Love the atmosphere and the food!! Build your own pizza is my favorite part, we have 5 in our family so everyone's able to make their pizza exactly how they want it!! They have a great selection of drinks too!! The staff is kind and always helpful!! Definitely recommend

This place is actually pretty gross. Their bathrooms are filthy. Like 7-Eleven gross. Puke on the floors and toilet seat. Sink was disgusting. The entire restaurant smells like dirty mop water. And the counters have clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in months (years?). There are a stack of pizza boxes that have likely never been pulled out or cleaned behind. Varying degrees of decay on the food that's fallen behind them. Management needs to step up here. As someone who worked in restaurants for a decade, your employees shouldn't leave until you approve their stations are thoroughly cleaned. I will not be back. This place just feels dirty.

Third strike, their out. First was poorly made, second was picking up at assigned time, then waiting an additional 30 minutes. This is the third, and worst time - online order with two toppings with request for extra. Pick it up to find a note that just says "OUT" next to one topping. If the online ordering is unable to reflect that, then I would think a call would be order, the order required a phone number. I picked up my paper thin burnt pizza. To add insult, I was dumb enough to tip, before seeing how it would go this time. This makes a cheap frozen pizza look like the way to go.

This is a popular choice at work, most likely because it's conveniently close for easy pickup. I had never been, but my boss offered to buy me lunch for my birthday. The office administrator & I went to pick up the order, and I was actually really impressed with the establishment, even though we were only there for a few minutes! For lunch hour, it wasn't very busy. But, it was VERY clean! Everything was nicely organized, it almost looked like it was a brand new, grand opening! To my surprise, the online order was already sitting there nicely packaged, waiting to be picked up on a small table next to the beverage machines. Had I not been with someone who had done this before- I wouldn't have known to go locate the to-go order there. And that's also part of the reason I'm docking a star for this location- there were several employees about, but not a single one greeted us or asked us if we needed help. That would have been very frustrating had I gone in solo for the first time & not understood how things work here. We filled the drink cups & were on our way, not even a total of 10 minutes from arrival to picking up & leaving. That's great when you're on a time crunch during lunch hour! So when it comes to the food, I was almost a little concerned with how THIN the crust is. I'll admit I was skeptical & didn't think it would be very good... WHOA, I was wrong! Their pizza is REALLY good! I opted for the Caspian. I love bbq chicken pizza, especially from another establishment. I think MOD had a way better version! And, I also love their size options- being able to order a "mini" or individual pizza is perfect for lunch or a single serving! I wasn't able to finish the whole thing for lunch, so I reheated the leftovers for dinner. And even reheated, it was still just as good as it was fresh! So, I'm pretty thrilled with trying this new one out. I really want to try more of the menu now that I know what there is to offer. I'll definitely be a repeat here and also wouldn't mind dining in (when it's safe to do so) after seeing how nice & cleanly the establishment is.

My husband got so many recommendations for MOD pizza from his colleagues when they found out a branch opened recently close to our house. Since I've been going dairy free, we weren't planning to try it any time soon until one of his colleagues mentioned that they have dairy free cheese! So on Thursday night, I decided to go and order a pie for myself to eat at the restaurant and bring back home another one for my husband since he was working late. I walked in at around 7:30pm and the place was not too busy. At the counter, you start by ordering your pie size, type of sauce and type of cheese. I went with the regular pie size, tomato sauce and no cheese for both pies. I also chose the build your own (which I regretted later coz I got all confused and wasn't sure what to top both pizzas with!). The lady who was putting together my pizza was very patient with me while I looked over all he ingredients available and tried to make choices for both pies. I ended up making two different pizza pies that were both vegetarian. I topped half of mine with dairy free cheese and the other half with just a tiny sprinkle of parmesan. I topped my husband's with Asiago cheese and some parmesan as well. When I was done, they were taken to the oven and I went to pay and wait for the food. I paid around $19 inclusive of tip for the two pies. I only had water for drinks. While I was waiting, I looked around the place. Clean and trendy with nice decor and pictures on the wall. Quite a few people came in and ordered take out while I was there. A few min later, they called out my name and I grabbed my order. At the drinks section, you will find crushed red pepper shakers & Parmesan as well as other dried herb mixes that you can top your pizza with. My pizza was obviously super hot I needed to wait for a min before I was able to eat. The crust was nice and crispy. The dairy free cheese was actually not bad at all. I was a bit worried about the taste. Just a little note and something to be aware of. When you order a pizza with no mozzarella, it'll feel like flat bread rather than a pizza. The toppings may seem lacking but it still tastes pretty good. I wish they would put more though to be honest coz you taste more bread and less toppings. My husband tried his pizza at home and he said he enjoyed it too. We have already gone back today and ordered 3 pizzas; Isaac, Caspian and Tristan for takeout. Our favorite was the Tristan. The pesto made it really taste very flavorful (and yes I had a slice each even though there was real cheese in them. Couldn't help but try them!). Definitely a win for our neighborhood!

