I love the food here, however, ownership has changed. Food is still good as of today. But the enormous poster of Biggs Smalls staring at me is annoying and the rap crap music is not conducive to eating a healthy meal. IHeart music is programmable. Owner says she can't control it. In the future I will order takeout. Not a comfortable experience. Maybe I'll just go to TinTins

Great service everything we picked was really fresh and delicious my two kids loved it making their own meals and they cooked super fast if you have the chance to go here you have to stop here

The place is alright on cleanliness, stove that they cook on is super old and probably should be replaced but the food is good. Everything on the belt looked fresh. Our group ate and everybody left happy and full.

There are a couple different options to eat. You can get a single plate or all you can eat. And some other stuff. If you haven't eaten here before just do a single plate because I did not enjoy my meal got full and regretted it. It was okay. My food got burnt and was bitter. They cooked it such a long time the bowl of sauce I picked out had dried up. They even put more on while cooking it. My second plate was a bit better when there was a shift change. But still dry. It seems like a very casual place not very fancy. Probably a great place for college kids especially on Sunday's they have some sort of deal. So you grab a bowl and go down the line to pick what you want but there are a ton of signs threatening you not to overfill your bowl or they'll charge you extra. It was not fun it felt like a test I wasn't prepared for. There's also only one bar so if you want to think about what your going to get other people are waiting for you to get out of the way. The whole sauce thing is confusing too. They have sauce "suggestions" or make your own. But if your trying to follow the recipe on the glass they're aren't laid out clearly and once again you get in someone else's way. Also the cook is at the end of the sauce line demanding your bowl before you've finished your sauce. They also don't explain your supposed to use a different bowl for your sauce than the ones at the end. It didn't happen to us but I saw the staff call another customer out for this. I think it would be better to have an option to check off what you want and let the employees do it since it has to be done so specifically.

Nice selection of ingredients, fresh ingredients, very tasty food. Extremely clean & excellent service.

Went there for the first time today and had an excellent experience. We appreciated the very clear communication about options and pricing. The food was well stocked and fresh. The cook did an excellent job cleaning the grill between customers even though it was busy. We sat outside for COVID safety and they were incredibly cool with serving us out there. Drink refills were prompt, the food was delicious. A couple suggestions to add would be chopped garlic (in addition to or instead of garlic water) and fresh eggs to crack into the food. This was great and we'll be back!

As always wonderful food. The veggies were fresh, the meat fresh and tender. Portions per price is the best it gets. The service great.

Best calamari I have had and everything was fresh! I got the Pho spicy, perfect and the broth was excellent along with the protein and seasoning. Service was friendly. Delicious meal! I suspect my meal today was not even close to their best dish but I plan to find out next time. I recommend this restaurant without reserve. You are welcome

I started with the crab puffs, it was a very decent sized order, they were crunchy and not oily at all. The crab filling in the middle was creamy and savory. They were excellent. For my main course, I had the triple crown, which was shrimp, scallops, and pork, with sautéed vegetables. The sauce was amazing, a deep, savory flavor, the veggies were perfectly done, the shrimp were very good, and the scallops were absolutely buttery. The pork was very tender. It came with a good amount of rice, which was tender and perfectly done of course, I tore into it so fast, I forgot to get a picture. That is such a bad habit of mine. To drink, I had a jasmine hot tea, which was also very good. I ended up eating all of the crab puffs, they were so good, and half of the main course ended up being breakfast the next morning. For all of this high-quality food, the price was extremely reasonable. I would stop here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you.

The place was practically empty- white everything with black diner seats & red/floral decorations on the walls. Long, narrow passage- greeted with delayed warmth from a boisterous lady. She recommended "more bang for your buck" combinations, so I'll hafta try the ala carte entrees later. I got the crab puffs (8 for $10.25)- they were fun! Triangles vs those 'purses'. Classic krab & cream cheese, but also has diced onion! A note of freshness & packed to the gills! And the egg flower soup ('small' bowl for $6)- simple, pretty straightforward... not enough salt, so shoyu helped. Some corn, pretty sure that's why it was so thick. The #15 ($15.50) came with pork fried rice, mar far chicken & moo goo gai pan... they did not come to play! The fried rice was a little overpowered by green onion, but that's where their pink sauce really came in handy- talk about balance! Their mar far wasn't little nuggets- they were like a breast, battered & fried, THEN cut into strips! So filling! And the moo goo gai pan was refreshing- big slices of carrot, onion, cabbage, mushrooms & broccoli with slices of chicken. Heartwarming, really. With hot tea (one pot for $1?!) & a fortune cookie, came to $32.75. With tip, overall total sat at just under $40. I'm glad I stopped in- this really was a phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes; Phoenix needs a win after Alameda & this place is helping keep them strong. Highly recommend
