With a language barrier some translations were interesting especially what appeared to be plantain with sticky rice but was really eggplant stuffed with white fish. For a first experience I was slightly overwhelmed but it was a great experience overall. The craziest part was the place crazy busy 20 minutes after they opened. Full house.

I've only experienced made-to-order dim sum, so the pressure I felt to make quick decisions whenever the carts were brought tableside was a little overwhelming. The food, overall, was pretty good, but nothing I would write home about. We had a small selection (pork shumai and bbq pork buns), and my only thought was that the shumai was a little too salty. The buns were delightful, and I wish I could have physically had more than the 1 and a quarter I did eat (thanks, bariatric stomach ). Will we go back next time? Well, I leave that to my husband. I wouldn't be mad if he suggested Hei La Moon, but it likely won't be my first choice going forward.

This was the first time we tried the Lo Mein, and we very much enjoyed the dish, it was hot, light and tasty. We were disappointed with the Scallion Pancakes and would try something else on our next visit. Service was pretty good (a little slow bringing the check). Overall 4.5 stars rounded up to five. We'd be happy to return.

Whatever the issue was, it should not have affected customers. When our food arrived, she practically threw the dishes onto our table. The sauces splashed everywhere and even landed on my wife. WTF?? We were shocked by how careless and disrespectful the service was. We are paying customers, not asking for free. We understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this behavior crossed the line. If an employee is unhappy, she should go home. Don't take it out on the customers. Last Sunday will be our final visit. To this place.