This location is hit or miss. Today I ordered a gluten free pizza with some toppings. Almost half the crust did not have toppings and it was pretty hard to choke down. I've gotten good pizza from the location before. Just inconsistent. I don't think this pizza is worth $13.50. See photo.

Supposedly a mozzarella, extra pepperoni, and mild sausage pizza. Most of the pizza has no cheese!

Our pizza had almost no cheese on it. I ordered online. We picked it up and ate in the restaurant. I asked about the cheese and they said it was normal. I have never had a pizza with so little cheese. Terrible food and service. We will not be back.

As a past MOD pizza employe, I was very disappointed with my visit today. It was my first time at this location and I was not impressed by the service. One man was rude and seemed annoyed with me asking for ranch. They didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt or if I had rewards. We have eaten Mod every Friday night for the last 3-4 months. We started ordering extra crispy because pizzas were regularly under cooked. This solved the problem until tonight and we received a burnt pizza that was no where close to acceptable condition. To top it off, the entire time we returned to the store to have the pizza remade employees were bad mouthing my wife because she wasn't able to eat a clearly burnt pizza. Apparently it's our fault we have to account for shoddy pizza, and they still can't accept responsibility for falling short of a reasonable request of having pizza that isn't under cooked or burnt. I guess for better service we'll have to go down the street to Barros or Venezias. read more

This place is like if Chipotle made pizza. The number of choices is admirable, but what ends up happening is everything ends up mediocre to ok. It is definitely a good choice if you got the money, but in terms of cost and efficiency, I would rather have Little Ceasars. The ambiance gives off the vibe of a high school movie hang out, and I mean that most negatively. read more

I wish I can give them 3.5 stars, but Yelp doesn't do half points.... The establishment itself is super clean. The staff seemed friendly when placing my order (the lady behind the register is soooo sweet. Thank you!) I ordered a kids-sized pepperoni pizza and two beverages to-go. I find it fun to watch them prepare your order right in front of you. My order came out to about $11.00. The pizza in of itself was pretty tasty! The cheese pull game was on point. But, I'm knocking out a point and a half because the "Dr. Pepper" was not Dr. Pepper at all. If it was, it was really nasty! Like clear, watered-down Dr. Pepper. GROSS! Totally ruined the experience, sadly. Hopefully, this will be fixed the next time I come back. read more

Entered Mod Pizza 10 minutes after their opening time. No workers in sight. Saw multiple flies landing on the food items in the prep line. Saw a maintenance guy on the ground banging on the dough press. If you're not open might want to change your hours and consider covering the food to avoid flies contaminating the ingredients. Waited a couple of minutes then left. No acknowledgment or sign of being served anyway. read more

The food is a 4 star, but customer service and store cleanliness is at best a 2. There was maybe 3 tables with people in the entire store and me and another lady with 2 children in line. I ordered a salad to go. I was told they couldn't chop it because they were understaffed and couldn't do the dishes. I asked why they were understaffed with 6 people that I could see. Several standing around. I was told it was because of the bar opening next door. If I was the manager of this store, I would of prioritize clean dishes first. The last two times that I've been in this store have been the same as far as customer service. I had hoped it would get better. I probably won't go back. Shame. read more

I wasn't a fan of this pizza. There wasn't much flavor, and the crust was too thin. There are only 2 size options, 6" and 11". I felt the pizza was overpriced for the size. The toppings weren't plentiful either but I did like the pesto sauce. They also don't offer slices. I can't see myself going back. read more

Extremely frustrating experience with curbside pickup. Basically they don't take it out to your car like the app implies unless you call them when you arrive. They let my pizzas sit for half an hour until I finally went into the restaurant to ask if they were making my order. read more

When this location first opened I ate here every day for a month. I became obsessed with it! Even now we still eat here once a week at least. It is has already become so inconsistent in the short amount of time they have been open. Today we went in and ordered three pizzas. One had the most random placing of pepperoni, pictures posted, and one had so much balsamic "drizzle" that it couldn't even be eaten. It was drowning in balsamic. Hopefully management reads these and will have a meeting on consistent food prep as well as cleanliness and handling of the ingredients. Every time I have watched them make my pizzas recently, they've used they're gloved hands to put the peppers and others liquid style ingredients on the pizzas and then uses the same hand, full of mixed juice and mixed sauces from other ingredients and then puts the dried spices, salt and pepper on the pizzas. The dried condiments then sit there and ferment with the juice and sauce from all the other ingredients. That can't be safe after awhile. read more

