Pizza tastes great but everything else is disappointing. Salad bar is sad. All you can eat buffet is sad. Price is high. They seem afraid to put anything out so you can eat but are quick to tell you when time is up. The buffet and salad bar are mostly understocked or missing items so they make you wait while they make a small pizza or 2 (1 at a time) for all the people there for buffet. Some adults and a bunch of kids came in and ate pizza. They didn't pay and left only a few slices. They came in like they were the owner or worked here and talked to the employee like he knew them. You would think that they would at least leave food for paying customers. Other people wanted the buffet but left when pizza wasn't getting put out and the guy was saying there was only 8 minutes left. Its a nice restaurant but if you are afraid to feed customers they will stop coming. If you can go to Shakeys to lunch a bunch for the same cost. While the pizza here at mikes tastes better I could get a well stocked salad bar, chicken, potatoes, and other sides. Also to not have someone pointing at the clock the whole time (even when the buffet ends at the same time) makes me want to go to the other place. I really want to love your place. Delicious pizza. Definitely quality over quantity in comparison to a dominoes or Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. Only reason for the four out of five stars is that the side such as mozzarella sticks are not very good. But the pizza is amazing a little pricey but good. read more

If I could give it a negative rating I would, but Yelp does not have that option. On November 13, 2023, I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. The person taking the order was very nice and polite, she repeated the order to me and gave me an assurance that my pizza would be ready in a short time and hot and delicious. When I picked the pizza up, I told the person who gave me the order that I recently saw bad reviews of their store on Door Dash, but because I had a great pizza at their Redlands store, I figured I would not have a problem. I was so so wrong. The pizza was so dried out, it looked like it was day old. The garlic was so burnt it literally looked as if it was scrapings from the oven floor. The pepperonis on the edges were burnt. They tossed 4 long ragged slices of Roma tomatoes on one side of the pizza. when I called to tell them, I was returning the pizza for my money back, the same very nice young lady had to continuously ask the manager for his approval. After 15 minutes of back and forth the manager finally gets on the phone and approves for the return of the pizza for my money back. No apology for the horrible pizza. Decided to go to this location a couple of weeks ago and was well taken cared of. The manager was so kind to my friend and I. We were very unfamiliar with the menu and had a specific order that she was able to accommodate us. To put simply she made us the pizza herself and brought us out a 20" vegan pizza with all the veggies on it. It was a special order that she fulfilled for us. I am so thankful to her for generosity. I would say that because of her service I will come back again and would recommend this location specifically. Aside from the great service I would say that aesthetically it is a nice location. There is outdoor seating to host birthdays or any type of event and inside there is plenty of seating and a arcade area. My only complaint would be the unfiltered music. I have come here since it opened only a handful of times, but each time has been some sort of issue, whether it was order wasn't ready way past promise time, coupon wasn't applied, or they never received my order even though I have the proof and receipt. Pizza itself is good, but I can tell this place has a high turn over of employees. Times definitely are different and challenging so I understand. First time visiting mountain mikes, and I must say for the amount of money spent, the service is terrible, I had ordered for pick up, decided to eat in with family, we were 5 and the manager gave two cups for a 2 liter the cashier saw that and gave me 2 extra cups the manager came back and charged me $8 for the cups I tell him, I just spent over $90 and your going to charge me for two cups? Finally last week decided to come here, first off for a Sunday noon it was very dead only us a family of 5 and a couple. My kids were excited to play the games but the coin machine didn't take debit and me not having cash was a no go so I asked in the front if I can buy coins or maybe buy something and get a refund in cash so my kids can have some fun with the games. Seriously I'm not sure if I should give this order a 1 for delivery, a 3 for high prices, or a 5 for the taste and quality of the food! Ordered a pizza for delivery on Monday evening at 6:30. I called at 7:40 and, after a 10 minute delay, was told by the "call center" my order had not printed in the kitchen and it would be started on as soon as possible. I received an automated text at 8:05 my order would be delivered at 8:41. Another one at 8:41 claimed my driver was "approaching". The third party driver arrived at 8:46. 2 hours and 46 minutes to have 2 COLD pizzas delivered is quite excessive! Definitely 1 star for customer service and delivery. Now onto the food...I ordered the Pike's Peak for me and it was delicious! The crust was premade but flavorful although a bit hard to chew. There could have been a bit more sauce on it but I prefer mine on the light side. The meat was piled high and tasty. Something had a spicy kick to it and really made the meal. The cheese was fresh and melted well. 4 stars because of the crust being premade. My Honey had a beef pizza - hoping it was ground beef but it was not - with a thin crust. He wouldn't rate it any higher than a 2 as it wasn't what he wanted, didn't have enough sauce, and was very cold. Mountain Mikes is pricey, but, who isn't these days? I've spent about the same to have a "cardboard" tasting pizza delivered from Dominos or Pizza Hut. I used a $4 off coupon for the beef pizza which brought it down to $18 for a large...the same as the meat filled medium one. Not too bad...I'm going with a 3 on price. So...my final rating is 2 as the only saving quality is my pizza tasted good PERiOD. Poor delivery, lack of personal customer service from the phone and delivery person, price, and the second pizza.
