The owner is a disgusting human. They ruined my manicure that I got for my mom's funeral I went to get it changed/fixed and they were trying to make me after one week with gel nails pay to get a different color. I also paid for decals that for her funeral , he was gonna make me keep my mom's funeral nails without any care in the world he is heartless rude and has no care for human beings. It was $15 which I brought him down from $25 he was originally trying to charge me and it's not about the money it's the principal I cannot believe and then he tried to say I was lying about when I got them done and I had to show him actual proof on my bank statement of that and it only been one week and my gel was so bad. And then all the employees were just laughing like it was funny talking in another language as I was crying basically over the situation with my mom it was heartless it was rude it was disgusting I've never wrote a bad review ever about something like this I am appalled!!!! Horrible horrible service. The lady doing the callus went too deep and it almost bled but it was not intentional. But the other guy doing my manicure was so rude when I said the gel polish removal hurt. And he literally screamed and there was no manager no one to stop him.