Only gave them one star because they tried to kill me. I have food allergies and I told them before I ordered anything. The little manager girl said I was good. I have learned to double check and thank god I did. Looked online and yup, no...right there in the ingredients it's listed. Guess they don't care that they could have killed me. Careless and unsafe food handling by employees. Watched an employee drop a chain of dirty receipts directly into the tub of mixed greens which made me a bit uneasy. I wanted to say something or at the very least tell them that I no no longer want the salad. However I didn't want to cause a scene. Their Garden salad gave me the $hi$ as in dysentery,ain't nobody got time for that! Mod pizza get your together! read more

I love this place! I've been coming several times a week since MOD opened last fall. Every time I come in here I always feel welcomed! The pizzas and salads are always consistently of high-quality, and well-portioned. MOD is an excellent value, and the staff always make us feel as though our business is wanted and welcomed. We actually feel like family when we walk in. Ashley, Amanda, Liz, and so many other folks make a point to be super friendly to me, after referring to us by name, and just generally making us feel welcome. I am super happy that MOD exists in our neighborhood and appreciate the wonderful folks that make MOD great! read more

Build your own pizza on their perfect crust. The sauce is so fresh with a vibrant tomato flavor. They cook the pizza perfectly. Great char on the bottom and ready in just minutes!!!! The 11" crust is the standard size but there is also a 6" mini. Next time I will try that with one of their delicious salads. Found this place by accident and now I eat here minimum once a week. So darn GREAT!!! read more

Second time in this week, and both times I've been pleased with the customer service. The pizza is always cooked well with the toppings I want, and the Saracha ranch makes it even better. The staff is always hilarious and in great moods, the three red heads banter is fit for dinner and a show. I will definitely be back for my weekly pizza fix. read more

The staff shared the same pen to take orders and then use same gloved hand to put ingredients on pizza. One of the staff - girl with blond hair, her mask kept falling off her nose. Looks like she needs a better fitted mask. Disappointed in their hygiene with prepping food. read more

I've been a huge fan of MOD for years and I hate to say it, but this one is completely ruining the brand they've built based on great customer service. The employees are slow, rude, and poorly managed. We waited 40 minutes to get our pizza and nobody acknowledged how far behind they were. Super disappointed to say the least. read more

I love MOD pizza, but the location on North Recker earned one star. I work at Amazon right down the street and thought going to MOD around the corner would be the best move for dinner. I went inside and I'm literally the only person in line, no pizzas on the line in the process of being made, but the 4 young ladies working didn't greet or anything. I was standing there about 4 minutes while they were talking, laughing and cleaning I just walked out. Had to go to the one on Signal Butte, who ended up getting a tip too. read more

For a place that talks so heavily about being such a people place that's number one priority is serving customers, the customer service is extremely disappointing. I've been to this mod maybe a dozen times, and have always customized my pizzas. Every single time except this one I have told the person who writes on the paper what I want on my customization, and they've always written it on the paper and there's been no issue. I tell the guy what I want, and the lady next to him rudely tells me that I'll do my customizations down the line. I don't like getting attitude for no reason, call me crazy. We're then checking out and my boyfriend asks for a large drink, the man checking us out rudely says we don't have large cups. It's the attitude that's the problem. On the other hand, the lady with colorful hair working the oven and handing out pizzas had a very pleasant demeanor. The other employees should try to be more like her. If it wasn't for the attitude presented at this establishment, this could easily be a 5 star review. But instead we left frustrated and questioning if we want to come back. read more

Courtney and her team were so friendly and nice! We originally went to the MOD Pizza on Signal Butte but it was temporarily closed. We ended up making the 15 minute drive and we are glad we did. Everyone there was so nice and the food was great! read more

This is my favorite pizza place. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Every pizza I have had there has been delicious. The restaurant is kept very clean and is a great family-friendly environment. Also a good team lunch meet up spot. This place has really gone downhill in my opinion. The pizza was great when it first opened. They were generous with toppings and everyone was super nice. Got an order last night and was very disappointed. Minimal toppings, more like scant. Asked for mushrooms and literally had 4 slices on half of the entire pizza. Got the Lucia and was not impressed with the "spicy" red sauce. Tasted no different than regular. There was a good inch and a half all around the pizza with just crust. Why be cheap with sauce? Silly. Can make what they give you for half the price at home. Won't be back any time soon. read more

Incredibly rude staff (particularly the kid with the curly hair and glasses/hefty dude with tats and a headband). Didn't even have the respect to make eye contact throughout interactions. Acted annoyed, treated my mom rudely. Overall terrible experience. Definitely not stopping in again and highly recommend not going unless you're a fan of receiving rude customer service and subpar pizza. read more

I have never been to MOD Pizza before and this is now my second time in two days coming to this location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all the questions I had considering all of the options MOD Pizza has to offer. I had questions about the theme park pass deal happening in Arizona right now and they were more than happy to explain and accommodate. Liz was super helpful and lovely to speak with. We are currently on a strict diet and the variety of options that mod pizza offers is super helpful and allows us To still enjoy the food we love without straying too far from our limits. The wait time is amazing considering the quality of pizza you get in the end! Mod fan for life! read more

I can't give it the 5 stars that it use to be so I'm assuming they've changed cooks or something. The quality of my mushroom burger has started to decline and is on life support. The meat patty has been really dry and this time it was way over seasoned and the Smash fries came warm not hot i don't know what to make of my dine in experience but the location is clean. I'm just seriously considering going to another location however since there's one other location near us.

