It's hard to find a mechanic these days who isn't trying to upsell unnecessary work or inflate costs, but that has not been my experience here at all. I worked with Eddie, the service manager, and he has been honest, direct, and thorough every step of the way. He clearly explains what was done, what actually needs attention, and what can wait. That kind of transparency is rare and very much appreciated. Since that first visit, I've brought back two of my three Audis for service. Most recently, I took my Audi A4 to the dealership for an oil change because that service was included with the car. As expected, the dealership came back with a long list of "recommended" services totaling about $2,600. I didn't trust it, so I took the printout to Monaco Motors for a second opinion. Eddie reviewed the list and immediately pointed out that most of it was unnecessary and clearly inflated. Instead of pushing extra work, Monaco Motors recommended only the two services that were actually needed for the 40,000-mile service. They completed the work, did a great job, and even gave me an additional discount. That level of honesty and customer care is exactly why I'll keep coming back. I'll be bringing my Audi A3 there next for its oil change as well. I highly recommend Monaco Motors to anyone with a European car. At Monaco Motors, these guys really go above and beyond to make sure you AND your car get the best service! Ian (my service advisor), Omar (my mechanic), and Jose (the groundskeeper) really did A+ service for me!! After receiving a random postcard on my windshield about their special promos, I decided why the hell not? Instead of taking my Benz to the Benz dealership where I typically need to pay an arm and leg for a basic oil change. Monaco charged me $130 for oil change which included topping off all my fluids, checking tire pressure, and interior vacuum service in exchange for a solid review that is highly deserved! At the end, I had to pay little bit extra because my engine required an extra quart of oil and a filter needed to be changed. Best of all, they were able to reset all my maintenance lights -- which not all auto service shops can do! But since Monaco Motors has extensive experience surrounding the treatment of European luxury vehicles, they really are experts in this field. I was quoted close to $900 for some maintenance needed on my car and one night one of their Mechanics, named Jose, told me about this company and how they can provide any service for German made cars and they're an Audi specialized company and so I decided to come and try them out. It was a great experience from the call to get an appointment - which I was told to just come on in to get an estimate - to dropping off the car and then coming to pick it up. Shoutout to Eddie at the front. Not only did he have the knowledge to know exactly what I needed for the car but he kept me in the know and walked me through the drop off to when I can expect a call to come pick it up. They offered me a loaner since I had to work and made the whole experience incredible. They're very affordable and this being my first time, I expected cheaper, but large prices and it was a great price for what I needed and it was very affordable. I took my 2013 M5 to this dealership. I would not recommend them with a 10 foot poll. Not only did i get swindled, i got taken for a ride . The ran the final tally up to 3k and still did not fix the problem. I then took my car to the dealership, all that was needed was new sparks. I decided to call this company and find out about pricing for certain things to be done on my car cause I keep getting these postcards put on my windshield so I figured why not take a shot. As I discussed it with the service guy pricing uncertain things there's no difference between them and the dealership pricing, which makes no sense to me because of the fact that if you're an independent company, I would hope that you'd want to beat the dealership pricing and have new customers come to your company. Apparently that is not the case pricing for certain services were actually more than the dealership which surprised me so I don't see any value with dealing with an outside company if they don't offer any sort of incentive or discount. read more
