The short rib loco moco was amazing and definitely my favorite. The sauce was great and it's a generous portion for one. The pancake, forgetting what the sauce was, was really satisfying too. The pineapple sausage was also quite nice. Overall the food was delicious. Maybe we were just especially hungry after doing the Koko Crater Railway hike, but I highly recommend this place anyways!

This was the best reward after the Kokohead hike. Short wait but gave us time to explore the menu. We stuck with the plan .. sweet and savory short banana Chantilly pancake with toasted coconut and and very tender short rib loco moco. Makes my mouth water again just remembering how good it was. Bree was also very quick and very pleasant! Mahalo!

Awesome cafe with so many options! I had Short Rib Loco Moco. I would say the portion was enough for 2 people I had no stomach space for yummy looking sweets I had a cup of coffee (come with one refill). I was surprised by warmed milk in a warmed pitcher for my coffee! They warned up every plates and cups. I can tell they really take care of what they serve. Their food was excellent and service was awesome Although they won't take a reservation, but it worth the wait!

This has become my favorite Breakfast Spot!! The food is amazing (I plan yo experience Everything on their menu)!! The service is incredible! And it's has a very friendly and casual ambiance!! Today I had their Loco Moco w/ fried rice and 3 eggs with Cheese! Plus their Banana Chantilly Pancake! Now, because I always would get the Fruity French Toast I decided to do something different, so I ordered the Banana Chantilly Pancake and added a Bowl of Fruit!! Creating a totally NEW DISH called the KAWIKA!

Really good comfort food. Just fyi..their pancakes are HUGE! We actually thought we hadn't been there when we picked it out this time but we were there 2 trips ago haha. Service is always top notch. So now we've been there twice and still the same...great food and great service... We had their banana Chantilly pancake, suuuuuuper delicious Their Kailua pig Benedict And their sausage hash. All very good.

This place is good, but I feel like the portions could be bigger. They sat us really fast and the service is good. The place is clean and a cute little café perfect for after a hike at koko head.

Second weekend in a row. Living for the pancake! Went on a Saturday around 1030. Not as busy as last Sunday when I went but totally worth the wait and the staff was nice and helpful.

4.5 stars for a solid brunch spot! The short rib fried rice loco moco was a standout, featuring perfectly meaty and tender short ribs--a welcome change from the fatty or tough cuts you often find elsewhere. The veggie omelette was good, though it met expectations without any surprises. Pancakes were as wonderfully fluffy as remembered. While the cinnamon roll was overly sweet for my taste, the mochi lilikoi was delicious, particularly the yummy, sweet jam, even if the "mochi" aspect wasn't very prominent. I'd definitely order the lilikoi again, but skip the cinnamon roll. My matcha latte was too sweet, but the staff kindly allowed me to swap it for their strong coffee, which comes with a complimentary refill!

Cute cafe with absolutely delicious food! Yes, we did have to wait close to 30 minutes but the food and service made up for it. Everyone was lovely and the service was very quick. The pancakes were soft and perfectly sweet. The sausage hash was also delicious!

Went to celebrate my birthday with 6 of my girlfriends and was disappointed that they keep increasing their service charge to 4% for their wait staff despite new rulings! P!us 20% gratuity was added! I didn't notice it on the menu plus they "nickel and dime" you for everything! $1.50 if you want more gravy! Don't offer if there is a charge! Service did not warrant 20% when she spilled water on my section of the table and said she would be back to wipe it up! Nada, never came back and the restaurant was not full! Used to come every 3rd Saturday when there was a plant exchange nearby....not anymore! My $14 crepe ended up $18.02! $4 more!

Always get the banana chantilly pancake, it's their specialty! So yummy and fluffy. The pancakes are very big so you can take leftovers home. I always get the two stack for that reason. Service is attentive and friendly. This place is pretty busy since the tourists (and locals!) like to go here after hiking Koko Head. It is a smaller restaurant, but very lively.

Came here for brunch on a sunday and waited about 25 min to be seated. The food is soooo good! The banana chantilly pancake is unlike any other pancakes ive had and theres banana chunks inside. The portion is humongous the short stack was enough to share among us 3. Got a side of corn beef hash and it was super yummy I love the chunks of corn beef. Also got the short rib loco moco over fried rice and it was perfection. Can't wait to come again

This shop is located in a strip mall right off Keahole Street. The inside of the shop was clean and brightly decorated but a bit smaller than I was expecting. Even so, they had a display case filled with a variety of scones and a coffee bar in the back. After looking over the menu I chose an iced Hawaiian honey latte along with a lilikoi scone while my dad went with a salted caramel scone. Our order was ready within about five minutes and we were quickly on our way. I first tried the lilikoi scone and really enjoyed it. It had a nice sharpness that was balanced with just enough sweetness to keep it from being overpowering. My coffee was good as well. The coffee itself was deep and rich and while I picked up a bit of sweetness at the start, the Hawaiian honey really came through on the finish. My dad also really enjoyed his salted caramel scone. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. We both enjoyed our scones and I thought my coffee was solid as well.

Did you know you can skip the long line a Costco in Hawaii Kai Towne Center and hele on over just across to Bits & Bites Cafe where pretty much everything is house made. This super tiny nook is known for the scone and they don't stop at just a couple but a whole showcase filled with over a dozen variety though my Hawaiian time got me there just an hour shy of closing time so pretty much there was nothing left...which is great for this small biz as she told me just a couple of cheesecakes and coffee are available as I wasn't feeling quite that asked if they have iced tea which she did and suggested Lilikoi as she said that they use real fruit and natural ingredients is great to know and it's green jasmine tea which is nice and fragrant. The vibe in there is quite minimalist as there's only room for a couple of peeps to browse but if you know you know and just wished that they have some seating as well to enjoy not just the yumminess the vibe of this lovely area but will definitely be back for those scones as sound quite amazing and did see they have a matcha one as well...lol! My order was a POG (passion orange guava) iced tea. The woman didn't ask me for my level of sweetness or amount of ice. She just made the standard. It was alright.
