It was 105° so gelato sounded like a great idea! We love the AZ biltmore and cup and cone has an iconic spinning gelato machine. I got the dulce de leche. We also got the macaroons which were $15 for 3 and sadly not good at all. Beautiful presentation though!

Cup and Cone is an adorable little ice cream shop located inside the Arizona Biltmore hotel. They're open until about 9 PM and have a variety of items including refreshments such as beverages, salads, smoothies, pastries, ice cream bars, and more. I opted for the single scoop ice cream cone and charged it to the room. You are able to try as many samples as you would like and I chose to order the pumpkin pie seasonal ice cream. It certainly did not disappoint! They also serve coffee here and I suspect it's quite busy in the mornings especially during checkout. If I had the time, I'd certainly have ordered an espresso martini to go! Pricing here is a bit steep but that's to be expected in a resort. If you're staying at AZB, definitely stop by here for a scoop! (12/50--2025)

Since we were staying at the iconic Arizona Biltmore, we couldn't pass up a visit to Cup & Cone! This little spot is absolutely charming--super cute inside and has such a fun vibe. We came for the gelato, of course, but they also serve coffee, have a variety of snacks, and an amazing-looking dessert counter with other treats as well. I went with the chocolate mint (so good!), and my husband got the Orange Creamsicle, which was super refreshing. Now I get why people say it's a must if you're staying on the property!

During our stay at the Arizona Biltmore, we visited Cup & Cone twice in one day. The first visit was in the morning for a quick coffee stop. I opted for a plain cold brew, while my husband chose a cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and a splash of oat milk. Service was fast and friendly and we were out within minutes to enjoy our morning. After a day out in the sun, we returned to Cup & Cone before heading back to our room. I ordered my go-to, iced oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder, and my husband picked out a Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake for us to share. One bite of the mousse and we were both hooked! It was divine. We ended up finishing the cake right there at the cafe. My latte was perfectly balanced and tasted great. Unfortunately, we missed out on trying their gelato as Cup & Cone closes at 9:00 pm on weekends, and we didn't make it back in time on both nights. Maybe next time!

Great homemade gelato with many flavors to choose from. Cute assortment of other treats and goodies also available for your sweet tooth.

This place had the best hours at the resort and had the best walk-in service. Their iced chai lattes were perfect and their spinach and cheese danish was perfect for a quick bite. However, the stars for me were the strawberry cheesecakes that looked like little bulbasaurs. It was a delicious gold speckled strawberry coating and inside was cheesecake and strawberry puree with candied corn flakes outside. Absolutely would try these. The little store had a bunch of candy and baked goods, it was bright and well lit and even though they didn't have inside seating immediately outside there are a bunch of seats. Both in the sun and out of the sun.

Delicious gelato flavors - fun presentation! We enjoyed seasonal offerings. My favorite was the honey tangerine.

Their seasonal drinks are always tasty and I looked forward to the new menu. My go to drink is a Royal Coke (Mexican coke on ice with an espresso shot poured over). Staff is nice and friendly. Afterwards I hopped into Macys nearby to be inside the AC and could check the map for "cold drinks" near me. This spot popped up just around the corner. I give it a 4 stars. I drink a lot of coffee drinks from various coffee shops, and for comparison this wasn't amazing but good enough. It hit my requirements- nearby, COLD, slightly sweet, decent coffee flavor. The drink description says "vanilla cold foam" and this was not cold foam. I saw that it was steamed milk and turned to foam. Pretty much the opposite of cold foam. If they made their own cold foam this would have made the drink more unique. Could have been 5 stars if as described. Anyway, service was friendly and the small shop is cute. Gave me the hit of cold caffeine I was looking for.

This year, I've visited after work with coworkers and after work alone to get more work done. Despite the limited parking out front, there is free curbside parking beside and behind the coffee shop adjacent to the nearby businesses and residential area. There is ample space inside with various types of seating and ample charging and free wifi. The front area has window counter space and couches/love seats to lounge. The back area has small tables, large tables, desks with lamps, and a love seat. My only complaint is that this large area gets pretty hot in summer afternoons without adequate AC or fans back here. It was like this last year when I previously attended the evening coffee raves. Both times upon visiting recently in daytime, I ordered the Dark Horse latte, comprised of dark maple syrup, smoked sea salt, espresso, milk. I love this latte because it's sweet but also has depth from the smokiness and saltiness. While I think the coffee is on the pricier side, I'm incredibly satisfied with my drink choice regardless. Overall limited specialty drink menu (which is what I usually care about when exploring coffee shops) but many options in general. Seems like people mostly come here to be on their laptops opposed to socializing here, which I appreciate. This is an incredible spot to work, especially since they close later in the day at 6pm, offer free wifi, ample seating, ample charging.
