I ordered here for pickup one night after working having been super tired from my 12 hour shift and not wanting to cook or wait for food. I ordered on the phone... BUT the prices and specials are all over the place depending on if you are ordering from their direct website or from Yelp via the Eat 24. You could also order in person and when checking in, it offers a 10% off deal. However, the price online was better, plus I did not want to wait when I got there. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza for $20 direct from their website. It states that normally it is $25. Pretty high for a pizza either way, but I have not found a pizza place I really really liked, so I wanted to try it to see. Pizza was ready when I came to pick up my pizza. It looked and smelled good and was hot, but when my boyfriend and I ate it, we just were not feeling the pizza. The taste was not there and the dough was way to thick. The meats were bland and the sausage had zero flavor. The sauce also tasted like it came out of a can. It was by no means "fresh" and the sauce was all dried up on our pizza. I felt ripped off having paying $20 for a less than mediocre pizza. I would have rather eaten the $5 Little Caesars pizza, or the $10 gigantic pizza from Costco which is actually good. Would I come here again. Never! Having given them $20 for a nasty pizza once is enough. In face we still have the leftovers in the fridge from last week because neither of us wanted to eat it... The place charges grade A prices but the pizza is grade D. Find another pizza place that cheaper and better tasting. Once is more than enough for me. read more

I gotta say I had high hopes after I had Mountain Mike's Pizza in Atascadero,Ca. I remembered I had one down the street from me (chino) and decided to order exactly what I got there...well let me tell you I was extremely disappointed I guess that's the thing with franchises and ownership it varies from location to location and management to Managment. The gluten-free crust was not the same one I had in Atascadero nor was the presentation. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and got small diced tomatoes and not the big pieces that are supposed to be on each slice, it was sloppy messy AF with little sauce and toppings. The potato wedges were undercooked in many areas. I guess I wouldn't complain since they don't seem to be major things but the prices are major so I guess because of that I expect better quality and attention to detail because it is really expensive in comparison to other pizza places out there. If you ever pass by Morro Bay off the 101 THAT mountain mikes is top notch.. Wherever they order there gluten-free crust is 10 times better than this place. read more

Every time I order at the Jurupa Valley location, my pizza is incorrect. When I called to explain my order came wrong, they offer a 15%refund. These pizzas aren't cheap and we wait 40+ minutes for delivery. My husband submitted an online order today even though I told him it would come wrong and sure enough after 45 minutes we got a pizza with everything we didn't order and were told that it would take another 45 minutes to send the correct one. Wish I could give no stars.... Today was my first time going and the service was awful I have never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant by some one like I did today . I didn't catch her name but she has dark black hair with side bangs and was working this evening around six as soon as we started ordering she had an attitude but I tried to brush it off than right after I tried to get her attention that the salad bar was empty she came back and basically just through the salad into the salad bar still brushed it off... than she came with half our order and said with really bad attitude next time grab your number .. once that was said I asked for a box and to speak to a manager she said she is the manager.. So we decided to bring our nieces to a pizza joint so we can discuss our upcoming trip and out of the multiple spots we mentioned they chose this spot. Omg what happened to the plain kid's that just liked pepperoni on their pizza, that was just like 9 months ago I swear. Anyways, the girls split a large Everest without onions and the other half pepperoni, ham, sausage, which I had to double check to make sure the younger one would eat. Oh goodness did they eat it, even I wouldn't order an Everest lol (don't care for olives or mushrooms). My sister and I split a large ham with half jalapeños and half bell peppers. We really liked how they made this pizza had lots of jalapeños and they were really spicy. We all had a lot of pizza to take home after so that was cool. Yes it might be a little pricey for those two large pizzas and 5 drinks but for the ingredients they use I think it's worth it. Ordered honey garlic wings, got bbq but didn't notice until I got home, the person taking the orders was in the back on the phone the majority of the time I was there. We ended up getting pepperoni and sausage, which was an additional $1.50 or so for the additional topping. The pizza was made fresh and was really good. Compared to Pizza Pirates, which is the other leading pizza place in this area, I prefer Mountain Mike's. The only thing that I didn't like about this place was that we couldn't combine the $19.99 offer with the 10% Yelp check in offer. They should clarify that in their Yelp check in deal, because I don't think it is stated otherwise. The garlic bread with cheese was a good side but I think it would've been better if it came with a dipping sauce, such as marinara or garlic butter. Something along those lines. I think I'll splurge the next time I order this and get a dipping sauce. My order was for carryout, so I had to go into the actual storefront to get it. I don't know why I just assume pizza places aren't nice or clean enough to actually sit down and eat at, but this place is REALLY NICE! And clean! I was pleasantly surprised to see how well decorated and well kept this place was. They have a lot of tables and booths, as well as multiple TVs that were showing sports and other programs. We were thinking this would be a good place to watch a basketball game, as opposed to Buffalo Wild Wings or something, which is always packed and super loud. THEY SHOW LAKER GAMES! Woo hoo! Also, the worker there was nice enough to let us know that if we came in a night specifically to watch a sporting event and they weren't currently showing it on one of the TVs, we just have to ask them to change the channel, as long as they have that in their cable. Ok this is a hard review to do, because everyone has their own preferences when it comes to pizza. So let me start with what something everyone can agree on and that is service. We came in at about 5:30 on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted with a friendly hello and asked if we had ever been there. The hosted at the register answered any question we may have had. The service during our entire visit was excellent. Every employee seemed to love their job and passed that feeling on to us. Now about the food. It's not the best pizza I have every had, but that's me and my taste. I know everyone likes different types of pizza. The sauce was thicker and a bit tangy. We travel alot up to Nor Cal and it taste like pizza you would find up there. I know that might sound crazy. They have a huge variety of pizzas and toppings. We ordered a large (not the biggest that is the mountain) half Everest and half ham and black olives. The pizza arrived to our table in about 15 mins. It had a alot of toppings and was cooked all the way through. I think the ham was Canadian Bacon not sure. The pizza was good and had nice flavor. We wish they had real brewed iced tea and not that stuff out of the machine. We ordered water. The salad bar was old school but they did have both an ice berg salad and the healthy type lettuce in the bar. My wife liked that. I would agree with Grish's review, it reminded me some of a Round Table pizza with all of the different types of toppings, just alot better quality. With that being said, you have to try it. I gave 5 stars because pizza is all about your own taste but everything else, the service, cleanliness, and huge variety of toppings was a slam dunk 5 plus stars. It has the critical factors, after which toppings and what not are just a ...topping. Mike of the Mountain has developed a robust and flavorful sauce. Whatever Michael was doing high upon the mount in his formative years, he brought down with him the ability to make a chewy, toothy, mouth-pleasing crust. After that's it's really just a matter of going next door to Stater Bros. or wherever for some veggies, pepperoni, meats, decent cheese, and you've got yourself a healthy pizza delivery outfit. This gentleman from the heights also learned how to operate a blade, because he sure is happy to cut a pie proper for parties. I must admit we've yet to visit the parlour, so can't comment on the in-house services. It is not cheap. But good pizza usually is not. read more

The service charge to deliver doubles the cost of the entire meal and the person on the phone is too dumb to understand, that sounds like a problem.
