MOD pizza is super legit! I go there pretty much every Sunday during football season. The employees are friendly and they make the pizza fast. They even remember me when I walk through the door--my favorite is Alex! I especially like it because I can customize my pizza and have it made without cheese. Who knew? Now I can enjoy pizza again! read more

Excellent service, I want to give a special appreciation to Matthew. He was very inviting, very helpful, and was very patient with my order. The staff's genuineness and attentiveness to make my stay the greatest is the reason why I always come back to this location. I highly recommend this location to anyone! read more

Came here for a late night pizza with my sister. Really enjoyed the delicious food, high-quality ingredients, and overall aura of the place. Staff was super friendly and personable. In particular, Maria, Jackie, and Webster stand out as stellar employees. Was really sad when Pieology across the street closed and didn't think I would find a replacement. Held out from coming here for coming here for a long time because I'm a bit of a purist and loyalist but gave it a try because nothing else is open and I'm really glad I did. FYI: gave this review exchange for a free pizza and two drinks, but would've done it anyway if anyone of the staff asked nicely. read more

Bad customer service. I've been to many different mod pizza, this is the worst mod pizza I have ever experienced. Seen a customer today cutting line and the cashier seems like is friends with the the guy that is cutting line. The cashier just ignore other people telling him he is cutting line. This is probably the best MOD Pizza location I have been to. Great customer service and great pizza. Highly recommend coming here.

Was craving for pizza and checked on Yelp for suggestion and there it was MOD on Brokaw St. (hot and new business that opened). Huge plaza with lots of parking and lots of stores to shop and eat. Upon walking in we were greeted and while waiting to be serviced we looked at the menu on the side to see what we like to ordered. Ended up ordering the "Dominic" MOD ( tomatoes, mild sausage, white sauce, asiago, fresh basil, mozzarella, and slather pesto sauce) and we did the half side to have pineapples instead of tomatoes comes out to be about $9. Waited another 7 minutes to have it cooked and it was so delicious. Crispy crust and the mixture of the fresh ingredients were just right for a quick snack. Will be coming back to try other pizzas. read more

Some cranky lady working there yelled at me in a very rude way because she assumed I touched the glass. Have some class. You know who you are. Plus you should have some sort of sign of this policy to avoid these kind of issues. Smh. read more

I have ordered from them on FOUR separate occasions and every single time an hour after I order they still haven't even started my order. They clearly don't care about online orders or phone orders at this location judging by my four experiences and what other people are commenting on Yelp. Great food but terrible service. Placed an order last night, 45 minutes after I ordered, they hadn't even started yet. Get your act together guys. read more

Who doesn't like MOD? My one complaint about this location is that the windows don't have any type of coverings. If you sit at the short tables during an afternoon trip, the sun will be directly hitting you. Very unpleasant when you're trying to enjoy your pizza. read more

Fast service. Good food. They put plenty of toppings on the pizza. Anything they have behind the glass on the topping bar. The mini salad they cram toppings in the dish too. It was just a bit much for me but Joe took care of that. read more

I work within walking distance so this is a convenient place to pick up lunch, however, not too satisfied with the lack of staff schedule behind the counter working but it's possibly due to management not wanting to spend on staffing workers during the lunch rush. And unfortunately no to-go boxes today and soft drink machine out of service. I've had much better service in the past! I'm only giving 3-stars because the staff members are working hard to help out customers. read more

Reyna and the team here at MOD were so nice and had great customer service, they were great at interacting with me and my family it was also wonderful that the pizza was delicious and made with love with a touch of a homemade feel to it. I love this DIY pizza joint! Way more inexpensive than Pieology across the street (at least from the prices I remember) and the service here is always great. Tiffany was my Pizza Assembler(?) and was so friendly and accommodating (I asked for a lot of things on my pizza). Definitely come eat here if you're craving good pizza read more

Just went here for my first time with my family. The pizza was delicious, and the place definitely deserves the 4 and a half stars it has. There's a lot of open parking here unlike the other plaza it's adjacent to, so you don't have to spend 15 minutes driving around looking for open space. Our server was very patient and kind, and managed to survive the onslaught of questions we asked her. The pizza itself was perfect; the crust was nice and crispy, and there was just the right amount of sauce. However, my only complaint is that the pizza is a little on the pricy side. All in all, MOD Pizza is a great restaurant with lots of open parking spaces, delicious food, and amazing customer service! read more

It's good, but not great. I find their crust/dough not as flavorful as Blaze and Pieology. Also when I was eating my pizza literally everyday fell off when I picked it up. Also, for some reason there is like a huge lack of flavor compared to Blaze and Pieology. Although what I like is how they offer different types/sizes of pizza which Blaze and Pieology do not have. Also the only reason why I went to MOD instead of my favorite Pieology is because they closed and they were right across the street!!! So sad! read more
