Ordered a pizza 15min advance. They told me it would only take 10 min. I'm obviously in a rush which is why I ordered it in advance. I get there and the guy takes my money and goes to the back and said they didn't make the order yet and it would take another 10 min. Both times I have ordered by phone and when I arrive to pick up at the designated time I'm told "something has happened" and my pizzas haven't been made yet. We decided to order from here to support an elementary school dine and donate. Pizza was pretty good, nothing special but it was still good. Service was terrible. Placed an online order at 620pm, received an email confirmation of my order around 630 and it was noted the order would be about 45 minutes. Called at 730 to ask how much longer it would be and from the sounds of things the girl on the other end had no idea we had placed an order. I was put on hold for a few minutes and then told that our pizza should be delivered any minute. 15 minutes later still no pizza and we called again. This time we were told the order wasn't placed into the computer until 715. After some arguing we were told our pizza was on its way and they would discount a whole 5$. Our pizza did arrive shortly after we got off the phone. I don't suggest they advertise online ordering if they can't honor it. read more

This place needs to be shut down im still feeling sick the next day so is my Dad. Posted on Facebook just how bad it really was got a ton of the same result multiple families got sick here. The salad bar is has old vegies that smell funny. Wrong cheese on the Pizza and no sauce followed by a stomach ache for two days. Not to mention the disgusting taste! We both through out our first two slices. Board of Health needs to inspect this garbage establishment which has been bought out by really dirty people. Quick Service 5 star I went there about 4 times since they opened... 1 st time was the Extra large combo... it wasn't cooked all the way. 2 nd time was the simple pepp.& cheese.... it was excellent. 3 rd time was large combo.... it wasn't cooked all the way. 4 th time was simple pepp.&cheese.... it was excellent. Although I would never have voted for this poor excuse for a pizza chain, I was outvoted, and we ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Three of them actually turned out to be the ones we ordered but the only one we had ordered for the meat eaters was not delivered, but substituted with a plain cheese pizza. My wife called to complain and they told us it would be at least 45 minutes to get the correct pizza to us. An hour and a half later the pizza arrived, and after eating a couple of slices spent the rest of the day with a tummy ache, So that would be the basis for no stars for quality, no stars for service, and how can you really evaluate the value of something that made you sick. read more

This place has treated me well. Disregard all the negative reviews of management and customer service, because it is under new management as of recently. The quality is great and the wait time is relatively short depending on the day of the week. They are not short cut on quantity either, which is also a nice plus. read more

I have eaten here at least 15 times in the last few years. I have to say I think they have the best commercial pizza in town. It's always well prepared and tasty. I have been to their all you can eat lunch buffet many times and although occasionally there's not a lot of variety of pizza offered, what's there is very good and their salad bar has a lot of variety and is always fresh looking and neat. Went in for the lunch buffet. They had a few different kinds of pizza, but no basics. Unfortunately they didn't refill the pizza at all. So within 20 minutes, there was only a few pieces of random pizza left. The food has been good in the past, so i thought it'd be good. Unfortunately, this time, was not. LOVE the Rohnert park location. Once this location opened I ordered delivery simple pepperoni pizza, wasn't so good, almost like it wasnt cooked all the way or maybe not cooked in a oven that was hot enough? Five Stars. Great food, service was fine, too. But my review, as always, is about the FOOD! People are entitled to have off days, so I cut everyone a little slack for such times. That's what a restaurant is about--their food. I don't go to those places to see if they are having a bad day. I could care less if they got my order wrong, or if it took too long. Now let's move along. I highly recommend their BLT and veggie pizzas!!! We got an extra large half and half with their original, but VERY delicious crust for the two of us and we loved them both. Total cost with a $5 coupon and a small tip: $35. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. The bathroom, for those of you who care, was spotless, clean and fresh. That's it. I have both ordered in and taken out from here. The Pepperoni PIzza is very good and a little spicy. The lunch buffet for $6.99 of all you can eat pizza and salad bar is a good deal. Sorry. Real time angry rant. Just ordered a few pizzas on their website which is actually through a company called Slice. Wait an hour and receive the wrong pizza. So I call slice, spend 10 minutes waiting on the phone while they speak with Mountain Mike's then ask me to speak directly with the store. Mountain Mike's manager says - it's Slice's fault, they gave us the wrong order but we will redeliver the correct order. Sorry - I say - I have a 3 year old it's basically bed time - no time for this. Oh well take it up with Slice. Slice spends 10 minutes "checking the tape" to discover they were correct giving their order it's MM that is incorrect. Another wait time to discuss with MM who then say they will redeliver the correct order and want to pick up the incorrect order. UGH! I don't have time for this SH$T. I ordered pizza to make my life easier on a Saturday night not to get the run around from 5 different people about some crappy pizza. You can do better. Customer service 0! read more

Have been ordering pizzas here for a few years, probably averaging 1 large specialty pizza every 10 days or so. The pies aren't bad for the price. However, the customer service over the phone has really taken a bad turn lately. Getting put on hold in the middle of ordering (not just when they first answer, I can handle that), but in the middle of ordering. Then they come back wanting to start all over or the call just gets disconnected. It's happened multiple times in the past month. I give up. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
