Morrrow's is a vibe. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or a girls night. The music was on point the entire time we were there. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered the Ramen Gumbo. The portion was perfect. I ate the entire bowl and ended up satisfied and not stuffed. It was spicy and delicious. My mom had the seafood platter and commented that the shrimp were seasoned and not overly breaded. I tried a sazerac. My first one. It was Smokey and smooth.

After landing in New Orleans, early evening, we stumbled across this amazing restaurant. We were greeted by our waitress and sat at a great table for people watching. We started with the Crawfish Bread and file Gumbo. Both were exceptional dishes. We enjoyed a couple of fantastic cocktails and a couple of glasses of wine. The entrées were every bit as good and matched the overall vibe of the restaurant. exceptional dishes. I had the Redfish, and it would be something you would expect in a Michelan-starrred kitchen. Another not to be missed is the Gumbo Ramen. Full of flavor and ingredients, it is also an entree this restaurant could be known for in the area, Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish. The decor has a welcoming vibe and is great for a date night. Make sure you make a trip to this restaurant on your next trip to NOLA. Bonus is that is in walking distance to Frenchman Street, where some amazing music can be found. Make sure not to miss Morrows!

i cleaned my food right off my plate and the i Ate everything, my favorite was the red fish. The sauce was a winner for me. The crab claws had a good flavor & the oysters were so good but could have had less crab overpowering oysters. This place was wonderful, not to mention the great music taste and friendly service. I can't remember her name but she was a pretty lady with pretty teeth.

Man look! I'm a SoCal guy and we have some good food out here. But Morrows was next level. This place is really cool and cozy. The staff was as friendly as anywhere I've ever been. Our server, Nia, was flat out awesome, top shelf. She knows how to work the room, giving great individual service and keeping the entire group well taken care of. Now, for the food...where do I start. Red beans and rice 10/10, fried catfish10/10, cornbread 10/10, chargrilled oysters 10/10. Go see for yourself, I ain't lyin' yall. Morrows is absolutely legit!

The charbroiled oysters and the morrow oysters were both delicious. The crawfish pasta was a very pleasant surprise. I tried my husband's redfish entree - I don't know what the Chef is paid but she needs and immediate raise! The customer service (Claude) was top notch! And, to top of off, I had perhaps the best custom mocktail I've ever had! My only complaint - we are traveling and can't take it home!

Morrow's was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone at the table was blown away by their dish. We started with the chargrilled oysters and they were delicious, such a perfect way to kick things off. My entrée completely stole the show. I ordered the crawfish pasta topped with fried fish and wow... it was incredible. So flavorful, rich, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was better than the last. This place is a must when you're in New Orleans. Service was great. Make a reservation! Very cozy and great for a group or a date. I already can't wait to come back.

I absolutely loved my experience at Morrow's! I sat at the bar, and from start to finish, the vibes were everything. The staff were so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely delightful, it made the experience even better. I ordered their special charbroiled oysters, and wow... I was beyond impressed. They were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and indulgent. I paired them with a rosé wine, which complemented the oysters beautifully, such a perfect pairing. I also ordered the shrimp po' boy, which was incredibly well made and packed with flavor. The only tiny note is that the bun was just a bit small to hold everything together, but honestly, it didn't take away from how delicious it was at all, still a solid 10/10. Overall, I enjoyed my meal so much and will definitely be back the next time I'm in NOLA. Amazing food, great energy, and top-tier vibes. Highly recommend!

Chargrilled oysters were fantastic. Staff were all professional and efficient. The manager was very interested in how our service was. Bruce, our waiter was friendly and on point.

Food: I've been to New Orleans many times and I've never had a bad meal! Well not until today, 12/10/25! My husband and I were hungry and ready for a good meal! We ordered gumbo, charbroiled oysters, the catfish platter, and collard greens! The $14 bowl of gumbo, was watery and had very little rice and hardly any meat! The catfish was greasy and flavorless. Absolutely no seasoning! The catfish was the large catfish that shouldn't be used to fry, it's oily! Last but not least, these were the worst charbroiled oysters I've ever had! They were literally BURNED!!! Do not waste your time! We spent $109 on garbage!!! Service: our waitress was friendly and helpful! Ambiance: The inside and outside of the Resturant was decorated nicely..

Food was AMAZING and the service even BETTER!! Claude our server was OUTSTANDING!! He gave FANTASTIC recommendations, super friendly, and so down to earth!! We had everything he recommended and it was 10 out of 10!! The morrows oysters were PERFECTION!! Crab claws were finger lickin good!! Bartenders were ON POINT!! The wings were delish!! We did the crawfish pasta and redfish as entrees. Both were good just right. The peach pie was AMAZING!! The flavor is there in all the food!! Atmosphere was great!! Claude's customer service was 100 out of 10!! Definitely a go to when visiting Nola. It's a MUST!!

Lord have mercy y'all the crawfish bread was so delicious that my mouth is still watering for some more two weeks later. I will be coming back just for that alone. And those Morrows oysters with that stuffed crab concoction on top oh yeah definitely top-tier! And the lovely lady at the bar. I wish I could remember her name, but she was an excellent bartender and super cool. They make really great cocktails. I have the espresso martini and it was perfect. I highly suggest making reservations if you want to sit outside on the upstairs patio it seems like a cool little vibe up there during great weather.

We didn't have reservations and it was a nice wait but we were able to sit at the bar. There were two bartenders and they were pretty busy to the point it took her close to 10 minutes to greet us even once seeing us sitting there. Wasn't a fan of that. The food took a while to come out and when it did it wasnt steaming hot. It was good but not super fresh for whatever reason. The shrimp were just okay to me flavor wise.

But I was welcomed in to the bar with one open seat. The staff was very welcoming with a bit of sarcasm, which is probably something that I look forward to everywhere. I asked for recommendations, having looked at the menu and they handed me another special menu of the day stating obviously I hadn't read the whole thing yet. I started with the snapper appetizer and I have Tse with the coconut lime broth. It was absolutely delicious, followed by the crawfish capellini. I was surprised by the amount of crawfish in the dish and the chili flavor, which was absolutely delicious. I have been hearing about the hush puppies for a while so I had to try some, especially because my colleague raved about it at dinner the night before. Lastly, I had the baked drum which was delicious light and flaky. The flavors were incredible. I personally thought that the bread was a little overly grilled and chard, but overall the dishes still pretty good. I cannot say more about the dessert. It's absolutely one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. The sticky carrot cake toffee cake with cream cheese ice cream was just on the next level. As soon as they arrived, I picked one up and immediately thought, "Wow, this is incredibly light." Anyone who eats crabs regularly knows that's usually a bad sign. When I opened it, it was completely hollow inside--nothing but an empty shell. A crab that is hollow like that was dead before it was cooked. I never took a single bite. I showed it to our server, Remy B., who apologized and said she would let the manager know. She took the plate away, so I assumed the issue was being handled. When the bill arrived, I was still charged for the crabs. I asked to speak with a manager and explained exactly what happened. She confirmed that I had notified the server and that the plate had been taken away. Then she told me that it didn't matter because their policy is to not give refunds or remove food from a check. Let that sink in: they acknowledged that I didn't eat the food, acknowledged that the server removed it, and still charged me for it. A restaurant standing behind its food is the bare minimum. Charging customers for food that was clearly unacceptable and never eaten is ridiculous. The lack of concern from management was even more disappointing than the crab itself. The only reason this review isn't 1 star is because the young man at the host stand was friendly, professional, and the one bright spot of the entire experience.
