Mmmmm soo so good. So they are closed Tuesday's and they tend to sell out at the end of the day. Go early and a day they are opened lol. Every flavor we had was amazing. We got one of each lol. They charge for a literal splash of plant based milk. I ordered a milk tea paid extra for plant based milk and it was fully dark tea when I received. So not sure what I paid for. Service was pretty slow. The donuts were pretty good if you enjoy sweet things. Enjoy them right away, they stale up within the hour! read more

Mochi donuts here are fun and pretty yummy. However the Bingsu is a joke. Please don't order this thinking what they serve is what Bingsu is. $11 for shaved ice and a small scoop of topping is a joke. Not to mention the incredibly long wait for them to get the machine actually going. Honestly, they should remove this from their menu. Otherwise this place has a fun vibe. This place is so yummy! & it's such a cute environment. I had the strawberry cheesecake drink with boba. Just a heads up if you get this drink don't get boba. The drink had a crunchy texture which i actually enjoyed but it was too much with boba as well. I also got a donut. It was very plain in flavor but i still enjoyed the texture. I was surprised to see how crowded the place was when I walked in, but the staff was friendly and efficient! The three people ahead of me were served quickly and I was placing my order within a few minutes. I ordered a fruit tea w/boba, and a Mochi doughnut. The drink menu is fairly standard, milk & fruit teas and of course specialty drinks but no smoothies . My drink was delicious and the boba was fresh but was a little light. I suggest to blend the drink instead of over ice. The doughnut was the absolute star of the visit. There was no cooking going on in the visible kitchen that I could see but my glazed Mochi doughnut was soft, fresh and flavorful. So good that I had to order another! Mochi doughnuts are different than your standard doughnut in that they're dense & more compact w/less fluff but still retain that soft flavorful chewy satisfaction. I never buy two two doughnuts! Besides Mochi doughnuts, they also offer egg waffles, mochi waffles and believe it or not, Mochi corndogs... the corndogs will have to wait for my second visit because I'll definitely be back! read more

Not for me the boba did not meet my expectation...don't think this place will last that long

They had a long line, which I took as a good sign, and they were pretty quick about getting us through and giving us our donuts. I ordered two that were absolutely delicious! So yummy! I'm glad we have this place in town! read more

I've been to this location several times and was so excited to finally be able to order online! Unfortunately, the donuts were sold out prior to my online order. Thankfully, I received a call from the store to alert me of the options and I was able to get a refund, however the refund was cash instead of my card as they had difficulty with the register. I got to Mochido before 7:30pm and was ordering on the kiosk ordering machine. This worker comes and tells me they stop making it at 7:30. I was literally there before 7:30. She waited then to tell me. I could have ordered it through one of the employees if I knew they stop making it at a certain time. That's what you call lazy and bad customer service. The food and drinks are good. The staff are unorganized and unkempt. There's 7 girls here. 2 are talking in the back, 1 is on her cell. Only 1 is making orders. Their hair is not held up but their hats, they all have long ponytails and bangs hanging down in the front. I just watched the bangs sweep across a drink. So gross. One is wiping the ruin of every cup with the rag she is keeping in her apron to wipe her hands. The tables are filthy. They need a firm, quick and efficient manager. read more

The customer service here is absolutely terrible, the bobas were ok and my son said the doughnuts were not bad but the employee's attitudes and the managers hiring capabilities are flawed. All the very young employees seem entitled to have to serve customers for some reason. I won't be back, the Boba place that was here before was way better. read more

While staying at my niece's in Visalia, my cousin stopped at Mochido and came home with 2 filled boxes of assorted Mochi donuts. My fave is the Nutella Mochi donut. It's alittle pricey, but when you crave for it, price does not matter. read more

All the flavors were delicious. It's a light dessert that isn't too sweet. We only tried the mochi donuts which were very good. The matcha and vanilla bean flavors were our favorite. Overall, a fun dessert that everyone can enjoy and is also very fun to share and sample. read more

My first time here and I wanted to try a little but of everything. Waited over an hour for the corn dogs. Not only did they mess up on my order once but THREE times. I ended up leaving with NO corn dog cause I couldn't wait another HOUR. And lost my appetite by waiting and my order being wrong so many times. I understand it's busy but think about your customers time . Not one cashier was or worker said sorry for the mess or stated "it will be out soon or anything." They seemed mad at me cause they did my order wrong. I did get a drink but was ok . Ice melted from waiting for the corn dogs I never got. The donuts were Okay. Came out right away ( wish my whole order came out at once.) One of them was ok and the rest was a MISS. Taste a little too artificial. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again. SAVE YOUR TIME.
