I came in with a group for a project and we sat at a table and enjoyed the wifi. We all got drinks and were working diligently. A huge group by a table near us was extremely loud, to the point we almost complained. Then I was hungry, we have been here for 3 hours, and they have nothing substantive on the menu for a late lunch. I went a couple doors down and got some food and brought it in to eat while doing our project. I had not even sat down and opened up my food for a minute that one of the employees told me I need to pack it up because people are complaining of the smell. I highly doubt that was the case within minutes of me sitting down. The employee was very rude. I packed up my food and our whole group left. We will never be back. No signs against outside food are posted. I get that businesses want you to buy their food, and I had every intention of buying a dessert after my meal, but they are running off customers with this rude service. We had skimmed the reviews and everyone said the cakes were delicious. The pictures of the cakes looked great. We kept coming across one negative. This was about a rude Asian lady .. we decided to gove it a shot anyway. Sure enough we weren't acknowledged. Conversation was like pulling teeth..she kept snickering with a fellow Asian in their language. We decided to take our business elsewhere .. There are too many bakeries inthe Plano/Frisco area for me to put up with sub standard service. Will not return. read more

I've tried the green tea and blueberry macaroons. The green tea macaroon was slightly bitter with the taste of macha but I really enjoyed it. The blueberry was a little too sweet but had a good crisp outer shell and was soft on the inside. Craving some of their macaroons now. read more

I really didn't like the service provided, the girls at the cashier were on their phones and just talking to each other-wasn't welcomed or even acknowledged. However I didn't let that stop me from browsing the shop. It looked like it had lots of variety but the stock was very low for everything- just one or two pieces of everything. But what really disappointed me was the cake slices, they were all decorated beautifully no doubt about it- but I didn't buy it as a decoration, I was hoping for it to taste just as good. I bought a couple of the cake slices to taste, one was mocha, and I don't remember the other names but they just tasted so weird and it was frozen. Didn't enjoy it at all, super dry, hard, and had a gross aftertaste. They may have some other good pastries but stay a away from their cake slices. Not worth it. read more

I visited Mozart's in June on the recommendation of my son. The baked goods in the baskets were outstanding. I had a strawberry cream croissant, and it was like heaven on earth. I took a bag of several more different selections back home to my son's. None were a disappointment. Sure wish we had something like that in Florida! read more

After reading Grace's review, it reminded me of mine own unpleasant experience at Mozart's so thought I'll also post my review here. I also thought their service was poor - I went there before because it's really close to where I live but when I went in the staff was also unfriendly. They did smile at me but I did not feel it was a genuine welcoming smile. Now I choose to shop elsewhere even if it's a little further. If I'm spending money I'd rather spend it somewhere with better service and in a friendly environment. I do feel bad for the owner of the place though because it's a nice looking bakery but I'm afraid they'll loose a lot of business because of the staff they hired. read more

This place has great treats but it's a bit on the pricey side. The macaroons and delicious cronuts are well worth it though, especially since they sell broken macaroons at half price. Make sure to ask about the broken macaroons if you're not sure what a flavor will taste like! Their cake slices have good flavors but I find the texture to be a bit weird. It' almost too moist, if that's even possible in a cake! The measure of a great bakery should be in their bread-- this place's is pretty good. The boba tea, on the other hand, isn't all that great. They don't even try to hide that they use powders in their drinks, and it shows in the flavor and consistency of their drinks. The consistency of the boba itself varies from day to day. Service here kinda varies as well; sometimes the employees will smile and wave as soon as I walk in, other times I just sort of get an awkward icy look and end up feeling uncomfortable. read more

Out of all the Mozarts, this one is the most relaxed, cleanest and quietest. Nice place to stop in at and relax and sip coffee or tea. The way a coffee house/bakery should be. The private booths are different and nice too. (Starbucks might want to take a cue from the booth idea) read more

I read about "macaroons"(macarons) in the newspaper and the article said that Mozart Bakery in Plano had the best ones around. I had never heard of Mozart Bakery but set out on a quest to find it. Oh my, the macaroons are excellent and they make them in many flavors. My granddaughter fell in love with the macaroons. The other desserts are very fancy and presented like works of art. The breads, baked daily, are very good too. A really slow and quiet place to have a great cup of coffee and a wonderful dessert and the staff are very friendly and nice. read more

I really love this bakery. Their baked goods are Asian european style which I prefer over American sweets anyday! I'm a sucker for their red bean bread, almond croissants, cakes, macarons (GREEN TEA), and cream puffs...basically everything!!! I like going in the morning before noon bc they sell the old stuff from the day before as buy one, get one free. They still taste as soft and fluffy and yummy :) Most of their breads are under a few dollars while their cake slices are about $3-$5? And their full size cakes are on the pricey side being $30 but they're so worth it! Their beautiful cakes are always good for birthdays or special occasions! read more

The food is good and I am not disputing that. I just have some concerns about the way it digests through your system and I am a bit alarmed. My son LOVES the bubble tea they make. I am concerned about what they put in the mixture because my 9 year old had the bubble tea one evening and by the time he had to use the toilet, his waste actually had a neon green color and it seemed to be glowing. I loved the quality especially given that the Dallas area, Texas, and most of the U.S. lack quality pastries. And I was able to practice speaking Korean. The custard filled pastry was delicious. Of course many Americans will never be satisfied with anything so if you often have that experience then you may want to fly to France instead. read more

I've been going here for years, always fresh and light. Great place for a quite snack. Their Black Milk Tea with Boba is the best in town (in my opinion), and I have yet to find a flavor of single serving desert/cake that has not been fantastic. Take in consideration that I have specific tastes and this review shouldn't reflect the entire cafe experience... but I found this cafe to be lacking. Here are my needs: I want a great cup of coffee/cold brew (iced coffee) and a sufficient place to use my laptop and get work done. Coffee shops are like a second office for me and I was excited to find a place in my area other than Star Bucks. First off, I got an iced coffee but it turned out to be just regularly brewed coffee put in the fridge. Cold brewing coffee, the proper way to make iced coffee, would have lit up my day (I don't mean to be a snob just once you taste the greatness of a cup of cold brew its really difficult to go back). So I was sad to know that they don't serve a good cold brew. Secondly, they have great wifi here. the speed runs at about 2.5 mb/s (which is awesome for public wifi). The problem is there is a lack of outlets not accessible near tables. That makes it hard for me to work here. In fact there were a number of things that I found it hard to get work done here. I really wish that wasn't so! I wish they would consider catering more towards people looking to catch a break from the office. I can't see how that would hurt their success! More and more people now days work from home. And I am sure many of those people would love a place like this to come to get work done. And if they are there for several hours, imagine how much more money they'll spend? read more

Their shaved ice is more like crushed ice. I thought from pics that it'd be more like finely shaved ice infused with syrup. Their ice was more crunchy. Fruit was fresh tho. Toppings were good...just not a fan of the ice. Place itself was very nice. Well decorated and clean. read more
