Matcha Milk Tea and Strawberry Donut
    K S.

Stopped by for a quick treat, service was fast. The mochinut doughnuts all looked great, the strawberry was perfect. Light and not too sweet. Matcha Milk Tea was good, but a little over priced, and they could not do no sweetness (just a preference).

I finally visited Mochinut when it wasn't closed! We showed up about 30 minutes before closing, so their donut options were limited. But I was just grateful to finally get to go inside and try some donuts. Mochi donuts are delicious, there's no denying it. However, we were pretty underwhelmed by the flavors we tried. The original was great--classic glaze and chewy texture. But neither the Rocket Popsicle or Strawberry Daiquiri had much flavor at all...they were still *technically* good, but pretty disappointing when it came to the actual flavors. The store was very clean, the staff was very nice, and there was seating available outside. (No seating inside from what I could see.) I definitely should've purchased a milk tea because those look delicious...Next time!

Located in sugar house, Mochinut is here. This Mochinut location is in an area that has construction so keep that in mind. I went in and tried their matcha milk tea and their cinnamon churro mochi donut. I love the texture of their mochi donut and the flavor was really good. Their matcha milk tea was okay. The reason I say this is because their drink was really, really sweet. Even when I asked for it to be less sweet, it was still too much. If you're into really sweet drinks, then I would suggest to get their drinks here. However, if you're trying to find a place that can truly adjust their sweetness level, don't get it here. This is why I deducted one star. I would definitely come here to get the mochi donuts. I heard from coworkers that their Korean rice hot dogs are good here so I'll be back to try it out. For parking, there is street parking that is 2 hours free, but it's a bit hard to find on the weekend. There is an underground parking structure right in front of Mochinut that will require you to pay. BUT the best thing is, you don't have to pay the structure fee because Mochinut will validate your parking pass. Suggestions: come here on a weekday because there will be no lines and there will be plenty of parking available.

Was craving mochi donuts & so I took a drive on over to Mochinut SLC. Google Maps made it a lil difficult to find the shop initially. It's around the corner from the Buffalo Wild Wings. Shop is super cute! I loved the selection of flavors today. I got the original, cinnamon churro & fruity pebbles. Definitely will be back to try additional flavors. So far the fruity pebbles is my favorite. The mochi donuts taste exactly like the ones I've enjoyed back home in Hawaii. If you've never had mochi donuts before, these are a must try!

If you pretend like you're going to coldstone but you keep walking south and bend the corner heading west now you're mobbing straight to the mochi donut place that has Korean hotdogs and boba Their shop is in the cuts but it's hella tight Park in the back for less walking time Had some donuts and the brown sugar joint. I thought it was cool cuz it was in like a soda can thing I forgot all the flavors of the donuts we got but there was a cookies and cream or Cookie Crisp and a s'mores fruity pebbles captain crunch I think and some other stuff that the kids tore up Here's a picture for your eyeballs and brain K bye

Cute little restaurant tucked away in the Sugarhouse area. Can be a little challenging finding parking. All of their mochi donut flavors were really good. Donuts were soft and freshly made. The hot dogs were the real surprise as they were great - not too heavy and came with your choices of dipping sauce. My favorite was the potato all hot dog. It was like having a hot dog and fries all in one bite.

The mochi donuts are 5/5 but the boba leaves something to be desired. I absolutely love how soft, flaky and chewy the donuts are. Especially how they melt in your mouth and all the fun flavors they offer that change every season. The milk tea with boba however appears to be pre-mixed and to be honest, i only taste milk when i am drinking it. The cans are very cute and if the drink had more flavor this shop would definitely be a 5/5!

Quite possibly my new favorite donut spot! I called prior to them opening to ask if I could pick up 20 donuts right when they opened for an event. They were so kind and accommodating. I arrived when they opened and they already had fresh donuts made. I also ordered a half and half ramen dog which was delicious! I took pictures of the shop to show how clean and cute it is. The donuts are to die for! The unique flavors and soft texture have me addicted already. Try this place ASAP!

We got movhi donuts first when they were in Gateway and now at the Utah Asian festival. The quality of the donuts this time around is so much better and more on point than I remember it to be, probably because things are more fresh at the festival. I'm happy for them and hope they can keep the quality this high!

Fantastic service and delicious donuts!! Tried their boba for the first time and loved it! The location is tucked away but well worth the trip. Will definitely be back!

Top quality snacky treats here. The donuts are all delishoes. The drinks are so tasty. My only recommendation is to order plenty so you can taste it all. Was a little bit on the expensive side, but if it's consistently quality tasty yum yums then it's worth it. This location was a rough one to get to, if you're not local - expect to run around looking for it. Everyone here is nice, and very quick service. Plus the whole place is clean. Nothing to complain about here folks.

6-piece Mochinut, the peach ring was my favorite.

The mochi donuts were sooo yummy! We got all 6 flavors to try. We also got an elote cheese dog that was delicious, and also huge! The lady working was very friendly.

The food looked gorgeous upon being served but I found the bingsoo to be lackluster. As someone who has had bingsoo multiple times, I found this bingsoo to be poorly shaven - the texture isn't as soft as many other bingsoos - and I found it to be missing the condensed milk throughout. The fruit flavors were great and I did enjoy the fruit as well. The egg waffle was lacking flavor, even for the original flavor. I waited patiently expecting to be blown away assuming they must have been spending the time meticulously preparing this dessert. I was wrong. It wasn't bad, but it was a few pieces of soft, delicious mochi along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce atop a bowl of slushed ice, reminiscent of what I made out of my Snoopy snow cone machine as a kid and not the fresh, fluffy snow-like shaved ice one would expect with this order.
