I have come to eat here multiple times and it normally exceeds expectations but this morning I have to say it was so dissatisfying. I'm not sure if it has to do with this whole pandemic but the quality of the food was distasteful and it wasn't like we drove home and then ate our take out, we actually sat in our car in the parking lot and ate it so it'd be fresh and warm. Our pancakes were cold, the omelette and hash browns had no flavor whatsoever, my hunny had the Texas country fried steak and it was such a sad piece of meat and rough along with his overly cooked eggs that were requested to be over easy. We didn't even try the biscuits and gravy due to getting an upset stomach from our few bites we had and not to mention the cappuccino that was watered down. I just threw that whole cup away because it was not worth trying to salvage. I wouldn't recommend this place at this time. I truly hope they get it together and put forth the time and money to have good quality food because this just isn't it. read more

It is amazing how this place has a pretty high rating. My wife and I ate there and were very disappointed. Everything was from the freezer to the fryer, country fried steak and fried chicken. Even the breakfast potatoes were frozen and came out of a bag. How difficult is it to chop and fry breakfast potatoes!! The gravy which is an important part of a "Country Breakfast" was horrible, nothing but salt and flour, pretty bad. read more

My roommate and I decided to get breakfast this morning and ended up at Mo's Egg House. The both of us are waitresses and were truly disappointed with the service we received. The food was killer. The pumpkin pancakes were so amazing. A+ on the food. But unfortunately our server Teddy Joe was clearly not invested in our business. Many times she just walked right past us without even looking to see if we needed anything. Our dirty plates sat for quite a while until one of the bussers, an adorable ginger with glasses, prebussed our table for her. We put our cash out with a 20% tip and watched how she was interacting with other tables versus the way she interacted with us. We were not pleased and took a couple bucks from her tip and handed it to the busser. He honestly deserved her whole tip. read more

We had breakfast here on our way to check out some wineries. Very good service and good food.We had omelets for breakfast, nothing exciting but good solid food. Coffee cake was okay, not sure what all the excellent reviews are about, it's just an average dry coffee cake. (I think the ratings are so high because it's free?) Can't say enough good about this place. My family and I started coming here after our favorite breakfast place closed down. We've tried many others and even if they were good they seem to have hit and miss days. This place can get busy so you may expect to wait sometimes , but it is more than worth it. You receive complimentary coffee cake when you sit down , the servers are always really friendly, and the food is not only quick to arrive to your table but it is also served very hot and everything we've had in our many visits has been delicious and is a generous portion. Even though we have to take a 30-minute Drive just to go for breakfast it's worth it every single time. This place does accept reservations , which I recommend you make. read more

I really don't know why this place is rated so high. The staff was really nice and attentive, the rooster decorations were pretty cool but the food was not good at all. I ordered the chicken enchilada omelette with o'brien potatoes and my girlfriend had the crepes. It was super bland. Nothing good at all to say about the food. My gf wasn't impressed with the crepes either. The complimentary coffee cake is a nice touch but it seemed store bought and I could feel the greasiness as soon as I ate it. Darn Good! We were looking for a place to have breakfast before visiting the winery's on Sunday Feb 13th. And we saw MO's Egg House with a crowed parking lot. We didn't want to waste a lot of time but went in anyway. When we got inside a party of 10 was right in front of us. But bang we were seated and the Party of 10 was seated quickly too, I was impressed. Our waitress was very fast and friendly when I ask what they were know for, at first she said the standard " everything is good" but when pressed she recommended the Chicken Encalada Omelet , my wife ordered the LA Omelet. Wow in less than 5 minutes our food was served. The Chicken Encalada Omelet was fantastic with lots of Chicken chunks and a good sauce. The LA omelet was very good with lots of perfectly ripe avocado and bacon bits. We got O'Brian Potatoes and Biscuits, the potatoes were perfect with the peppers not over cooked, the biscuit was crunchy brown, but moist on the inside. This will be our regular stop evry time were out this way! read more

Not only is the chow great with a wide range of creative dishes, but the service was friendly, quick and "par excellence!" Have you've ever heard of red devil pancakes with a cream cheese filling? Well if you go to Mo's it will be there! Yum, yum! Oh did I mention that every breakfast guests gets a free piece of coffee cake while mulling over the menu prior to placing your order? tried this restaurant on recommendation of the valet at the local casino. I was pleasantly surprised by the eggs benedict. Often times the hollandaise sauce is too much like the country gravy. This had a hint of lemony twang which is how I like it. the portions were nice and the prices reasonable. the regular short stack pancakes were absolutely delicious. servers were very attentive and the coffee never stopped flowing. Some of the other wait staff were a little chatty which seemed to slow down the service a bit, but on the flip side, I like it when the staff engages the customer and really gets to know them. Just have to work at achieving the proper balance. Overall, I would recommend to friends and would definitely stop by again if in the area. read more

Expected Better Having read the many reviews and heard about the buzz of this restaurant I was looking forward to going and enjoying the experience. Unfortunately, my expectations exceeded the experience. It was a weekday, so we were seated promptly. Our waitress was attentive but not engaging. The food was served swiftly, almost to swiftly. After a few bites we realized the reason the food came so quickly, it was bland and without any flavor. I ordered the Machaca Con Huevos with shredded hash browns and corn tortillias. The Machaca had absolutely no hint of flavor. I asked for some salsa and it too was absent of any flavor. I received thre small corn tortillias for this rather large plate of food (WTF). If I was the only person in our group to experience the tastless food I would not be writing this review. Unfortuneatly, the group of 4 had a concensus. Doubt I will return. read more
