I am so glad we discovered this gem in Chino. The pizza here is excellent, the flavor and varieties of Pizza's they have is really something special. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and added jalapeno slices, what a delicious pizza. The crust was nice and soft, not too doughy or tough. Stopped by here with my mom and kids for an easy dinner with something everyone loves... pizza! The day we stopped by was a weekday evening and there was definitely not a crowd. It was easy to go up to the counter and we ordered one large pepperoni pizza to make everyone happy. Something that I found unique and delicious about the pepperoni pizza at Mountain Mikes is that the type of pepperoni they use curls up as it is heated and becomes crunchy. I thought this was absolutely delicious. The pizza itself was also cheesy, and the dough was just right. Really enjoyed the pizza here. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a large custom pizza with chicken pepperoni bacon and pineapple. My boys devoured everything. Only complaint was the size of the slices. Very very tiny wedge slices. They were great for my 1 year old but unfortunately for everyone else not so great. Some of the best pizza around when made right but sometimes pizzas arrive under-cooked. Also, I would not trust placing an order through their website. I have had suspicious activity occur twice now after placing an order online.. The first time this happened, I immediately started receiving hundreds of spam emails every minute and hidden in between these junk emails was a Home Depot order placed with my credit card for over $500. Fortunately, Home Depot sent me a security message stating that I had requested to change my address. I was able to cancel the transaction and change my CC#.. I didn't immediately make the connection to Mountain Mike's until the second time however. A few weeks after the first occurrence, I placed another order with a debit card. Not long after that, I received a call from a nervous-sounding lady saying that she's from "Pizza" and needed my PIN to process the order. Didn't sound legit so I gave her a fake pin. My pizza arrived anyways. I asked the delivery person about this and they mentioned that online orders were not processed to their store location. 100% Mountain Mike's has great pizza when made right but they need to step up their security and ensure that their customers' information is being handled correctly. read more

Look we love this pizza place. We pay extra for a great product. My rating is based on service!! However, the service today was absolutely horrific. No one knew what was going on. I placed my order at 6:55 and was estimated to be ready at 6:25. Upon arrival I checked in there were 2 girls working the front. Adrianna (red hair) & Sky (dark hair with long nails). I checked in with sky she pulled up my online order went in the back to check on it. As I'm waiting I'm watching the interaction between the employees, not professional at all Sky was cursing, going in and out of the back with nothing being produced. 20 mins go by still no order. At this point they're panicking because they have a restaurant full of customers waiting for their orders that they can't seem to find. I ask the status of my order and they can't find it. Sky said she went in the back to check on it when I had arrived and didn't see it so that was it. She didn't ask the back house about it. She did nothing. No customer service. She did this with multiple other customers waiting and customers started getting upset. Sky was argumentative with the customers rolling her eyes and not being helpful. Instead of advising customers sorry we're running behind there are X amount of orders ahead of you or something of that nature she said we'll it's not made it'll be like 10 mins if you want to wait. Like obviously I've been waiting I have kids at home waiting for their dinner. So I wait when it was ready she nearly threw the box at me. So disrespectful. She either needs to be retrained or fired. I asked to speak the the manager who wasn't there, Adrianna offered to get him on the phone - manager said he was too busy to talk and leave my name and number and he would call in the morning. I understand they're short handed and I extend them Grace and was being patient but when it's been an hour and a half and I still haven't gotten my order and get disrespected is not ok just a real shame. They need to be able to pull up an order and let the customer know how many orders are ahead of them that they're running behind and apologize and make sure to check on the order let the back know these order are here waiting. Hmmmm well it's a clean place. Some games to entertain kids is a plus. Decent selection salad bar. Good TV placement but terrible glare from all the windows. Need some anti glare screen protectors definitely. They don't have quarter machine for games and don't allow cash back on debit to get quarters so bring cash. Pizza is good. Cooked nice and evenly with a nice crust. No trash cans for waste at drink bar or in dining areas. I would order delivery from them. OMG!!!!!! Some expensive pizza! Small Pepperoni $11.99 -The small is not that small, but my 8 year old son can devour a good slice of pizza in a minute, he did not with this one. I don't think he enjoyed it much; I mean, he eats the Papa John's Pizza super fast, so that is my comparison. Medium Pine Chicken Luau $19.99 -This is like a large at some pizza places and it is thick! I enjoyed the first slice, but it bored me on the second slice. I eat half of a Costco Pizza by my self in about 30 minutes and a whole large pizza from Papa John's in less about 45 minutes... I pace myself. Tonight we went to have a family dinner for my birthday and food was good at the beginning but toward the end around 9 we ordered a few other things and it was pretty gross. Around 9:10 my dad went to order a glass of beer and was told they stop serving alcohol at 9 however around 9:30 an employee and her friends were able to order 4 beers which was a little weird because from what they told us was the cut off is 9 but it was okay to serve the staff and her friends. Mountain Mikes is our go to place for local pizza. I ordered here a couple of times for pick up/delivery and so far my family had a great experience. Staff is friendly and pizza is freaking good! They are not stingy on their toppings and the honey Garlic wings is a must. I do think their menu is on the expensive side so be aware.
