Dropped my Jeep off at 7:45 am on 2/19/21 for a quick oil change, tire rotation and alignment. No courtesy call that it would be there all day. I was able to pick it up at 3:00 pm only after I called to inquire about it. They claimed they were checking in on brakes and new cost of tires. When I picked up my Jeep, I was charged $100 for services performed. Drove home, checked to see if services were performed and noticed they did not do a tire rotation. Called service consultant Fred Biyzaei to let him know, and he made up a story and asked if I wanted "Next Visit Credit" for when I come back. I said "no, and that I would drive back to get a rotation refund". Was not offered a courtesy discount for a wasted day. I know I could have performed this oil change myself but due to the pandemic I wanted to support our community and was willing to pay labor to help out. I now feel the service department took advantage of me and my time. When I mentioned that a courtesy call would have been nice, Fred said "oh, I didn't know you had a emergency to go to?!" read more

I couldn't control the speed of the blower I my 2006 Jeep GC and I took it to this dealership thinking that they were the expert, and on Wednesday December 1, 2021, the guy that attended me told me that they would had to diagnose it and it would be from one day to the next and it would cost me $250. I called the next day (Thursday) they couldn't find the car... I waited for the next day (Friday), I phone them and they still couldn't find it so I decided to go there in person, at the beginning they still couldn't find it they even doubted that I had taken it there. I told them that I will call the Monrovia Police Department to report it as stolen, this spruce them up and they finally found my car but that it would cost me AT LEAST $500. I told Isaak that that was very excessive for replacing the blower resistor which is what controls the speed of the blower. I picked up my car and paid $195 for the diagnostics. I took it to a small mechanic and I paid $200 to fix it, and it was FIXED I am happy, but the Jeep dealership was a huge disappointment. read more

