My favorite pizza here is the Chicken Club. This is why I keep coming here. That's pretty much all I eat. They also have a pretty good salad bar. I just wish they had real bacon to add to your salad. Went here today with a friend for lunch, wow!!! We got the lunch buffet with salads and drinks. Salads where decent, the pizza was nothing to write home or anywhere else about! The drinks we got at the soda fountain machine I got the orange and a bug came out of the spout into my glass, NICE (NOT) a few months back maybe like 6 months or so I got a soda and white stuff floated on top of my drink from a dirty line or non cleaned machine second and third glass same thing I poured them out and asked the manager to look at it (family I think) he said he'll look at it and that's about all he did too!!! Next is the SMELL in this place like by the fountain machine is bad a real dirty smell from nothing being cleaned properly! These 2 guys where in there I think are family one made the pizza's and the other took the orders, but the guy taking the orders all he did else was sit at a table and do nothing while all these tables like 4 of them had dirty dishes stacked on them just dirty and the smell to LOL, hey it's real! It really shows they don't care about their business which happens to be in the business to provide their customers with prepared food, JIKES!!! I won't go there again because I have been going there over the years but the last 2 times it has been over the top bad and it really changes the experience when the people that work there (ha ha) that are related to the owner I think just think it is all ok, GROSS!!! My friend said he really didn't want to go here but I kind of persuaded (did I spell that right lol ) him to go because I wanted pizza he suggested Taco Bell, man did I feel bad for not listening to him! I have enjoyed pizza from this particular Mountain Mike's for a long time. However, I needed to order a "to go pizza" this week. This is when my opinion of this Mountain Mike's changed. We called in our order about 4 hours early and told them we needed to pick it up at a specific time. This is when things started to go down hill. When we arrived, within a couple of minutes of our order request time, I was told by an employee that the order was not ready nor had it been started, the problem, an employee made the pick order for 40 minutes later. I requested to talk to the owner/manager. While I was standing waiting to talk with the owner/manager I noticed that one corner, near the cash register, was apparently being used as storage. Boxes and other items were stacked on the tables, floor and end of one of the cash registers. There were two tables that had not been cleaned of someones left overs. The, I think it was supposed to be a salad bar, looked most unappetizing at best. I could see into the preparation area and it looked, well, not attended to. When the owner/manager, not sure which, arrived he sent the employee to the back and I saw him starting a pizza. We had a conversation which eventually resulted in the return of my money. During that conversation I asked the Manager/owner not to start that pizza for me as I wanted my money back. He told me that was for someone else and mine would be ready in about 10 minutes. Strange as I had already been told mine had not been started by the counter employee. Some might believe this but the order being prepared was what we ordered. I know this because it was being prepared as I ordered it because of my wife's specific dietary requests. I doubt the chances of similar orders would happen at the same time and date. I felt as if the truth was being stretched to keep me there. To this point I have spent over an hour to type this review. My problem, no matter what I put down it sounded petty. So please take this review as my best attempt to explain why I recommend that you, the consumer, AVOID this particular Mountain Mike's pizza. read more

I called this location to get allergen information because my daughter is highly allergic to eggs and the allergen menu listed online does not have information for a plain cheese pizza, only specialty pizzas. I asked the employee for allergen information and was told that he doesn't think it has eggs, but wasn't 100% sure. I asked if he could double check for me because it's an ALLERGY. He refused, saying there was too much stuff for him to read through because pizzas have too many ingredients. It was ridiculous and honestly, in this day and age when most major restaurants and franchises have readily available (and comprehensive) allergen information, it was extremely aggravating and disappointing. I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and he didn't seem phased and still refused to check the allergen information for me. Avoid Mountain Mike's Pizza if you have any allergies because they obviously don't care. read more

Read the reviews but wanted to see whats up. Bad idea. I had a coupon but they added a $1 more and I didn't say anything because it was still a deal and maybe the pizza was worth it. It was a large pepperoni and they only put cheese on half of it and skimped on the other half. I work around the corner and will go to little caesars instead. Apparently these are franchised locations, so all of these restaurants should not be thought of as equal. Although the owner allowed my 3 year old son to have the buffet for free, the pizzas were not refreshed in the 30 minutes we dined there. The place was empty, but it would have saved a couple more customers that decided to not try this restaurant again due to the bad customer service. Mountain Mike's has become our favorite pizza place over the past few years. The crust is just the right amount of crunchy. We just visited this particular location for my son's birthday (he LOVES the small crunchy pepporonis they use). The salad bar was good, the pizza was good (AS ALWAYS) and the service was fantastic. We had two young kids (aka extra picky eaters) that required us to bring in outside food and the staff didn't mind. They even baked a cookie pizza for my son's birthday. Top Notch!! read more

Went to go meet my parents for dinner. I went in and there were no customers. As I viewed around to see if my parents beat me I saw lots of dirty tables but no customers. A guy walked over to the front from the side. I looked to where he came from and saw two ladies sleeping on the booths and another just staring at me.
