1 Star I wish I could give this place negative stars. The customer service and table management were absolutely terrible. We were on the waiting list for about 30 minutes, which was completely fine at first. Once we moved to first on the waiting list, the app showed that they were preparing our table, so we waited another 15 minutes. Then another 30 minutes went by with no update, so my wife went inside to ask how much longer it would be. They told her they were just cleaning the table and that we would be seated in less than 5 minutes. After that, another 45 minutes passed. I went in myself to ask for an update, and this time they told me they were still trying to find a spot for us to sit. Meanwhile, they continued seating multiple parties who had arrived long after us. We waited another 30 minutes after that and still were never seated. We ended up leaving after about 2 1/2 hours of waiting, even though we had been first on the waiting list for most of that time. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and terrible efficiency in managing tables was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste hours waiting while other people get seated ahead of you. read more

They do a lot of business and they've been around at least 15 years! Had brunch for the first time here with a friend for her birthday. Service was extremely friendly and attentive, every girl here was supper sweet. We opted to sit on the patio, beware of all the birds coming up to your table! Food came out quickly, I had a a California omelette which was super yummy, our server, Angie made sure to check in on us multiple times. The prices were decent, ended up being $45 before tip for brunch for two. If service is always like this then we would definitely return and I highly recommend. (The alcoholic beverages should be on a separate menu) Drinks were severed in a timely manner. Our waitress seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people she was serving. After our order showed up, it's obvious why this place was full. The presentation and quantity of the food was very good. Only issues I had and what I could others having was the following. Although the Hash-browns were a large quantity they were barely browned (cooked). My eggs were supposed to be over easy, but were overcooked (over hard). One of my friends was still on the way and about 15 minutes out. When my table was ready, I was told they couldn't seat us until the entire party arrived. I explained that my friend was close, but they still refused to seat us. At that point, I was getting frustrated because I had my two kids with me, they were hungry, and it was very hot outside. Other guests overheard the conversation and even agreed that the policy seemed unreasonable. Eventually, I decided to go inside so my kids could eat, and we were finally seated. Unfortunately, the service didn't improve. When our food arrived, we weren't given any utensils. I asked our server for utensils, and about 12 minutes later she only brought forks. I then had to ask again for knives and napkins. By then, I was understandably frustrated, and the waitress seemed unhappy that I expressed my disappointment. Overall, the food was okay, but the experience wasn't worth it for me. If you're looking for a brunch spot that's worth the money, I'd recommend Quiero Brunch or Toast instead. read more

We stopped in for a late brunch on a Friday and service was great! Restaurant wasn't very crowded and there was no waiting. We were told to choose our own seating. Food was promptly brought out. I got the crème brûlée French toast, my daughter got the kids chicken tenders and applesauce and my husband got the eggs, bacon and pancakes. Everything was good. I wouldn't say it was the most exceptional meal, but it was decent. There was A LOT of crème brûlée cream so that could have been less for sure. Server was very attentive. The soft scrambled egg showed the chef cooking them knew their way around a kitchen, the sausage was well cooked. Priced right. Unfortunately, our experience with McKenna was very disappointing. We had a different server before her who was wonderful a couple of days before. But today McKenna took over, the service went downhill. She got my 4-year-old daughter's order wrong, and when I politely mentioned it, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, she responded, 'Well, that's what she ordered.' My daughter is only 4 years old and has never eaten French toast a day in her life. We tried our best to just eat the incorrect order and move on, but her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She proceeded to swap her food out for the pancakes she ordered after giving me a hassle. I also ordered my coffee with oat milk. When I mentioned that it tasted like regular milk, she didn't offer to check or remake it she simply insisted it was made correctly. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What was frustrating was the lack of accountability, empathy, and effort to resolve the issues. The restaurant itself was great, and we've had good experiences there before, but this interaction left a very negative impression We'll come back for the good food! We were seated after waiting a few mins. We ordered a mixture of breakfast items and lunch items. Service could have been a lot better. Maybe something was off with the staff. We ordered after another table that was seated after us. We had to remind our waitress for items that were forgotten. Water cups were never refilled. We asked for refills on coffee but didn't get them. One specialty drink for coffee had white specks in it that looked like old milk. Overall, the food wasn't that bad. Burgers were good. Chicken fried steak was huge and pretty good. But let's talk about the chili. What on earth is that? It was soupy, luke warm at best, and had garbanzo beans?! Should be labeled as "non-traditional chili". One taste is all we had and couldn't do anymore. I'm never one to waste food. But we didn't want to pack it. And when we asked for togo containers they didn't even bother to give us a container for the chili. Maybe they also knew that it's not good enough to take home. Maybe it'll be a while before we come back. There are other places with better service that's deserving of our business. read more

We come here pretty often. I love their coffees . Food is good for the most part. I've had a food handful of times when my potatoes are kind of burnt but they are so busy by the time they came back my food was cold. Their pancakes are pretty big so be mindful of that! The plates are pretty sizable so my mom and I usually share. We love the denver omelet I believe its called and my mom gets sautéed mushrooms on the side. I do still like coming here but it can be hit or miss with food quality and staff friendliness. Have everyone in your party there when you arrive to get your table. We had a group of 12 and because 2 were missing we had to wait a lot longer. That kind of sucked but at this point we are just used to it and dont want to argue for the 1 or 2 people on their way. Food: I ordered the classic breakfast burrito and it was loaded. It tasted wonderful. The only complaint would be that, I substituted hashbrowns for potatoes, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. Felt a little rushed. But overall, it was a wonderful burrito. I also had the red sauce with it, and it was a great mixture of sweet and spicy. Service: the service was excellent! I was sat right away. My server was friendly and attentive. I never had to wait for a coffee refill and the team worked together well. I would like to come back and try some other things on the menu to get a better feel for the food quality, but I think that it has great potential. The menu is quite extensive and has a variety of offers from pancakes to sandwiches. The smell of the place is heavenly as well! We ordered one apple cinnamon pancake which was huge, and well worth the price. Easily fed us for two days. I ordered a Turkey croissant sandwich, which was delicious and buttery.
