Really wanted a taro flavored mochi donut but when you walk in and it's always a surprise. They didn't have taro, sad, but they had cookies and cream so that's a win. The churro and salted caramel are also silver medal winners. So 3 for $9 isn't bad. They were all good. Pretty up there with Modo!

Love the variety of flavors as always! Not too sweet, which is a great compliment. A great choice to bring to parties, events, and to share. Service is always welcoming and efficient. A tiny cute spot. Place has no seating but is located inside the mall with plenty of seating and stores closeby.

Ube soft serve

The donuts looked great, but I was in the mood for soft serve instead. The ube soft serve hit the spot. While it's an ube sauce swirled into the soft serve rather than ube-flavored soft serve itself, the sauce was rich and flavorful. The toppings were well chosen and added a satisfying crisp, providing a nice contrast in texture.

Saw the menu walking by and decided to go in. There wasn't anyone in there but I'd like to say come in!! Great service and wonderful dessert. I looked at the reviews after I checked in and honestly I was so surprised a lot of it was based on customer service. The service I got was 10/10, sooo sweet and attentive. I didn't catch her name but whoever was working with glasses and black hair thank you for answering all my questions and giving recommendations. I would totally come back to try the other donuts. She even got me a new one she was making instead of on the rack! Great customer service. I loved the ube milk, super creamy and a lot of ube flavors missed but this was one of the best ube soft serve I've ever had. Hope more people can come in and keep the business running!

Came by around 2pm on a Saturday and the place was completely empty. They had a ton of mochi waffle and donut options, which was nice! We tried the ube and chocolate chip waffles, plus the pumpkin spice and fruity pebbles mochi donut that were all really good. The flavors were on point, and I loved the chewy texture. My only downside was that everything was served cold; I feel like they'd taste even better warmed up, so it'd be great if they offered that option. Customer service was just okay because the staff didn't seem too enthusiastic. Still, I'd come back when I'm craving mochi again!

First impressions, no one there at the store when I went there. The servers are not very attentive. But I'm happy with the donuts. The Matcha one tastes absolutely delicious! And the sesame one too! Will definitely order more these two flavors. It is pretty pricey for $20 for 6 donuts. The rice flour dough makes the donuts last a little bit longer. Which is good, you don't have to eat it all at once!

First time at Mochill Mochi Donut was at the Stonestown Mall location on Sunday, February 25, 2024. Truth be told, while sitting next door at Quickly, deciding on a boba drink to order, I saw Mochill's sign, advertising their Blueberry Matcha. That was it, I was immediately sold and I walked over to Mochill Mochi Donut to get a beverage from here instead. I arrived at 2:25 PM to a clean and tidy tiny store. No seating offered, unfortunately. There were just a few customers inside, so the wait was almost non-existent. Being that it was my first visit, I had several questions. But let's be real here - even if it was my 100th visit, I would likely still have had an inquiry or two because I'm just super inquisitive. No worries, though - the staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They recommended that I order my drink with their creamiest milk alternative, oat milk, at no extra charge. Sold again! My Blueberry Matcha Latte with oat milk was delicious. All of my favourites combined in a single refreshment, I knew that I was in for a treat. The fruit flavour really came through the creamy green tea. What a winner of a drink, it's now my official favourite matcha drink. I will definitely return. I've gotta try one of their Donuts and Cupcakes, too!

My kids love mochi, and I haven't tried mochi donuts until today. They had a bunch of seasonal ones to try it was hard to choose which I would go with. I went with Chocolate. We ordered Ube, Raspberry, Oreo, Chocolate Glaze, Matcha & Cinnamon Sugar. The donut itself was fresh and soft, we had gotten a few off of the freshly baked rack. They are friendly and it's small inside, there might be a place to stand and eat, but it's mostly grab and go! The donuts on the wall make for a nice decoration!

I have never had a mochi donut before, it was so good! Tried the black sesame and mango flavor. I would recommend the mango over the black sesame, but both are good options!

