This was literally the worst pizza-eating experience I have ever had. It was delivered over 30 minutes late and was pretty much stone cold. I'd ordered deep dish, but what I got was as flat as a pancake. Although there was cheese covering the pie, the other two toppings were so sparse as to think they might have been splashed on it by mistake. The crust was undercooked, with areas of raw dough throughout. The texture was more like cardboard than snuggling I've ever eaten. Pretty much inedible. How these folks ever got such a rating here is beyond my understanding. Truly. read more

Came here with some girlfriends today and can't say I was overly impressed with the customer service that we received. Both girls that were working the line were very short with every one they helped and seemed to be inconvenienced by people ordering? But the new look since the remodel looks great! The food was on par for what we expected when we come to MOD. So really I'd say 3.5 stars just because this isn't the first time we've received service like this from this location. read more

I'd rather drive down to Fredrickson next time, today was the Worst service I've ever had. It was a fully staffed day with the poor new guy on his second day making all the pizzas and accidentally butchering them while six of his coworkers who should have properly trained him were hanging out leaning around laughing and making fun of his poorly made pizzas. Will never come back to this location, this staff needs to be reevaluated and have to clean their ambient. I have been here multiple times and never had this bad of an experience. So I eat here quit a bit...I save my receipts and in out them in my rewards. I went to do this today...my oldest one was 15 days old...it was a receipt for over 100$ worth of pizza n salads I bought for a little league team. It would not accept the receipt saying it was too old. BS, I'm thinking they don't want to honor the 130 points I would have received. I have put receipts in that were close to a month old before with no problem....boo on mod. read more

Sorry but I think MOD Pizza has spoiled me!! This was our first time in and damn that's some good pizza. They make it to order in front of you like Subway. There is a menu with some suggestions of their most popular pizzas. The staff was helpful and patient with two newbies!! You get your pizza fast like..... fast and fresh out of the open pizza oven. Also, did I mention they have beer on tap? This will be one we add to the rotation!!! Try it you will love it!! P.S. There is 30 toppings and no extra cost to make the pizza "your special pizza"!! Good and fast service, we always buy our custom made pizza here. They follow 6 ft social distancing, they put a barrier in between the customers and the counter where you order your own toppings, the downside is you have to tell the worker several times because they can't hear you well either I have low tone of voice or they have hearing problem aside from that we are both wearing masks. Maybe it's better if we just write it down our order, or provide us checklist or give our hand signals to them by assigning the toppings number for each category like etc (funny suggestion ). read more

Pizza and salad is always great here. I had the Caesar salad and a customized pizza. No complaints with the food. But the employee that took our order had an attitude, more or less seemed stressed about her job. Kept complaining under her breath. Also the table we sat at was sticky, wasn't cleaned off real well. read more

I LOVE MOD Pizza so the fact that I'm giving them 2 stars is hard to comprehend. We've been to this location a few times. Every single time I tell them light bake or EXTREMELY LIGHT bake at this point. They burn our pizza every time. What's worse, every pizza being prepped today was burned, maybe 6 of them. Typically they are way nice and apologize. This time the woman who was preparing our pizza didn't say anything. Didn't apologize or explain where maybe I could have done better communicating even. She was frustrated and even ran into me while walking by. She did offer a quick sorry for running into me but it felt shallow and insincere at that point. It was extremely rude and I'm hoping the management will see this and uphold MOD standards of not burning pizza moving forward. read more

This is the best place ever I cannot believe I have not been here before. Super affordable especially when feeding a family of 6, four of them being teens. Everyone was happy and got to order what they wanted on it. I love that they have roasted garlic and roasted corn and no charge for the ranch. I had a very basic takeout order. A Tristan pizza with additional olives, onion and green peppers and garlic bread with a side of sri-rancha sauce. I waited in line for 1 hour to get my order. 1 hour! What a waste of money, time and my tastebuds. The crust of the pizza was burnt, and by the time they packaged my pizza and garlic bread, the contents were already cold. Customer service was poor as the employees were more concerned about the online orders than the people waiting in line. One of the greatest insults to a paying customer is when a virtual machine is worth more. Oh well...I don't think I will be visiting Mod pizza anytime soon...perhaps they should change their name to MOOD pizza considering how moody their employees were and how the ridiculous 1 hour wait offset mine. read more

My husband and I love love love MOD, but I had an interesting experience at this one. The first employee, the one that typically write your name and preps dough with sauces wanted me to order my entire pizza from that spot. She probably asked about 4 times what meats and veggies I wanted before the line even moved down that way. Then when I had asked for extra cheese she said she would put the rest after and barely put any cheese on the bottom. I asked her twice and stated that they usually put extra on the bottom no problem. But she insisted that my topping would fall off if she did and also that it was not their policy? So, I just continued on. Maybe don't go when its busy? Maybe just a bad day? read more

Okay so their gluten-free pizza is awesome. I am not gluten-free, nor is my husband, but my baby was for a stretch of time. I HATE writing a bad review but i hope this wakes the owners of MOD up to do something. I used to love MOD. Ive been trying to support them since the covid 19 quarantine.. but today was the worst! The pizza was beyond awful. Hardly any cheese:ingredients just thrown on, the portions are terrible. I literally wanted to throw this pizza against the wall. This isn't the first time or even the 10th time that the order has been wrong, cooked poorly, burnt. Zero quality control. I wasted 38 bucks on 3 inedible pizzas. Guy who said he was the manager said gwould refund. No refund processed yet. Never going back. You've been warned. read more

I've been to this mod multiple times and I remember it being really good. But i think theres some sort of conspiracy with their dairy free cheese. I looked on their website before coming in and was pleasantly surprised to see they had vegan cheese as an option. But after going in and actually ordering it.. WOW never mind. I have had vegan cheese before and its not too bad but whatever brand they use at MOD is 0/5 stars. I just ordered a mod sized pizza with a couple vegetable toppings and their "dairy free" cheese. Then took it to go so i could eat it at work on my lunch. Terrible decision. The "dairy free" cheese smelled horrible and stunk up my car on the drive to work. And when I actually tasted it, it had the texture of like already chewed gum. And no flavor. So i picked off all the cheese which had all the toppings stuck to it.. so i had to just eat crust and sauce on my lunch. Which i was also pretty unimpressed with.... Im just confused honestly. Because i buy vegan cheese (the veggie brand) on the regular and it tastes pretty good and is a good substitute. But i dont know what kind of "dairy free nasty cheese" business their up to at MOD...
