Jan 29, 2026 Price was negotiated for 2021 DBS and a trade in value for my 2014 Vanquish Doran states in text, "I'll get contracts ready" January 30 Price Further confirmed with Premier doing the lease and trade numbers There was previous discussion on possible warranty, and inspection of which I declined on the DBS. There was no mention at that time or any time there of regarding an inspection or warranty on the Vanquish. Feb 3 Client states that the vanquish has aftermarket headers and cats on car, but will include stock parts. Again, no mention or request by dealer of an inspection. Feb 5 client asked about tire condition on the DBS of which Doran stated in text: "2020 all around, they look healthy with no sign of being dry/brittle. Tread wear at 6/32 all around" No request on info or inspection on my Vanquish Feb 5: The financing transaction was performed by Premier and a purchase order was then created and Motorenn signed and accepted payment on the DBS. Feb 6: client drove to Motorenn dealership and traded the Vanquish over to the dealer and client signed DMV 262 form, vehicle transfer and reassignment form and accepted the DBS. As client is driving home, Austin owner calls client and says there are some issues on the vanquish AFTER the financial transaction and reassignment form was completed....the dealer has been paid by Premier leasing company. Austin then sends me an email wanting $14,100 to repair the Vanquish which consisted of regular wear on leather interior, claims of paint work, tires needing replacement (though tires on DBS were even older)...basically extortion. I had to hire a lawyer to dispute their claims and I still had to pay $6k for them to pay off the title for my Vanquish. Total SCAMMERS and they do a BAIT AND SWITCH to EXTORT more money from you. Bought a 2002 Viper GTS from these guys in August 2026. Tried to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection with my preferred guy but they would not take the car that far. Now I know why. Instead they suggested a shop close to them for the inspection. Inspection only showed some minor things like the sway bar links. Motorenn changed these but lots was missed they must have know about. Drove the car home and couldn't get 6th gear. Assumed it had some clutch drag so checked the hydraulic fluid. It was black. Told the PPI place they missed an obvious issue and they fully refunded me. I then bled the clutch hydraulics which opened up a new issue. The slave cylinder was leaking. I took it to a transmission shop and sure enough the slave cylinder seals were shot and the clutch destroyed and flywheel burnt. Needed new clutch and flywheel. Must have been an issue for a long time as stripped transmission and found lots of damage caused by someone forcing shifts with a dragging clutch. Having to completely rebuild the transmission. The electric windows also didn't work (that was an easy fix replacing the switches). Also found the battery terminals were stripped so had to buy a new battery as the positive cable was falling off. These guys will try and get away with selling you cars with serious issues. They don't do their own quality checks or proper inspections. Buyer beware. read more

Purchased a vehicle from this place. Initially customer service was okay. Test drove the vehicle and it was fine. Fast forward a few weeks and I found my car not holding air and it was due to a crack in one of the wheels. After the wheels had been removed, they were discovered to be FAKE Porsche wheels. FAKE wheels! What kind of dealership represents their vehicle online with having real wheels?!? Cody told me that the wheels "seem to be authentic" and were swapped at a Porsche dealer. The wheels that were supposed to be on my car were put on another vehicle to make it seem like it was equipped from Porsche with more expensive wheel options. The fake wheel quality is poor. I had to replace the set as a safety issue. I brought up my concern to Cody - who forwarded me to Austin. Both guys basically brushed me off and told me to kick rocks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Their shady business practices are going to cost you more money in the end - and they'll leave you out to dry. read more

This place is started out great then took a turn for the worst when they sold me a car that had a completely incorrect engine in it. Took them 4 months to solve the problem with me going after it on a daily basis. I couldve shoved a lawsuit up their you know what but trusted Austin weekly. My mistake. Car still in POS condition. Have to pay thousands to fix a job they shouldve done from the beginning. They take cars on consignment lie on the listing sell you the car then you find out a V8 is actually a V6. I put a deposit down on a beautiful consigned $360K Ferrari. I requested service records and paid $750 to a Ferrari service department for a PPI (so I could purchase an extended manufacturer warranty). The service records showed that the current owner had recently brought the vehicle to Ferrari due to a check engine light. An after-market exhaust had caused it. The owner had an OBD controller installed at that time -- no doubt to clear the "check engine" codes when it happened again. During my PPI, Ferrari service initially missed the exhaust, but then told me that it was still in place, along with an aftermarket suspension. These caused the vehicle to fail the inspection. Also, the car would have failed the state smog test. Motorenn's website states that they perform "an exhaustive 151 point inspection" on their vehicles -- yet they somehow "missed" major alterations, one of which would cause the car to fail a STATE inspection. They offered to replace the aftermarket parts if I purchased the vehicle. But I couldn't help but wonder -- what else hadn't I been told about the car? Motorenn knew or should have known about these alterations. I would never have paid for an inspection that was certain to fail. I requested that they reimburse me at least part of the $750; they refused. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle and and don't recommend this company. Either they don't know the cars they're selling or...well, you know the rest. read more

Jake went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. i was 90 mins away from their location and wanted to test drive a car. i wasn't going to get there in time so Jake offered to stay late after their normal business to accommodate me even though the car i wanted to purchase was on the low end of their inventory; only $60K when most of their cars are $200K+. they never made me feel less important because my transaction was smaller than their usual. after the purchase, they offered to deliver the car to my home but i decided to pick it up instead. when i arrived they had the car detailed and even filled up the gas tank. i've bought cars from jaguar, lexus, and ford dealers and they never filled up the tank. that was unexpected and appreciated. this just speaks to the service you can expect at motorenn. ask for jake you wont be disappointed. read more
