A few years ago, when ours unexpectedly went out, they were like a SWAT team. They arrived quickly, cleaned everything up, and had a new water heater installed in no time. This morning, I took a very cold shower, which was not how I wanted to start my day. We discovered the pilot light had gone out. My husband tried resetting it without success, so he called them. They asked him to send a few pictures, immediately diagnosed the issue, and texted him a short video showing exactly how to reset it. A few minutes later, we had hot water again. I called All Rooter, and they came out to take a look and quoted a fair price. They were able to schedule me for a couple days later. While doing the cleaning, they said that they noticed a break in the line to the main sewer and explained the Private Drain Program, saying that they were able to provide the service for calling the city inspector and getting a work order approved to repair it. They were polite, friendly, and very communicative throughout the entire process. They walked me through exactly what was needed and what would happen going forward.
