This is the first time I ordered from them and I ordered a size way too big. I called them to change it and they said it was already in the oven. I ordered around 450 they told me 15 maybe 20 min for my order to be done my order wasn't ready until 547 pm this is just ridiculous they staffing was rude didn't try to apologize or even so type of compensation like $$ off my order don't know if I'll be back with so many pizza choices out there maybe the xtra drive is worth it read more

This new location is great!! Went with my hubby and 2 kids for lunch buffet Chelsea was our cashier and we were very pleased with her. She is very friendly and attentive she went well beyond customer satisfaction. Pizza was great Chelsea and the cook went out of their way to make sure they put out the pizza our children like. I could go on and on saying how great this place is but you will have to experience it for yourself. Had a family gathering for New Years Eve and with our family it usually ends up being a 2 day event. So for dinner we decided on Pizza. I was scared our order would be not right due to the all the substitution requests. We are definitely a picky crowd. Service was awesome the owner answered the phone and had taken the time to go over the order twice and made sure all the our requests were met for the 4 large pizzas we ordered. I REALLY GIVE NO STARS! Yelp charged us a order after it was canceled by Mountain Mikes in Somerville plaza in Antioch, CA. After placing order I got a automated call from Mountain Mikes with a lady voice saying, " Did not give you credit card information over the telephone to prevent theft. " I thought to my self wow that interesting so I wonder what this call is going to be about. When I gotten an associate name Scott he told me, " sorry my associates messed up your order on yelp and we canceled it so if you would like a pizza you would have to place any there order." I asked when would my money would be returned he said, " up to five to ten days". I told my self this morning s a possible situation so I went with it and told him I won't give my credit card over the phone cause the automated voice just told me not to. I sense a attitude from the guy when saying that, cause he replied people give there credit card over the phone to pizza all the time. I told him I Understand but sense I was just warned I won't this time. I'm upset cause I paid with cash and now it's looking like I won't get my money back cause it looks as if I paid for a pizza when that money was suppose to returned. The pizza is great and the place looks clean, staff are friendly, even the delivery people try to make small talk instead of just take my money and run, I only have them 4 stars because they forget to bring all the ranches I have purchased and I'm very particular about having to eat my pizza with ranch. I also wouldn't recommend getting a salad to go, it was just very dry and not appetizing at all. Seriously though best pizza choice in pittsburg so far! read more

Very poor service, expect to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes before you even place an order. Very slow, may be not enough employees working. Phones are constantly ringing and very few get answered. Kind of annoying when your trying to have a conversation. Funny thing was one of the guys that works here was drinking away with his buddies, while the limited employees struggled to get things done. Pizza is good, took forever to get to the table (28 minutes). I eon't be coming back here again. Straw hat pizza is literally right next door, there service is good and the food is always fresh. If I could give this place no stars I would! My husband and I ordered a veggie-more pizza expecting to get as many veggies like we had gotten in concords location, but when we opened the box it was a poor looking pizza, (not very appetizing) seems like they counted the toppings to me. We called this place to ask for two large custom pizzas, each made to look like a letter of the alphabet to represent the initials of a remote colleague we were going to surprise for her birthday. They delivered it to her home on time and the pizzas turned out fantastic! They also wrote a happy birthday note that we asked to put on there and also threw in a special dessert as their treat! We had no idea if they (or any other pizza joint) would be up for it but they took it in their stride and made the experience the absolutely best. These guys seriously rock!! read more

OMG what is wrong with food service nowdays???!!!...Its the worst ever and this place is one hot mess...As usual did not get my gluten free pizza right so had them take it back to store and kept the other one now i am waiting for manager to call to come get the other one because it hardly has any veggies to suit my husband and because we are sick and tired of these places getting stuff wrong i am done with them!..We pay good money and we expect quality food and service .Will drive to brentwood from now on and at least if its wrong they have great CS and a manager on duty at all times! read more

Arrived at 5:15 on Wednesday night for the dinner buffet. The place was not very busy yet. I had to ask for a fork for the salad bar as the only one that was there was dirty. Employee couldn't find real forks so she put out plastic ones. There wasn't any pizza on the buffet table, had to wait 10 minutes for pizza. There were dirty tables and the tables didn't get cleaned until almost 6:00. The pizza was ok but the experience was not ok. I won't be going back. read more

the crust was too crunchy, they claimed not to have knives and apparently were not in charge of the their toy machines, and the tables were left unclean until somebody else came in needing them very unsanitary and napkin dispensers were empty. read more

I love me some pizza, so when I heard a new Mtn. Mikes was opening up near the Antioch Mall, I figured I would have to try it. Turns out their pizzas are delicious and the customer service is great. Everyone had a smile on and was very friendly. Will definitely be going back again because they have amazing pizza and great deals going on right now. I would personally suggest the Pineapple Chicken Luau if you like pineapple on your pizza. Oh and they have pretty fast service and deliver. :) read more

They have good food....most of the time. The employees are ok but from dozens of experiences, they get my order correct ~50% of the time. And it's not like I'm ordering anything complicated. I order 8 pc wings? Only 6 come in the box but I'm still charged for the 8 pieces. I order a large chicken club w/ no tomatoes and extra mushrooms? It comes with extra tomatoes and NO mushrooms to be found. Seriously? And for the life of me I can't figure out why they can't get the coupon system right. They promised me a $5 off coupon for messing up my order and I call back a week later and all of a sudden they have no record of it and I get all kinds of excuses from the cashier. And it was the same cashier that I talked to the week before. So after being on hold for 5 minutes, the manager gives an attitude and wants you to send back what they messed up so they can take ANOTHER hour to get your food to you. By the time there's a viable meal in front of you, 2 hours has gone by and you're out a bunch of money for it. It's really frustrating dealing with this kind of experience because the food is good but sometimes it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the customer service.