My 2015 Jeep Cherokee needed a new battery and a reprogramming. I was notified later that my Cherokee also needed a brake job, pads and brake oil bleeding, a coolant flush and new coolant. Repairing a car is not always easy to do to complete satisfaction, but they have always done so for me, explaining things very well and telling me in advance of what is needed or recommended. First of all, I want to start off by saying I was sitting at a different dodge dealer (in the city of glendora) with an appt and no one to be found..there i was, one hour after my appointment time, and still not a soul in sight and doors locked at the check in.) Anyway, being fed up and in the predicament that I was in I Googled "dodge dealer near me" and this dealer came as my results and seen they were open, so I called. From the very first time I called I actually had a lovely lady (whom I don't recall her name but she scheduled my appointment!) And said she had an appointment 30 mins from that current time so I said ill take it! I drove over there and was greeted/checked in with FRED BIYAEIZA a service advisor here at Dodge CDJR that had excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and check this out..he gave an accurate quote time!! Fred said my service would take an hour and a half and 15 mins before the time was done he advised it was ready and currently in the wash (the communication is greatly appreciated) when he brought my car up, had paper work and form of payment ready, everything was pleasant and efficient. I greatly thanked him and the service department for being so outstanding! I went to my car and to my surprise, they also vacuumed the interior. I'm honestly so blown away i will definitely be back! If I could give a negative rating I would, we were looking to purchase a new Ram 1500 echo diesel 4x4 we had found on in Ventura who was giving $8000.00 in rebates called Sierra and spoke to "Sammie" who tells me not a problem he could match it no problem! He's to busy to take care of us giving us another salesman,After going down filling out all application paperwork, then another man comes over says this is best we can do only $3500.00 off and that way their cost supposedly, an 5.9% interest! Saying boa bla bla, this is Chrysler dodge rules! So we get up an walk out! Driving all the way to Ventura and getting the price promised an then some! I had a very unprofessional experience at Alhambra Dodge, so I decided to get my oil change at Monrovia Dodge...which was another mistake. I made an appointment for 10:00 am, and after the looooooooong process of being checked in by someone who obviously didn't know what "she" was doing, I was told to come back in 2 1/2 hours. WHAT??? I went with my cousin, who is thinking of getting a Charger. We walked up and were greeted by an old white guy with slicked back silver hair. We said we wanted to test drive a Charger. He asked if we were looking to buy a car today. We said just test drive. At that point he said something like, "To be honest if you're not going to buy today, I can't let you test drive. We don't want to put extra miles on the car. You know, these cars aren't toys." I told my cousin fine, don't buy here and we left. This guy really pissed me off with what can only be ABSOLUTE stupidity, racism, and/or ageism. Sure, we are two young looking Asian guys. But c'mon, we're right next to Arcadia. Who the F do you think has all the money around here?! As if we're just going to test drive for fun? I called the sales manager and alerted him of the total stupidity of his sales guy. He apologized profusely and offered for us to go back right away and test drive. He said they absolutely didn't train that way and want everyone to test drive since it helps sales. I was over this dealer and didn't go back. But I wanted to share how badly this guy was affecting their business. At the end of the day, my cousin's mom is going to buy this car for him in all cash. There goes this dealer's sale opportunity. I don't know how this owner's business can continue to be viable if he continues to employ such a stupid/racist/ageist employee! Driving by I spotted my dream car! As my boyfriend and I pulling in the driveway and hopped out of our car I proclaimed "That's one one"! It's unfortunate that the young man who approached us in the lot was uninterested in helping me realize my dream. He was on his cell phone and we had to ask to take the jeep out for a test drive, as if it were an inconvenience. When we got back from the test drive he basically told me I couldn't afford the car. He said I'd probably need a cosigner and even though my credit was good there was no way I'd get THIS car without paying way more than I was looking to spend per month. Too bad he was wrong! I am happy to report that I purchased the exact same car at the Huntington Beach Jeep dealership the following week. No cosigner and the payment is right in my budget! I agree with another poster, they will tell you that they Lo Jack and Fabric protection is mandatory and cannot be taken off the car or price. Never before seen this. In my case it wasn't until afterwards I realized that they actually lied about the deal they were giving me. They told me I was getting all these rebates, my military discounts, etc.. It wasn't until later I found out that they straight up misled me about my deal. They promised they would pay off my Cadillac, and that the discounts and rebates would negate the lo jack, fabric protection, and some of the down payment. In reality they put all of that right on top of the loan and I ended up paying about 4k more for the car I got then I should have. The same car I have can be bought for 20k and I got it for 24K. My mistake but would never work with people that are in the business of misleading. Never again. Oh yeah, they kept my car for 2 1/2 days and gave it back to me with the problem unresolved. Didn't even car. I now have a car that has automatic headlights that periodically (few times a week) decide they don't want to turn on. So I have the luxory of driving around not knowing if at times that people can see me or not. Or I have to hope I realize soon enough that my lights don't work. On top of that I even recorded several incidents of this happening and they flat out told me that unless it does it when they have it, it doesn't matter. read more

Before setting foot onsite I did my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay / programs in place that could be used, ID number of the vehicle on the lot, etc. I tried making things easy and sent all the relevant information over in an email request to their internet sales team. And then I waited... And waited... And after two days I got tired of waiting and sent 2 different follow up emails - all with no response. I finally just went to the lot and immediately ran into the internet sales guy - out on the lot. Nice enough guy but not very knowledgeable about the jeeps on the lot or in transit inventory. I asked if they supported Chrysler's Preferred Pricing Program and they told me they did. So great, I asked for a quote on two jeeps so I could decide between them. But after a couple more days of waiting - I never received a quote. I then followed up again by going onsite and asked for a quote on the Rubicon X sitting on the lot. Only to be told that they Sales Manager wouldn't support Chrysler's preferred pricing program on the jeep. Even though I should have just walked away - I responded back in email later that day with a more aggressive offer on the jeep. I was eventually told that they were in negotiations with a couple different people for the jeep and wouldn't take anything under the marked window pricing. So, I gave up and went to Glendale Jeep and drove off in a new Rubicon within 2 hours of stepping on the lot. They provided great service and pricing and helped win over a new Jeep customer that's been driving a new Audi every 3 years for the past 14 years. (If I were Sierra I would count that as a potential loss of several jeep sales)... Funny thing is - its now been almost a month and that Rubicon X I made a very reasonable offer on is still sitting on the dealer lot in Monrovia. Guess their other customer offers fell through. These guys don't seem very hungry for business or very appreciative of perspective customers. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