I've been a big fan of Mochill ever since they opened up their first location in Japantown. I haven't been to Stonestown in a long time and didn't realize they had opened up here as well, so I was excited when I walked by and saw their store. I came Friday afternoon around 5 pm and it wasn't that busy, just 2 folks ahead of me in line. It's takeout only, but they have a nice space you can walk into. Looks like they've expanded their menu so you can get mochi crepes and matcha drinks here in addition to the mochi donuts. I kept it simple and got two mochi donuts to go, the strawberry crunch ($3.60) and the cookies n cream ($3.30). I ate them a couple hours later after dinner. Both were good and had the nice chewy texture I expect from mochi donuts, but I wish the crumbles on top were a bit crunchier. My friends and I all enjoyed them and thought they made for a good post-dinner dessert.

yummy donuts!! Not super american sweet artificially, but more of an asian mild sweet! My go to is strawberry and black sesame. I never tried matcha here because i dont like matcha. The parfaits are great and the wafer is extremely sweet. It looks deceivingly small but its a lot in portion and super dense. Service is extremely fast !! Ambiance is extremely dull and dead but i think its more of a grab and go type of place.

Picked up some mochi for dessert. Pick 6 for $18! Fancy box and nice presentation. The Taro mochi is my favorite. Noticed there were pancake wraps and other baked goods too. A great place for desserts and seasonal mochi donuts.

Upon leaving that other place I again smelled the baked goods so I decided to stop by. It was a bit of a line walking in and continued to grow while being there but I could see a huge variety of pastries behind the glass. I was impressed by the variety they had and decided to try a few different ones I wouldn't normally try. I picked up a cinnamon crunch donut and few different custard filled ones. For someone who isn't normally a fan of donuts let alone any filled ones, they were by far some of best donuts I have ever had. I went later in the day and was very impressed by the quality. I look forward to getting a box to go next visit.

We got a variety of donut holes, a creme brulee donut, and a massive apple fritter. The apple fritter was the clear standout. It was huge, flavorful, and honestly a great bang for your buck. If you go, that one is worth it. The donut holes and creme brulee donut were where I had higher hopes that didn't quite pan out. I was expecting something more brioche-y and pillowy but both came out a little dry for my taste. The creme brulee donut especially felt like it had more potential than it delivered. My theory is that freshness plays a big role here. We came in around 1pm and the donuts just didn't have that fresh out of the fryer quality I was hoping for. I love the appeal of a late night donut spot and I think Bob's probably shines brightest in those late night hours when everything is fresh and the city is winding down. Timing might genuinely be everything here.

Shop is bright and airy, with the most adorable pastel color scheme. I ordered two of their milk chocolate donuts ($5 each), a key lime meringue donut ($6), a blueberry & lime donut ($5), and a caramel apple donut ($6). Donuts are on the pricier side, but the presentation and use of high quality ingredients makes up for it. The sourdough donuts themselves aren't nearly as sweet as standard donuts and have a soft, bouncy texture. The milk chocolate donut was absolutely decadent. Upon first bite, you can immediately tell this donut was topped with real melted milk chocolate. This was levels above a typical chocolate glazed donut. The flakey sea salt garnished on top balanced out the sweetness nicely. Although I will say that I found the richness of the chocolate to clash slightly with the tanginess of the sourdough donut. The key lime meringue donut had a super tart key lime filling and was topped with fluffy meringue. Definitely the most eye catching of the donuts I picked up. But the key lime filling was a bit too punchy and sour for my liking. The glaze on the blueberry & lime donut had a potent and fresh blueberry flavor that went well with the lime zest sprinkled on top. The caramel apple donut was my favorite. The caramelized apple filling paired with the cream cheese frosting and graham cracker crumbs was almost like eating an apple pie + cheesecake fusion but as a donut! Overall, a solid donut place that I'd return to if I'm ever in need of a special treat!
