Have always gone to this Moe's but will never return. At 6pm, they were out of chicken, rice, and salsas in the self serve. People that had placed orders to-go online were waiting over 20 minutes in the restaurant for their orders to be completed! Red tickets flashing on the board and not one worker doing anything to clear them. Tables had not been wiped, trays stacked 12 high at the garbage cans and we had to push garbage down to add ours in. One lady complained and a manager came out of the back room. Where was he when his workers were struggling to complete orders? Poorly run franchise. read more

Just left: I arrived, admittedly at the stroke of 8, walked in the open door and joined another person who was being served at the fully functional serving line. Was told by the woman behind the counter "Sorry, we're closed". Really? The window sign said "Open", the door was unlocked, you were serving someone as you spoke... From what I can see here this isn't an isolated occurrence at this place. Set the order for 8pm. Arrived at curbside at 7:57. This was by no means a customer arrival issue. Ridiculous. I ordered a Homewrecker add jalapeños and olives. Guess what? No jalapeños or olives. Just cold chicken (instead of the steak I ordered). Wifey ordered a Close Talker with jalapeños. Guess what? No dressing in the to go bag AND no jalapeños. Son 1 ordered a Wrong Doug stack without onions and pico. Guess what? Had onions and pico. Son 2 ordered a Moo Moo quesadilla. Guess what? Got a kids taco and nothing more. Four different meals on this order. Four strikes. DO NOT patronize this place until they get their stuff together. Apparently no quality control. Much better options around for the moment including non-chain, local places who will get your order correct. Whoever owns this place, whether it be franchisee or corporate, needs to regain control. What happened tonight is ridiculous. I'm usually the last person to complain. I grew up and cut my teeth in the restaurant industry. I understand the challenges. Walked in a few minutes before close (about 7:56) to order a takeout meal (other people had just ordered), and was immediately yelled at--yes, literally yelled-- by a male employee that they were closed and they weren't taking any more customers. I absolutely do not recommend this Moe's - we visited this location a couple of weeks ago and ordered a "burrito bowl" specific to our sons allergies. I checked and then double checked my order (we can't risk not double checking everything we order for him) We picked up the food and it took us about 5ish minutes to get everything out and check it IN the parking lot where we realized his food contained cheese - his allergen. My husband walked right back in and let them know the food was wrong and it contained an allergen, and politely asked if it could please be remade. This was at 8:00 ON THE NOSE. We had placed a later order and yes, we're aware they close at 8 but they are the ones who got the food wrong and included an allergen my son cannot eat. They absolutely REFUSED to remake my sons meal because they stated that they were "now closed". Okay, sure, that's true... but was it the right thing to do to a paying customer when you served them a meal they couldn't even consume and you've been closed for all of 30 seconds... Absolutely not. If they practiced good business, there should have been an apology and willingness to correct the situation despite it JUST having turned 8:00. Not only were they not willing to do that, they were downright dismissive and nasty about it. My husband was furious and completely appalled. We had a child who ended up with no dinner and they could have potentially made our son very ill had we not caught the error. I've been a loyal fan of Moe's since they first opened in 2000. I remember when they had only two locations in Buckhead, way before they started franchising. I've eaten at dozens of different Moe's throughout the Southeast. According to their app, I have 110 visits on record and filled several punch cards back when they first had punch cards. Tonight is the first night that I have been disappointed with any of my visits to Moe's. I walked into the Canton location at 8:00pm on the dot and the manager was at the door telling customers they were closed. I saw him turn away one customer who had walked in the door ahead of me and then he turned away another customer behind me. Yes, their sign says they close at 8pm on Thursdays (which is early), but I would have hoped they would take customers who showed up at 8pm. I drove down the street and got food from Five Guys-they are open until 10pm 7 nights a week. Moe's in Canton will never get my business again. read more

Welcome to Moe's!! I find it funny that they actually yell that to everyone walking in the door. Dined in this time with my Libby Bunny for lunch. It was Monday, so they were very busy with the $5 anything Mow Monday special. Homewrecker with everything was the winning order this trip. Service was quick and food was hot. Employees were great and everything here was clean. Owner visible as usual and very personable. They also had Fox News on the tubes - took it to 5 stars. This Moe's location is great! Its the perfect place for me to meet with my friends and close to my work so I can relax and enjoy my lunch break. They are so quick to make my food, and I don't even order a burrito and they bring me my food at times. Its great because I can meet my vegetarian friends there to eat. Jose was serving me in line and I could not understand what he was saying (He speaks very broken English). I continued to say, "I'm sorry I don't understand ". He got mad and slammed the spoon down in the rice and repeated himself. I looked at the worker next to him hoping for help (he did) and then Jose rolled his eyes. I do not appreciate Jose's actions. I ordered the Homewrecker and during the making process I noticed they're very skimpy on the chicken. In fact i had to order double chicken at a cost of $1.99 extra!! Yikes!! Ok the taste test. My first Moe's disappointment. The chicken was so hard and dry that my entire burrito was a waste. The chips were stale. Now I am a long and loyal Moe's customer. I love this restaurant, but this location should step up their game. When I spent $12 for a single meal at Moe's, I'm conditioned to enjoy it not throw it away. Really nice Moes. Incredibly spacious and clean! The owners walked around when we went on a Sunday and made sure all the tables were happy. The food was fresh and I was completely satisfied.
