I had a prior estimate just one week before from a different MAACO on hand and didn't tell the owner I was shopping prices. I brought my kid's honda civic which had paint rotting / peeling off the entire car. It was so embarrassing to be seen in it. THE OWNER IS HONEST AND THOUGHTFUL I gave the owner Aria my budget for full car paint and not only did he meet my budget, while he was doing my estimate, he noted that Maaco had a promotional coupon that I didn't know about and shaved a couple hundred bucks off, all without even me ever asking for any discount. He went out of his way pointing out every single issue in detail that would be addressed and their costs. He even pointed out that it would be cheaper for them to order a new bumper than to do the body work like I had asked them. Again, he didn't need to do that, but looked for genuine ways for me to save money. He was direct and up front on the different options just so I knew what the advantages of each paint price tier was and NEVER once pressured me or tried to upsale me getting something more expensive. He simply laid out all the options and let me decide. Their final estimate was several hundred dollars cheaper for the same work from than the other MAACO shop. His shop was super transparent about things they found during the paint process that were not identified on the initial estimate just to bring them to my attention as the work was being done. Their manager Jerry was straight with me. There was some damage to the front bumper clips BUT he said they could work with what was there and said the job could be finished with the clips as is. Jerry just wanted to point it out in case I wanted to replace the clips. No pressure, no sales pitch to buy more stuff, and gave me the option to decide. The shop gave a realistic time for the full job and was done exactly on time. THE OUTCOME My kid LOVED the final paint job. It was really nicely done and above expectation for the money I paid. Lastly, I'd like to address some of the negative reviews I saw here on yelp. I don't know what the hell those people are smoking. Maybe some angry Karen who expects a full paint job for free / unrealistic price? I didn't experience a single issue those negative reviews were supposedly claiming happened either with workmanship or with staff. P.S. I ASKED the shop to NOT put back on the civic logo on the back left. I think it just looks cleaner. Bottom line: The shop is honest, did solid work, and I whole heatedly recommend them.

I spent nearly $6,000 at this shop and didn't cut corners when it came to paying for the work they…read moresaid needed to be done. The problem is, after all that money was spent, the original issue I brought the car in for was never actually fixed. Instead, I was charged for repairs and services that addressed everything except the problem I specifically asked them to diagnose and repair. I had the work completed in September 2024. In December, I relocated overseas for business, and unfortunately this was my only vehicle at the time, so I couldn't leave it at the shop for an extended period while trying to get the issue resolved. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business. If you're looking for a shop that will actually solve the problem you brought your car in for, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Wow! Just wow! The bumper on my car was in and out in less then 24 hours but the best part, the service. Michelle and Esmeralda came to my house to pick up my car and bring the paper work because I'm at home with a newborn and was in a bind! When I went to pick up my car Frank greeted me and offered me coffee or water! So Sweet! He started my car while I finished paperwork and rolled down my windows knowing I was going to put the baby in the car. I got into a car accident while I was in Pomona, CA, my car was not drivable due to the accident, so I took a flight back home to San Jose, CA. Looking for sloppy unprofessional work, this is the place for you! Body parts that don't line up, un-matching paint, poor paint quality, dirty!. As an added bonus they will leave your carpet in disarray and trash in the trunk. My current experience was after they worked on it twice. My son had his car in recently and after three times they still could not do it right so he gave up and did not go back. Despite already having charged my card, no part was ever received. More recently, Roadhaus requested $935 via Zelle for repairs they claimed to have performed on my vehicle. When AAA towed my car back, it was clear no repairs had been made--every warning light remained on, and the same issues persisted. I also have texts showing confirmation of payment and repair claims that were never fulfilled. AAA staff even reported seeing concerning activity ("smoking" my car) while it was in Roadhaus's possession, which raises additional red flags. When questioned, the shop rushed payment, citing that they "owed people money." No itemized invoice was ever provided, and despite paying in full, no legitimate work was performed. I have since filed a fraudulent charge dispute with my bank to recover these funds. This company and its representative present themselves with kindness, but in my experience, this has been a tactic to disarm and take advantage of customers. Based on my interactions and the documentation I hold, I strongly caution others to beware of this business. I am prepared to provide copies of texts, bank records, and AAA statements to support my claims. Please let me know how best to proceed in formally escalating this matter.

Taking all my cars to Carlos, period. The fact that he can work on a G-Wagon says it all. I can't stress this enough. I had an issue with the A/C in my 2018 Honda Civic where the passenger side was blowing cold air…read morebut the driver side was blowing warm. After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. Mike actually took the time to listen to the symptoms and diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive services I didn't need. They scanned the vehicle, found a B1235 code related to the driver side blend door actuator, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was the honesty. They diagnosed the actual issue and gave me a very fair price to fix it. No pressure, no upselling, and no guessing. Just straightforward, professional service. It's hard to find shops that value diagnosing the root cause instead of throwing parts or expensive services at a problem. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE !! I took my car in for a simple oil pan…read morereplacement and engine mounts. They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!