The cheese was perfectly melted, and the burger itself looked amazing. Honestly, it was way better looking--and definitely a better size than anything I've had at In-N-Out. Health-wise, I can't say how it compares, but in terms of taste and presentation, this burger was much better than most fast food spots. We'll definitely be back when we're craving a quick burger! The location at Power and McDowell was also very clean and surprisingly not busy for a Sunday lunch.

Now every time I visit the food varies from "just not that good" to "really bad." My last visit may have been the final straw. When I bit into my chicken taco I could tell right away there was some kind of error. It tasted like the chicken had been soaked for days in salt water. It was so bad. Adding a bag of chips and queso ups the cost of the order but we wanted to do that. The chips were so undercooked and chewy you couldn't even bite through them. We threw the bag away. Here's where I take issue. I immediately got on their chat feature and let them know about the issue so they could make it right. (I understand mistakes happen.) No response. Next, I filled out the survey they gave me with my same complaints. Still no response. I guess I could go into the store in person and talk to someone but at this point my best option is to stay far away from this place my family used to enjoy.

Due to my severe allergy to chilis I haven't tried any of the spicy dishes, even though they look pretty inviting. My go to besides the noodles are the Wonton Soup, the Egg and Spring rolls, and most times the Orange Chicken. Oh, and the Crab Rangoon: crispy and creamy! I 've had the Broccoli beef several times, since I love green veggies, and the beef is flavorful and sliced nicely thin. Then there's the Walnut Shrimp that catches my eye every time I order but still haven't tried it at Panda's. Maybe next time I'll get those too and share the dish. Service is behind the counter so you place your order and wait to be called, but the people plating the orders are polite and smiling; as it's a fast food restaurant there are tables too but I see more takeout orders than sitting down to eat. Probably depends on the day of the week too. When going in to order the restaurant appears clean, the tables get bussed frequently and the food in the hot trays is refilled as soon as the level drops down. I would like to see some desserts or maybe Moon cakes during festivals, but honestly probably couldn't fit in another bite .... These last times the food was delivered but I'll add pictures when I go order in person.

Of course, had to wait for the hype to die down before checking it out. Once there, the server explained the process - basically you just place all your orders through the iPad that's on the table. Very convenient to scroll through the different categories and everything has pics to help you decide what to order. Once you have your selections in your cart, you just send your order to the kitchen. You can do this for multiple rounds, basically just small to medium sized orders until you feel like you're at a good stopping point. The first thing to select is the broths. You can choose 2 broths or 4 broths. For our group size, the server recommended 2 broths so everything can heat up and cook quickly. We got the tom yum soup and the three delicacies soup base (seafood, mushrooms, jujubes). We also got an assortment of meats, veggies, etc. The tom yum soup was by far our favorite. The other one was too bland. Honestly I didn't know what all meats we ordered, just that they were delicious. Some other highlights were: pork dumplings, potato noodles, etc. We also got the signature dancing noodle, which I thought was purely for show, but the noodle itself was really great - super chewy. Haidilao is great for groups, especially so you can try a little bit of everything. It's not exactly cheap, but it's for the experience and meats are naturally on the more expensive end. Our total per person ended up being around $50. If your group orders more high end option, it could easily skew closer to $75. Had a great time here, would come back!!

The restaurant definitely leans heavily into the entertainment side of dining. The dancing noodle performance is genuinely fun, especially if you have kids, and the service is attentive. That said, I'm super disappointeed. The biggest issue is the value. By the time you order your broth, proteins, vegetables, noodles, and extras, you're spending the same amount you could spend at a James Beard award-winning restaurant, yet the quality of the food isn't even anywhere near equal. What Haidilao is really selling is the experience, not the flavor. As an Asian woman who regularly makes hot pot at home with family, I came in excited and left sooooo underwhelmed. The ingredients were fine, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The broths lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for, and overall the meal felt more focused on presentation and service than creating memorable flavors. And even then, the service wasn't great. I frequently had to flag down the waitress for a refill or help. If you're looking for a first hot pot experience, celebrating with kids, or want the novelty of the noodle show, you may enjoy it. But if you're already familiar with hot pot and are coming primarily for the food, you may find it hard to justify the price. For us, the experience was memorable (and only because it was our first time trying this place). The meal itself definitely wasn't.
