Im going to rate my visit with 3 stars only because the wait for a mini pizza was over 30 mins. The restaurant was dead so I can't blame the wait due to being busy. I saw 2 employees making food in the back. 2 delivery guys come and go. The nice lady named Afrika working the counter, also stepped in to help make food. Short staffed maybe? I was very pleased at Afrika's customer service. She gave everyone waiting for their food a VIP Card for 20% off any large pizza and apologized. Clearly none of it was her fault but it was a nice gesture. My pizza was great! read more

While watching my kids play in the arcade... A Woman Cook with an apron on (obviously a cook because it had dough/flour all over it) used the bathroom with her apron on. A few minutes later a Man wearing clear gloves used the bathroom while wearing his gloves & came out the bathroom still wearing the gloves. Great customer service from the one young kid with a pony tied back and woman with curly hair. Salad bar lettuce was wilted but tasted fine. We were bummed when the arcade games only took special coins and that coin machine was broken. The inside of the place looks very clean, spacious dining and nice enclosed party table area. The is really good .. Veggies are fresh red & white sauce are really tasty which is always important. I like my a bit more on the well done / crispy side thats been challenging. We have been here 4 times wonderful customer service.. The salad bar .. lettuce isn't that fresh , low on salad dressings , croutons down to the dust. The dining area is large enough to have your personal space throughout. Music is also very good. There are also T V.'s throughout the parlor on mute with good selections. Super bummer the few games they do have don't always work for the kiddos and Mountain Mikes does not give you the tokens you loose. read more

Just OK Pizza NOTHING special. The pizza was a bit burned and they forget a topping NO BIG DEAL maybe the staff was having an off day WHO KNOWS I'll give them one more try and if the quality/service hasn't improved considerably I'm not coming back. I paid almost $50 (I even gave them a tip via my online order) for one MINI & one MED pizza, for that money I expect better. Lil' Cesar's pizza is better ( 3 stars) and the pizza is much, much cheaper. This was our first time eating in the Napa location. We've dined at the American Canyon location a few times and have always enjoyed the food. I read some of the newest YELP comment's and had second thoughts due to such differences in reviews? We decided to try it for ourselves. We opted for the lunch buffet as it was the " Best Bang For Our Bucks"! Lol. The salad bar had quite a nice variety of choices and it was so clean! In fact, the whole place was Spit Spot! I liked the fact that we could try several different pizzas by the slice and they were warm and good. Not spectacular but filling. If you're looking for an "Artsy~Fartsy" pie this is not the place. Can only add to the growing number of disappointing reviews for this place. Was happy to see sizzler gone and I love pizza, but this place isn't worth a second trip. Pizza is Ok I guess, but certainly nothing worth eating twice and while the staff seemed friendly enough there's just an overall vibe of people not being too well trained or too concerned about customers, cleanliness or the experience inside the restaurant. With so many pizza places to choose from there's no reason I can think of to go to this one unless they really improve things a lot. read more

Ordered for delivery after a long work day through the app. The app said my address was out of the delivery area so i ordered from a different place in napa. About 30 minutes after my pizza was delivered mountain miles showed up with my pizza. The manager said he would credit my credit card 50% of the purchase and that never happened. Figured i would give another chance last week when i gotta text with a discount code. Called to order and the code wasnt valid. Person on the phone was rude and not helpful. So, my husband and I decided to try this out, place is clean not many people eating. Food is okay, nothing to write about. Salad bar is pretty good but there's a couple things that could be improved: hand sanitizer before using the salad bar and you can't reach the salad condiments that are in the back row without mashing your face against the glass! Very difficult to use. All and all, it's okay by very pricey to eat here. We won't be returning. read more

I went in tonight, 2/23/24, and I had my young son with me, less than 1yo. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a very kind female employee rushing out the door and it appeared that she was off to deliver pizza. Then, another female and male employee greeted me, poked their head in to say hi to my son and made room on the counter to place his car seat. I don't know if they could tell that I was having a rough day, but even with a lively atmosphere of other families in the building, their attentiveness stood out. From there, getting seated, enjoying my meal, to boxing up my food for me, their service was absolutely top tier. I haven't been to this restaurant is a very long time and the way they made my day brighten up, makes me certain that I'll be back. I wish I got everyone's names but sincerely, thank you for making our experience so great. read more

I have been a huge fan of Mountain Mikes for years. I was excited to learn that one had come to Napa. I ordered on line several hour in advance. When I arrived at the time I had requested. the pizza had not been started yet. There was one couple at a table inside and no one came to pick up an order while I waited. There were two employees behind the counter and one in the kitchen. They treated me as if I was an inconvenience to their social media time. I finally received my pizza 25 minutes after the time I arrived to pick it up. What a shame to the franchise to have hired such employees. Stay clear until management addresses this issue. read more

Ok - I WANT to like this place. they even brought a free pizza to my work as a promotion with some coupons!....... Which I tried to use one last night. The customer service training at this location must be non existant. The young lady who answered the phone was WAY to busy with other staff to listen to my order. Im guessing maybe the same girl from the review below? I explained I has a free small pizza coupon with order and I wanted a large pizza as well. She could not understand what I was talking bout so....without putting me on hold she yells to the manager " Hey- This girl want a free pizza" !....yes grammar and all..... So finally a very nice manager came to the phone to take my order and it took a while before he understood what I was talking about. but eventually I got my order in. When it arrived the entire order was wrong. They sent me a small pizza with two large (2 liter) root beers (??????? WTF????). Bless they guy who delivered it but he looked like a homeless person and was blaring his Gansgter Rap in the parking lot as he delivered our wrong order. Corporate - Yeah - Probably not going to use you for the company. Your promotion failed in the end because I'm guessing.......there is not great communication. While waiting workers were standing around talking to each other than a worker gave a guy an order, it was 4 boxes same as the number in my order. Found myself in Napa yesterday at lunchtime so went to Mountain Mike's for a meal I knew I'd enjoy (on basis of experience with this chain closer to home). Glad I went. Pizza was delicious, as always -- made to order with my favorite toppings: Italian sausage, onions, green peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfection! Crust, as usual, chewy and satisfying. Friendly staff was attentive, prompt and helpful. Liked the attractive surroundings -- roomy, airy and nicely lit by the restaurant's acres and acres of windows (even on a gray, drizzly day). Checked in at the men's room before I left and found it immaculate. If you're hungry in Napa, you won't go wrong at Mountain Mike's. read more

My child went here to eat with her class. The owner had signed a donation promise to her school and as soon as they sat down the manager said what are you doing in here and told them to leave. The teacher asked him for the donation so they could get that aside before they ate. Then the manager said the owner doesnt want to donate anymore and you all need to leave. He asked for the owner and the owner came out saying he didnt want to donate anymore and they all needed to leave immidately. We've ordered pizza for delivery multiple times from Mountain Mike's and while the food is good, the delivery times are always wrong. After ordering online, a confirmation email is sent stating a promised delivery time, however food comes well beyond that promised time. I understand things happen but it ALWAYS happens. When we call to see where our food is, they argue with us. It would be smart for them to update the wording to say estimated instead of promised, or provide more realistic delivery times. read more
