I often come to this pizza place because of their service, quality of food, and quickness of service. The owner is there the majority of the time and he is very friendly and will customize your pizza based on your needs. Overall, very good pizza establishment compared to others. Also, their drinks are cheap and I can fill my tank with gas because of the gas station neighboring it! read more

I've been going here several times lately and so far good. Despite the previous reviews, I came here myself to go check it out. I ordered a specialty pizza and wanted a medium size. But the employee advices me that large pizza are 40% off on Sunday. So he hooked me up. Because of his honesty and providing the customer's needs, I will return their routinely. The pizza are legit and the quality is great. I subtract one star because I got food POISONED by their pizza from two previous visits ago. But it was worth it. This place is decent. I have no real complaints. The pizza tastes average in my opinion. I went here for the Wednesday night buffet. I was disappointed to see that they didn't have any plain cheese pizza out. But the positive thing is that they'll provide any pizza you want them to in the buffet, you just have to wait 10 minutes for it to bake. They weren't too quick at refilling the salad bar items such as the potato salad, ranch, & mixed salad. I'm not saying that they didn't refill it at all, but it took more than 5 minutes for them to notice it was low/gone. The pizza here is tasty, and comes with tons of toppings -probably the heaviest slice of pizza I've held. But with that comes a price tag, it is a bit more expensive than I expected, but it'll take less pizza to fill you up. I had placed an online order and drove over within the allotted time but my order wasn't ready despite not many customers present. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting for an extra 15 minutes, but not all people would enjoy that wait. This is what gives the review 3/5 stars instead of 4/5. Also, I've read that customers find the owner rude -let me say that he is not originally from the US and so his mannerisms may come off as being a little impolite. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my house one day and it took about 40 minutes; the standard waiting time. When the food arrived I'd had 30 dollars on hand to pay for the 24 for dollar pizza. He gave me my food and before I could ask for 4 dollars in change, I was going to give him A 2 dollar tip and he just walked away with my money in hand as fast as he could back to his car. While this alone doesn't warrant such a low review when I sat down to eat the pizza was kind of dry. I am not too sure what would cause this but it could've just been a one time thing. The pizza came in burnt there was only 1 of the 3 ranches no cheese on the salad and no cheese and pepper packets. How could you screw up an order that bad. What can you say about pizza. Everyone has there "place" that they like. But Mountain Mikes almost takes the cake. There is quick service, huge amounts of toppings of the pizza, and sports on the televisions so you can watch your team as you wait for your pizza. It was very tasty, even the next morning after reheating it in the microwave. Only "down" side is the price. A large was almost 20 dollars and that was with the coupon/discount I was given. I've come here a few times. This last time topped the charts. I called and ordered pizza, first off the guy that took my order was extremely impatient and rude in the phone. 25 minutes later I go to get my pizza and they try and give me the wrong pizza and charge me for the wrong pizza, I told them that it was not my pizza, they got my my right pizza then had to charge me an additional $4. I finally get my pizza, get home start eating it and half way through my first piece when I bite into it and it won't come off, it was held on by a piece of plastic. It was small so I don't think too much of it, I take one more bite and I pull out a huge chunk of plastic. Instantly I am disgusted, grossed out and no longer want any of it. I call they say bring it back in, (which by the way I was already at home and didn't want to leave) and they would give me my money back. I get there, show them the plastic and the manager says Oh no that's from the pepperoni. He gets the pepperoni bowl and shows me it's the casing on the pepperoni. Ok now I've had my share of pizza and I know there is casing on certain meats but I have NEVER had a pizza with plastic as casing around the pepperoni that will not break. The manager (the guy with a heavy accent) says he won't give me my money back because it's not there fault, that there is NOTHING wrong with the pizza, I said, it's ruined, I won't eat it. There was half a piece of pizza missing. Long story short, the manager was rude as could be, kept raising his voice, threatened to call the cops because I wouldn't leave when all I wanted was my money back. The customers in there were really paying attention by this point, they saw the plastic and even said to the manager, they wouldn't eat the pizza like that either and I deserved my money back. The manager kept refusing to give me my money back. He told me to call corporate and take it up with them. I wouldn't leave, he finally said he had to call his boss. He pretended to make 2 phone calls and finally gave me my money back. This whole experience was horrible and I will NEVER BE BACK!!! If I could give this review 0 stars I would!! read more

Called the store at 7:15, because the pizza had not arrived yet....was told it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.......called back at 7:40, still no pizza. The person I spoke with showed no tact in customer service and could not explain to me why a large pizza takes so long to prepare and deliver......I don't have this issue at Amicis, Marys Pizza shack or Round Table...There is no reason why it should have taken so long... the pizza finally showed up at 8:10 PM....yep 2 hours after it was ordered........Mountain Mikes said they need to take care of each one of their customers.....looks like there is one less to take care of.....I had already posted my tip when I ordered it as well...what a scam! read more

My first phone call to them left me with a new eta of 10 more mins. 15 passed before I called again. The driver nearly hit my car in my driveway, parked blocking the street and was quite rude to me claiming some football game put them behind to hours. I called for a 3rd time and was put on the phone with the "manager" who happened to be the same driver who said all he could do was give me a free large pizza in the future and just to call and give his name next time. My family and I had ordered a pizza about a week before this incident. The pizza was all bread with very few toppings, which doesn't normally happen. We called and while they were rude, they did offer us a free pizza. When I called today to order it, the manager was incredibly disrespectful and even accused me of lying about the incident to get a free pizza. When my brother went to pick it up, he was also yelled at by the manager because of a misunderstanding on what kind of pizza it was. He asked for sauce on the side before leaving and was told "not everything is free." While the food is usually good, the customer service is atrocious. This used to be our favorite pizza place years ago, before it changed ownership. Immediately upon the change, we noticed the pizza was just not the same. You could tell they were cutting corners on everything...quality went down the drain. We stopped buying it. Then several years ago, my daughter worked there for a brief period of time & told me horror stories of the owner handling money at the register & then going back to cooking when she never washed her hands. Even the customer called her on it & she lied and said she did wash her hands. My daughter said they never ever changed the flour in the tub they used for rolling out dough & that it would have all kinds of crumbs & debris in it, including bugs!!! Yuck! Never again.