I brought my car in for service and though nothing was wrong, they tried to sell me on over $1,000 worth of unnecessary and up to date repairs that were not covered by my warranty. When I declined they were kind enough to let me know that I only had to pay half of the checkout fee to get my car off the lift - $55! They told me all my fluids needed replaced, even though they were replaced 1,000 miles ago and didn't even need it then and told me my brakes are severely worn... even though an inspection a day later revealed that I had about 8,000 miles to go before worrying about new brake pads. I can't speak to buying from or selling to this dealership but I'd go elsewhere for service. There's a Jeep/Dodge dealer in Alhambra and I've had much better experiences with them and will be going back. read more

He gave me the facts, and thats what sold the car. 2ND PART - that they way he was talking to me was wrong and that he could learn from his employees. Michael then stated that there was nothing else he could do and if I decided to sign the new contract without the navigation system, that it was ok and that they wouldn't be losing anything. That if I decide to return the car, the bank was just going to refund them and that it wouldn't affect them. He also stated that they were not going to send the original contract that I signed to the bank and that my only option was to make a decision. Michael then said he could give me some time to think about it and to have someone to pick me up to go home and take a few days to make my decision. He followed by saying that he was not going to let me drive the car out and put more miles on it. I asked him to let me make a few phone calls and that I'd be right back. After really thinking about their offers, and taking into consideration the treatment I was given, I decided to void my contract and return the car. This became a matter of ethics, morals, professionalism, and being humble. The real reason I chose to make the decision was because of the unprofessional, poor way Michael Saldamando Sales Manager treated me and how I was talked down to as if I was nothing. I could have easily signed a new contract, kept the car and maybe made a different deal for the navigation if it wasn't for the way I was treated by Michael. I was called in with lies and vague details about paperwork missing signatures, to finding out that my contract was being withheld from the bank due to their errors and attempting to force me into an uncomfortable and unfair ultimatum to sign a new contract for more money out of my pocket and mediocre results to solving their mistakes at my expense. read more

This 5 star review is solely for Brent. Brent was great from the start! Got in contact with him about a beautiful car they had. Checked out the car, fell in love, told my fiancé and then we put in an offer for the car. $600 less than the OTD price. Sales manager said no. Not even an hour later Brent called back saying we had a deal and they accepted our offer! Brent really made the process easy and in all I think we were on our way in a couple hours. Sales manager is kind of a dick though. Was not impressed. Told me rust spots on a white car is normal... hmmmm the white car I previously owned for 5+ years didn't get rust spots on it. Brent was great about the rust on the car though. Had me come back and made sure they got it off. Brent truly made our experience amazing! Make sure you ask for him when you go to get your new car. I'm picky about anyone working on my Challenger. Received a recall on the timing chain which means a mechanic has to dissemble the front of the motor and change it. One mistake and the engine could be toast. Bob knew that this was not an easy procedure, but has skilled mechanics that took care of it. No leaks, no problems, runs just like before. Most of my interaction with the dealership was via email. From the very beginning, Marco was responsive and provided me with the information I requested. He sent me a personalized video so that I could remotely inspect the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. While entertaining other proposals, the vehicle that I was interested in was sold. It was at this time that Marco and the sales manager, Irvin, showed me similar vehicles of the same trim. After several days of email discussions, Irvin provided me an offer that was competitive and more importantly, it included a vehicle that had the options that I wanted. When I was ready to make the purchase, Irvin worked to prepare the necessary documents ahead of time to limit my onsite time. I felt that this dealership valued my business. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and the staff worked to provide me the information I requested. They also adjusted their offer if I presented them a competitive offer from another dealership. In the end, I purchased a vehicle with the options I wanted and the terms that worked for me.
