Ordered a shawarma wrap this time and loved it. Plenty of food inside of the wrap once the toppings were added. I also tried their fries. I was expecting regular plain fries but no these fries were fresh, hot, crispy, and seasoned well. The owner and his wife are always hospitable and welcoming. And the cleanliness is top tier. This is also one place that I will be able to enjoy meals with my mom who uses a wheelchair. Very accessible and will be easy for her to navigate.

Momi's is a local favorite of mine. The owner, Mustafah and his family take great pride in this restaurant and it shows! Everything is made fresh and tastes amazing. All of his sauces are made in-house. The lemonade was delicious, I will be back for more of that! The restaurant is clean and the service is always excellent. I had not been here in months and my lunch yesterday proved they still got it. If you have not been you have to try it at least once!

Momi's is absolutely delicious and I wish I lived closer. The chicken is addictive. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The staff are super friendly and you can tell that they really care. The meat is grilled fresh to order so there's a little bit of a wait, but I never mind. The platters with vegetables, rice, and chickpeas have always been excellent. Portions are generous. There aren't a ton of good options in this area but Momi's is definitely one and I always look forward to returning.

I will make a detour to specifically eat at this location. The warmth and excellent customer service, along with fresh top of the line offerings, is a combo that can't be beat. Mediterranean food cooked to perfection. We ordered two meals to go. One vegetarian plate showcasing the Falafel Balls and the second Lamb and Beef Kebabs. Simple deliciousness. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the items on the menu.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this adorable new Middle Eastern spot, and I'm already obsessed! It has a super fun and easy Chipotle-style setup--you pick a base and then choose 5 fresh, homemade ingredients to build your own delicious bowl or plate. It's perfect for customizing your meal, and every option is honestly better than the last. I went with a coworker who is Middle Eastern, and they immediately said it was the best Middle Eastern food they've had in the area--which says a lot! Every single ingredient tasted so fresh and flavorful, and you could truly tell it's all made from scratch with love. The owner is the sweetest person ever--so kind and welcoming, and he made us feel right at home. His whole family was there helping out too, and they were just as lovely. You can really feel the heart and soul behind this place. If you're looking for something casual, fresh, and absolutely delicious, this spot is it. It's like a Middle Eastern Chipotle--but a thousand times better. Go now before the secret's out!

Let's start with the absolutely phenomenal-- the food. Grabbed the Lamb Kabob, rice, tabbouleh, chickpeas, and multiple salads with their hot sauce. The absolute freshness of the ingredients cannot be described in words. The flavors all work together perfectly, and as someone who spend years in the Middle East, it is pretty damn authentic. Now only two small things -- the ambiance is very cafeteria-esque. Now I only care about the taste of the food, but I know some people will be turned off by it. They also don't have a menu visible, which makes ordering a bit of a process. Definitely would have tried the Shwarma if I had seen it before ordering. Overall, some of the best food I've had in Waldorf and will be a must try every time I'm in town.

I consider this place a hidden jewel in waldorf right behind the mall. Mufasa mustafa, I can't really remember, but he's a great employee there.All the employees are wonderful. They help you make your selection.And the presentation is beautiful. The food is fabulous.The taste is wonderfulI didn't think it'd be my cup of tea.But the wife and I always go back. The ambiance could use a little work.It's a bit industrial kinda. They have ketchup bottles on all the tables for what I have no idea. The food is seasoned perfectly.No need to add a thing. The procedure is you go in you order.Your food then you go sit down.And they call your number, no reason to stand up and wait.They will let you know when it's ready. Understanding that helps keep things moving. Wonderful place.Hope to see your face in the place. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of food. Also I like the fact that it's different from the standard waldorf dining experience. read more

