So I always say it's not exactly how great a place it was but how well when they do mess up they actually correct them. I have had a couple different issues here with the pizzas not turning out correctly but they always we care of it and give me another pizza right away as well as give me a gift card for a free pizza in the future so I never leaving a bad taste in my mouth with this place! read more

Came here because I live near by and wanted a quick bite to eat after a long day of work. It was nice to walk into a quick service restaurant and see the employees having fun at work. I got the small asparagus spring salad and a mini pizza; my sons got the MOD pizza (basic margarita), and my husband got a pizza for three toppings. I like thin crust, but this was too thin and crunchy for my liking. My salad was mostly croutons with some bad lettuce...my kids and husband liked their pizza ok. We all got fountain drinks. Service was decent, albeit a bit disorganized, and the people were very nice. But for a meal that cost more than $50, I expect more. We live in Hollywood and usually visit the north Hollywood location and are always disappointed by the horrible customer service, the guys that work there are very unprofessional but this particular location gave us such an amazing experience from beginning to end. I go here for convenience and because it tastes good. Customer service could be much better. Ordered online a couple of times and got it warm/cold because the pizza is never ready at the time the app says. Today when I ordered online, I was on time. I thought they were behind in making it again (like all the previous time because they get a lot of customers). This time around, they called everyone else's names in the restaurant instead of mine. I thought it was still baking, but when I glanced in the oven, there was nothing in there. I had to ask and they had it sitting to the side instead of the to-go pickup area. Could've at least called my name since I got in at 6:52 PM and the pickup time on the app was 6:57 PM. Gave them 20 extra minutes because they're usually overwhelmed only for them to be slacking. I've been going to Pieology all this time thinking MOD was similar, so why try it. Was I wrong! First off, they have 3 different sizes to choose from. Mini, Regular, Large. The Regular is more than enough for 1 person. And now the toppings - they have like 4 different types of sausages, pepperoni, bacon, anchovies!! And the Cheese...they have the first section of cheese, and then when you go through all the veggie toppings (including roasted garlic), there is more...guess what? MORE CHEESE!!! There are like 5-6 different cheeses to chose from. At the end, they ask you for any sauce toppings. In conclusion - Party In My Mouth Pizza. Number one at this location is the EMPLOYEES, who are exceptionally upbeat and attentive--you couldn't ask for a better staff for any establishment. High-end restaurants, take note--I'd swoop in and recruit these folks, who deserve to move up in the world! But while they're here, they do a great job tailoring delicious pizzas to your specifications. I've created pesto-based pies, and I'm eager to go back and design with other themes. first legit Yelp review, let me tell you how dope this food spot is (specifically this location) I typically hit the north Hollywood location because it's quick, super affordable ($9 bucks) and ALWAYS consistent. However, the culver city location takes the cake. The pizza wizard aka Chad not only helped me but showed me the ropes on some inside employee magic that they do to their personal pizza (mess with the garlic rub and asiago cheese on the crust for the exclusive experience) Chad was a super dope helper and actually cares about the pizza establishment compared to most cats working at a pizza spot on the weekend.
