This positive review is way overdue! I thought I had posted it months ago but I'm here to make sure…read moreeveryone knows just how amazing the service team is here! I would never want to go to any other service dept ever again after experiencing the professionalism and standards presented here. My advisor, Ronald went above and beyond our expectations and everyone else I share my experience with! He and Jim Burke seem to be the best of all the dealerships for all the car brands I have visited. Excellent pricing, loaner policies and I don't have to worry about wrongful charges like I've seen at others. I am so glad my friend and dance teacher referred me to this location. They spoil you! I cannot tell you how happy we are with the customer service here. Perfect experience.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME…read more I drove over an hour to Pleasanton because I was specifically told they could give me over $13k for my trade and that it "wouldn't be a problem." I get there and they offer me $8k, then after I declined, they offered $9k. That's nowhere near what was discussed before I made the drive. As a woman walking into a dealership alone, I left feeling like I was being lowballed and that they expected me to just accept whatever number they gave me. What bothered me most was that they didn't stand behind what they told me before I drove all the way out there. The frustrating part is that we were actually pretty close to making a deal. Had they been willing to work with me more, I would've bought the vehicle that day. Don't promise numbers you can't come close to just to get someone through the door.

My daughter was getting service on her vehicle here and it was not going well so she went in with a…read moreletter of complaint as well as was having her car removed with a tow truck. While going up to the service office, a man from the sales department approached her and asked her if she was bringing her car in for service. She explained no she was getting it towed out and that she had a letter of complaint. He asked her to elaborate, she told him she would prefer to talk to the general manager and he kept prying. After she gave him a very brief explanation, he began to get visibly angry and upset at her and began to tell her that because she had a complaint with two different employees even though it was regarding the same situation that "she was the problem". He had literally no idea what was going on, why was he even doing any of this!?. She asked him to leave her alone and told him he was acting strange / a weirdo many times. He refused and continue to repeat "this is my house" what do you even say about that absolutely insane! She then walked away from him and went inside the service department and he followed her in there and continued to make the same statements in front of other workers.. All the while she was telling him to go away and that he was insane. She then asked the service department personnel that was standing in front of her and who she was communicating with for the man's name and he would not give it to her, but he did tell the man to go away. Talk about a completely unnecessary and strange encounter. Also just fyi! 1. It is the consumers right to be able to file complaints. 2. He had nothing to do with anything that was going on, and when she told him she needed service, he should have directed her there and left it at that. Which was also reiterated to her by another sales associate I am not sure I believe she said, his name was Joe.

I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. And to top it off everyone is hella chill, friendly, and fun, but still professional over there. Salute!

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now. Here we go:…read more Just when I think customer service couldn't get any better at Dublin Mazda, they go and outdo themselves. The funny thing is, the customer service here is absolutely genuine. I took my CX-5 in for its first service and was greeted by my service advisor, Heather. She was super cheery and personable--she made conversation and immediately gave friend vibes. She's clearly been in the business for a while because she was confident, knowledgeable, and never once felt salesy. When my car was done, I went on my merry way. I got home and parked in the driveway like normal. I didn't leave again until just after 6 p.m. when I noticed an oil spot underneath my car. Obviously alarmed, I called the dealership knowing service had literally closed two minutes earlier. Someone in sales answered, listened to what happened, and actually walked over to the service department to see who was still there. That's how I got connected with Damon. Who, spoiler, is the service manager, yet never once took that credit. He just jumped in and handled business. Damon immediately apologized and had me set up with a loaner car. I'm not exaggerating--it coordinated everything in about 15 minutes. I drove my car down, picked up the loaner, and went back home. Seamless. Now, it was my decision to drive the car in, I didn't feel the leak was so bad it was inoperable to drive. Damon offered to have the car picked up and brought in, I declined. Heather called me first thing the next morning to apologize again and let me know they were sending someone out to clean the oil off my driveway. I'm sorry... what?! Who does that?! Dublin Mazda, that's who. After a thorough inspection (and cleaning because there was oil everywhere), they found the culprit: a faulty oil filter. And even if it had ended up being due to mechanic error, oh well, things happen. Heather then went out of her way to get me reunited with my car, even offering to deliver it to me. The entire service department went above and beyond. None of it felt forced or like they were just checking boxes. They handled everything graciously because they genuinely care. As someone who's been on both sides of the counter--having worked at a dealership for years and, more recently, having spent way too much time dealing with a GMC lemon--I can honestly say I've never experienced this level of customer service. Beyond grateful for the service department at Dublin Mazda. Thank you for putting your customers first.

I am writing not about the service department but the sales department…read more I don't mind that you don't have a person waiting to help me test drive a car when I immediately get there. I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.