So I went to this restaurant last week and tried it for the first time. I was so pleased at the customer service and how friendly they were towards me, plus the quality of food was excellent. They made every accommodation for my dietary needs. Because I informed that I was in fact that I was a vegan. They made a special plate for me because they did not have an option for vegan style on their menu. So I am very grateful for them doing that. Then I was even more pleased once I tasted the food because it was ultra fresh and it was delicious! Everything on my plate, every flavor complemented each other perfectly. My new favorite at Momi's: baked salmon with all the fixings, I don't tell the owners what I want with my salmon; I asked them to fill my plate as they would have their. And every time the dish turned out perfectly, the flavors balanced perfectly with all the seasonings, the pickled radish had a hints of sourness , the cucumbers /tomatoes/herbs salad gave the dish freshness, Taheen added a creamy element; and the blend of the three hot sauces brought all the flavors together. Wow!!! 10 out of 10!!! We ordered delivery and it was so good we came back the next day to pick up our order so we could see everything fresh. Look at all the gorgeous colors in the pic. Everything is so healthy and fresh which for me usually means flavorless but Momi's is crazy flavorful. Such beautiful spices and fresh herbs make everything sooooo good. When you go inside there's a lot more options than ordering delivery. We came on Sunday and they had a Salmon special so I got that. Good LORD if was flavorful! So many herbs and spices and tomatoes baked into the salmon. It was cooked perfectly. The portion was so big I saved a decent piece for later. My husband got the lamb again and he's obsessed. He said it's juicy and bursting w flavor. It's incredibly fresh as they cook it fresh per order. The falafel is my favorite. It's so crunchy on the outside I just love it. All of the toppings are up to you. I asked the lady helping me and she was happy to make suggestions. Everyone who works here is so friendly and lovely. I feel like their food is made with love for real. It's just special. They told me they make everything from scratch...the pickles, hummus, marinades etc. it's so fresh and healthy. This is my new favorite restaurant in Waldorf and I hope they becomes wildly successful. OH and their Baklava is incredibly delicious. Ask about the flavors...orange blossom/pistachio, walnut cinnamon and I forgot the other one but all are great. The brownie was perfect too. read more

This is a great place! Everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing. Plenty of choices and the prices are reasonable. You get a lot of food! The falafels are very good. Fantastic food!! Without a doubt my favorite falafel meal (got the platter)! Deserves 6 stars. Food and service were as good as it gets. The place is huge, but it feels like everyone here knows each other in a friendly way. The only negative is how far away it is from my house. I might consider moving to Waldorf just for Momi's. Or opening one closer if the opportunity presents. It really is that good. read more

Greetings Hungry People! Let's get into this new place here in Waldorf and see what my tastebuds experienced. I rate based on Service, Atmosphere and of course FOOD! Let's get into it! Atmosphere (5 Stars) it was definitely a clean place. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. A nice spot to sit down and enjoy a simple meal. I liked what I saw as far as being clean. Service (4 Stars) I was a little confused on the ordering process, as of course someone did finally tell me what to do. You have to go to the register then pay and then proceed to put together your meal. Food (3 Stars) the food had some flavor but it looked better than it tasted, I had the chicken falafel sandwich and my son had the chicken tenders with fries. It was big servings and I didn't it it all but I wouldn't be pressed to go back unless I really didn't want to travel far. read more

This is the real deal. The food is authentic, delicious and very fresh as in 'made to order' fresh. We had the chicken kabob platter, the falafel pita pocket, the hummus, French fries and a side of the chick peas that were seasoned to perfection. The chicken kabob was white meat (you have a choice of white or dark) that was moist and well seasoned and there was a selection of many items to add to your platter depending on your taste and spice level preference. The falafel in the pita pocket was crisp on the outside and light and seasoned on the inside. Some of the best falafel I have ever had! The pita itself was amazing and you choose exactly what you want it stuffed including traditional items and some sauces and pickled items too and stuffed is the right description! The hummus was creamy with the perfect texture. And the service was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable in helping you selecting the ingredients for the sides and topping. Clean bright new restaurant with plenty of seating and the self/service seems to work for everyone! You gotta go! It was beyond good and better yet it was healthy! And you won't leave hungry since the potions are generous! read more

The food was incredible. I talked with the owner and he said he has been cooking for 37 years and he's from Jerusalem. I got the chicken kebabs because everyone said it was the best and it didn't disappoint. I told the owner to put whatever he thought was best on mine and it was incredible. I wish him success. Food was excellent, HEALTHY and full of FLAVOR! Service - everyone behind the counter was super nice. Gave helpful advice on what to try. I got the salmon... mmmmm. Cooked perfect, still juicy and fresh tasting. My partner got the chicken and beef. Plus an extra lamb kabobs. He loved the dish. You choose your protein and then pick the sides to go on top. It was so much food we couldn't eat it all. You can dine in or get it to go. The dining area is large with lots of seating and CLEAN!! Will definitely be back. read more

We always get the same thing my husband gets the chicken shawarma and I always get the falafel salad. No matter what time I come in, the food is fresh, the falafels are just cooked. No complaints. I thought when Cava opened up in Waldorf we wouldn't need this place anymore, but that's not the case. read more

I regret on not checking this place out the moment they opened! Always fresh and delicious food, make you feel like you are a family service, super clean and such a generous portions. You need to tell them stop as they always try to give you more food! Been several time and it's consistently good. If you want lamb or beef it's better to call ahead as they make dishes fresh and to order. My favourite spot in the area! You can definitely feel they love what they are doing! read more

Great food all around ! There's so much flavor in all their fresh dishes! We try to go at least once every 2 weeks. We have not had anything we haven't loved. My favorites are the kabobs (chicken, lamb, and beef!) and the hummus side! Service is also great. I usually ask the employees to add in the toppings they recommend.
