WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS? Tonight. Ordered Delivery - arrived hot and on time. Paid $34 for a large cheese pizza with olives. Unfortunately, tonight's pizza makes me rethink my patronage. A year ago, I got consistently good pies. This year, well, not so much. WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED WAS? CRUST: Easy to bite and chew with little effort - seasoning in and on crust edges. A little olive oil and parmesan rubbed on the crust edge goes a long way. SAUCE: Liberally applied and exploding with fresh tomato, onion, garlic, oregano, and other usual suspects. CHEESE: Elevate the pie with moist, gooey goodness with a flavor profile of its own - literally not getting lost in the sauce - bringing additional freshness to the pie party! OLIVES: Compliment crust, sauce, and cheese with its freshness. ARNOLD SCHWARTZENNEGAR RATING: I won't be back. I've tried this store 2-3 times, since 2022. Sorry guys. read more

Last two times I've tried to go in for a pizza and a beer, it's been about 8:30pm and I've been unable to get a beer because the ONLY person working is under age. I walked out both times without ordering. read more

First time trying Mountain Mike's tonight. Ordered carry out for a school sport fundraiser event. Ordered a Mountain pepperoni, garlic cheesy bread, and some dipping sauces. I was afraid the Mountain wouldn't be bug enough for my family (5) but we barely ate half of that monster. The pizza was average. There is better pizza in the area but it wasn't bad. The sheer amount of pepperoni and the crispness of the pepperoni were amazing. The sauce was just ok in our opinion. Good crust and good amount of cheese. The garlic cheesy bread though - we killed that poor box. It was delicious! The staff was helpful over the phone and got the order perfect. It was ready exactly when they said it would be. They were sliding it into the box right when I walked in. Other than the price (bit high in my opinion), I would probably order Mountain Mike's again. Something around $30 makes more sense for the quality. Not bad but not great pretty much sums it up. read more

Meh. Walked in on a Saturday at almost 1pm and the place is empty. I think I was the only order! I'm no connoisseur but my husband is and he says the cheese is cheap. The crust was good and the ingredients fresh. The jalapeño not knots were good. The price is what gets me. Maybe there is an automatic charge for carry out but I see a tip included on the total. If I want to tip I would like to make that decision myself not be charged for picking up a pizza. Customer service was a nice young lady. She got me some cheese and pepper and had to open a box for the peppers. That's the only reason I'm ok with the additional tip. Decent pizza, expensive though. I'm telling you this place is absolutely amazing. Great food, great taste , the place is clean and well. Especially the bathrooms they are spot on I recommend this place for bringing the family and friends for an experience. Just hit up Mountain Mike's in Murrieta. We ordered a large pizza dine in (half Everest and half BBQ chicken). Pizza was superb and the service was excellent. Jackson in particular was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great food and great service! read more

Never have I been to Mountain Mikes. With that said, I went online to order a large pepperoni...$34 bucks for takeout. Nope! Played around on the web, and saw the Mountain Mike's on Ynez was $18.00 for the same thing, AND they had a $4.00 off coupon. Instead of driving across town in heavy traffic, I went to Pizza Hut across from Mountain Mike's and had a great pizza for $16.00. What's with the variable pricing, more than double than your own sister store? read more
