

I originally booked myself with a different stylist but was asked if I'd like to be rescheduled with a "golden doodle specialist." The caller seemed disheveled and stressed but I unfortunately paid it little mind. Great! My boy will look amazing after his trim. I came in with my shaggy but unmatted boy to get him cleaned up around the eyes and rump for hygiene, maybe paws as well. He is a puppy and should to be used to the groomer after all. Unfortunately, the stylist showed me what looked like velcro straps for the lengths with numbers. I didn't piece together very well how the lengths would translate to the dog. My last dog was a golden retriever with straight hair, not a golden doodle. I showed a picture from the same breeder, same breed. Just older. The stylist insisted it could not be done and went along and took my dog anyways. With a price of $100-$120, I was sure he'd turn out well I still gave the benefit of the doubt. I then waited ~3.5 hours for my pup to be finished. I expected it to take atleast two hours but since it was his first time, longer. So seemed on time. Surely the cut would be amazing Uhh... look at the pictures I can see some people liking this cut but I WAS NOT expecting what I got. I kept my composure but was very disappointed and shocked. If I wanted a shave, I'd have done it myself and saved $120. The salon at that time was also rather chaotic as the stylist's dog was barking and she said she would put him outside if he would not be quiet. Far too much for my young pup whose first professional grooming had been done here. I left without saying anything and decided to ask for a discount over email after my thoughts settled, but my partner called rather frustrated before I could. She was met with rather unprofessional comments. "It will grow back." "Your boyfriend didn't say anything." "It wasn't the same dog." "We can't do it." I made many mistakes. Lapse in my judgement by not reading red flags, not leaving after the stylist said she could not cut my dog the same way as the reference, and failing to see the customer service is severely lacking. TLDR - Tell them what you want and if they say they can't do it, leave. Do not use their velcro length suggestion. Do not bring young and anxious dogs here as their handling is meh. I do take responsibility as I heard afterwards that this is a common occurrence with Goldendoodles

The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. This past Thursday, July 2nd, I swung by Paw Sweet Paw on my way home to pick up my dog, since my wife dropped her off for a half day. I told the young lady at the front I was here to pick up Boba, and she said, "I'll be right back with Boba."I waited for 15 minutes for her to return, and when she did, she did not have my dog with her, and she stated something like, "they are in the process of moving the dogs". Some more time goes by, and a manager walks by, and I am livid by this point, and I said, "Where is my flippin dog, although I didn't use flippin. She said, " Please hold on for one minute and she walked away and went upstairs. By this point, it had been a half hour, and not to mention there was another gentleman there to drop off his dog, and he had been waiting 15 minutes. Some more time goes by, and I told the lady at the front that I was walking to the back to get my dog, and you can call whoever you want, but this is BS. When I opened up the gate and was proceeding to walk back, the manager came walking down the steps, and again, I said Where the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ HELL is my dog, to which she replied, I don't know how to tell you this, but WE GAVE YOUR DOG TO THE WRONG PERSON. Needless to say, I lost it, and I said, how the hell is that even POSSIBLE on your end, let alone the person that took my dog home. Who the hell picks up their dog and realizes that this is not my dog and takes it home?????? The Manager said that somehow either she lost her paper collar or someone neglected to read the name on the collar and handed her off to another staff member, and they are the ones that gave her to the wrong owner.....When the new owners of Paw Sweet Paw took over, they implemented this paper tag collar policy, and when you check your dog in, they take the regular collars off of the dog and put a paper collar on the dog. I think it is absolutely ridiculous, but somehow, they believe it's to protect the dogs in case they get in a fight or something, to which I still don't understand. By this point, I cannot even see straight, and I am basically yelling at the Manager as to where my dog is and who the hell is going to get her. She said, "I just spoke to the owner, and I am driving to her house right now to get Boba." The lady that took my dog had two dogs, so as the manager was leaving, I said You might want to go back and get her dog..... She said it would take her about 15 minutes to get to the lady's house and 15 minutes back. Finally, after well over an hour, I got my dog back!!!!!!.. Needless to say, she was extremely anxious and was panting very heavily all the way home, and her heart was racing as well. She finally settled down later that night.....I am not sure what dogs think, but I believe Boba might've been thinking she was being abandoned because she has never been anywhere except Paw Sweet Paw. All in all, I think it was about a 1.5-hour ordeal (nightmare). The Manager said she started 3 weeks ago, apologized profusely, and said she is going to rectify the problem so that it never happens again. She also said that the District Manager would be calling my wife, because by this time, my wife had come down as well. They did call later on that night from a blocked number and left a message with no number to call back. We're still waiting for her to call back. It really sucks because this is the only place we have ever taken Boba, and she actually likes it there cause she is not locked up all day and can play with other dogs. My dog is already anxious, so the idea of finding a new boarding place is less than desirable, but I might have no choice.

He did love the doggy daycare but when I picked him up from Bone Adventure Boarding where he stayed two nights on Sunday evening my dog was very ill. He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

This was our second time having our rambunctious little guy Martin groomed by Lindsay, and like the first time a few months back, she did a wonderful job! Frankly, Martin won't let us get near his facial hair/underbelly with scissors/a trimmer so we are still in awe how Lindsay is able to get him to let her trim him cleanly around his face and away from his eyes and trimming the matted fur on his underbelly. She's obviously a pro at grooming and especially with difficult dogs. When she brought Martin back to us from the grooming van, he was bathed clean and very soft and we could see his eyes again! I had the pleasure of using Lindsy's mobile grooming service for my miniature poodle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My dog usually gets very nervous and agitated during grooming sessions, but she calms and a gentle approach makes all the difference. She came right to our house, which made the whole process much less stressful for my dog. Lindsy was incredibly patient and professional, and my dog was comfortable and happy throughout the entire grooming. The results were fantastic--my poodle looks amazing. I recently decided to try out Oc waggin wheels services. I was a little nervous about trying out a mobile grooming service because my 7 year old chihuahua Henry is very VERY skiddish with pretty much with anyone he doesnt know. But as soon as Henry saw omar he was on the floor getting his belly rubbed and was so excited to be with omar. Omar knew what he was doing he got on Henrys leave to greet him and started it off very comfortable for both of us. Henry came back smelling so good and look so handsome.....Me and Henry will definately be calling Omar in a month to set another appointment! I would reccommend everyone who has pets to go to Oc Waggin Wheels!! read more

It's clear that he genuinely cares for the pets he grooms, and Teddy always comes back looking and feeling amazing. Love Love Love!!! Nothing but love for Omar and Hayley!!! This review is far overdue, Omar has been grooming my Yorkie for the past four years and never once have I had a issue with him being late, forgetting an appointment, or cancelling on me. I'm on a monthly schedule and let me tell you how much of a relief it is not having to worry about scheduling Munchkin's appointment, life is way too hectic and stressful as is so to have someone I trust 100% taking care of my love is AWSOME!! read more

Amazing!!! Had Ally come out to work on my pup today and everything was perfect! Accommodations and scheduling are so super convenient. Omar is my regular groomer, but I had to reschedule last minute due to work conflicts and were extremely understanding about my situation. I was a little hesitant to try a new groomer since Omar has been my regular groomer for over eight years, but I am thrilled with the work Ally has done. read more

Adam came to groom our two terriers. One is a bit fearful and will bark at strangers, but Adam had such a calm energy he stopped barking right away. He even took the time to walk a bit with us to give him time to settle. I shared some pics of my grooming preferences and he did a terrific job!
